What a joke. We ordered at 7.25pm 2 drinks...7.50 still no drinks. Looked in the back. Girl texting. Oh ya I forget. Must be employer of the month..... Especially when soooooooo busy....

The worst kaya toast I ever had, and also overpriced. But, Kopi O is good.

Classic white coffee tasted too bad..not enough coffee..overpowered by creamer taste..Wake up JWK management..pls improve your quality. Takes all the feedback positively and act upon it..

Used to be a very nice place to eat during transit.. Now the service is so bad that it's practically non existent.. U can stand at the counter with 2 staff infront of you and you are invisible to them.. When your orders are ready, it is left at the counter getting cold without you being informed.. They have a numbering system for fun...owner of this place, please buck up of get out..

Tables are not cleaned. Filled with disgusting crumbs and food. Yet when you order food - the workers are too busy engrossed in their phones to entertain you. Its self service, and the food is down right bad and overpriced. Half boil egg is raw, soggy bread, sweet drinks. Malaysia airports - why do you even allow them to operate?!

Chicken wrap was good but the chocolate doughnut was as sweet as sugar.

Very bad service... Wait for few minutes standing in front counter, only a female staff stand up to serve me. The staff keep talking to the other staff when I ordering. When I told her order wrongly she gave me an annoying stare... Classic White Coffee too sweet with RM9.20... No chopsticks available, no tissues... Will never go back again... Service never change better after few years, wow... How can they operate so long in KLIA? I feel bad for KLIA impression to tourists...

This is broad daylight cheat! Ordered char kue teow dat taste like chee cheong fun. With d high price its just not worth it. Willing to pay thinking d food is good. Is there no quality checks on d food serve in KLIA food outlets? Anything below par shud just b terminated. Yup i agree i don't think they shud b allowed to operate. Service is also bad. Overall m sooo dissapointed. Don't wanna come here ever again. Suggestion: change yr cook n yr staff. Myb u'll hv a chance to salvage yr outlet ?

It s probably the WORST place to eat. My friend and I ordered a simple half boiled eggs and toast. The half boiled eggs were cold and the yolk was hard. When asked about the eggs, we were told that they were prepared the day before. And to deceive their customers, the workers merely rinsed the eggs in hot water. The toast, felt like stale bread slapped on with chunks of cheap Planta margarine. A simple half boiled eggs, toast and ice coffee came up to RM45.40!!!! What a rip off!!! Anyone taking a flight from KLIA, DO NOT patronize this outlet. If I could give them a negative rating, I would but the lowest is a one-star
