I like my Honda, I liked my first experience there. But they're really pushy in terms of re-upping you and have out of whack expectations. Is that different than any car dealership? Who knows.

The service department at this dealership is phenomenal. I have owned three Honda's and have rarely had any issues. However the service at Airdrie Honda is truly what keeps me coming back. Dean is very accommodating, resourceful, and goes out of his way to ensure you're taken care of. Wayne and Glen have both dropped me off and picked me up promptly and always provide a smiling face and good conversation. There was once where I had a tough time finding time to drop off my vehicle and they even came to my work, picked it up, and dropped it off when it was done, all without even interrupting my day. That is what I call going above and beyond. I will continue bringing my Honda here for many years to come!

We have serviced numerous vehicles over the years at Airdrie Honda, even other makes. The service is always exceptional and all staff are super friendly and helpful, regardless of the department. I ve been a long time Honda customer here. I ve changed over 3 cars here now and the customer service still amazes me each and every time. Kudos to Khesrow Nader, Wayne Luong and Mike Fry. Each and everyone of them made buying a car simple and stress free. It really feels like you re talking to friends and not just people trying to force you into buying a car.
On top of all that..I m having a baby soon and they went out of their way to get my wife and I a basket full of baby gifts. That was a great surprise and that s what I call going above and beyond for your customers.

I went in for an oil change for my car....and ended up with a new HRV two days later! Kevin Hughes was fabulous! He made the whole process so easy...and even delivered my car to my house...this is my second Honda, but definitely not my last!

The most dishonest dealership we've ever dealt with. My son needed new break pads and he was quoted a price and yet when we went to pick up his car they charged him more then double he was expecting. We could have got them way cheaper at the local mechanic. Totally took advantage of a kid who thought people were honest. We have been taking this car to
Airdrie Honda since we purchased it in 2007. They have seen a ton of service dollars from our wallet but today was THE LAST DOLLAR they will ever see. And to think we have 2 Acura's that we were going to start servicing with them...haha ...not in this lifetime.

I had an amazing experience with Airdrie Honda. This was my very first car, and they have been more than helpful choosing the best option for me by taking into account my preferences and what I actually need in a car (useful). Unlike other dealers that I've talked to, they recommend options that are beneficial for me in the long run vs. selling products to make money. The salesmen, Bernie Put, and financial manager, Wayne, were very helpful and always there to help. Bernie is very good at what he does! He is genuine and made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices. Wayne made sure that I was exposed to any car protection and financial situation that were available. Great team I would say. Would recommend getting a car with Airdrie Honda!!

Our salesman Ayman at Airdrie Honda, has been looking after us for a few years now. He calls us often to see how we are doing... After Calgary s worst hail storm completely destroyed our Honda Pilot we called Ayman... we will be coming to see you when our insurance is done. So we did compare and test drive a different dealer & on the same day Aymen helped me test drive a Honda Passport Wow, this was just like my Pilot just smaller & more compact... i was sold... a few days later we visited Aynan again and made a deal on a new 2020 Passport, we drove it home today, Ayman took time to go over all the new features... yes we are Happy... Ayman thank you again for looking after us.

I purchased my used 2013 Tahoe and added the extended warranty with the understanding that I would receive a refund of $1800 if I didn t use the warranty within the kms or 48 months. I am selling my vehicle and called airdrie Honda for my refund and they told me I wasn t eligible for my refund. The contract clearly says OR not and

Absolutely the worst customer service/purchase experience I have ever had at a dealership. Salesman (Wayne Lee) made inappropriate comments about my wife, other members, Brandon and Mike Fry, did not give me proper options (to look at another Honda dealership) and overcharged on documents.

It was evident that their "customer satisfaction" value came at the price of obtaining the greatest amount of money for the sale of their vehicle.

1) They did not detail my car when I purchased it- a requirement of Honda dealerships.
2) They did not fill the tank- a requirement of Honda dealerships.
3) They did not remove the "Lease status" on title, so when I went to insure my vehicle, it still says "Leased vehicle". I contacted them, and have yet to receive a response.
4) When I exchanged a vehicle I had purchased under their 7 day exchange policy and purchased a new vehicle, they made me leave my old vehicle at their dealership- leaving me stranded without a ride. There was no effort to arrange a vehicle for me.

From the sales manager, Aymed and all others involved it was a very professional and great experience and would recommend Airdrie to family and friends. Great dealership appreciated the honesty and fairness in the buying process.

Picked up our new car today and so far, so good! Chino Charles was our sales consultant, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with him. Very respectful, easygoing, patient and knowledgeable.

I was sadly disappointed with the service I received at Airdrie Honda over the past week. I spent a total of four hours at this location (plus another two hours at the T&T Calgary location) looking for a trade in value for my current vehicle so I could budget for a new Honda. I have come to love and trust the Honda brand over the past 10 years but was shocked everyone was 'too busy' to help me - even after having made an appointment to come in the second time. In the six hours spent between two locations, I never got an actual trade in value amount for my car, which was the first question I asked when I came in.

I was told there was a vehicle available at T&T Honda which I drove all the way to see with the intent of purchasing. When I arrived, I was told it had been sold 3.5 hours before I was even told it was available the day before. While together they seem to have a massive inventory, it does move fast often without the knowledge of the other dealership so before advising a potential customer about a vehicle, ensure the car is, in fact, for sale.

When I went back to Airdrie Honda the next day, open minded and excited on getting answers, I was sent to a second sales associate after the first was busy (remember, I had an appointment with the first guy). He still wasn't able to give me a straight answer on a trade in value, but he was sure intent on 'crunching some numbers' on a new vehicle. I was promised a washed vehicle as well as a phone call that night with a trade in value (we are now at 6 hours of my time, trying to get this simple answer) .... I left with a dirty vehicle and am still waiting for that phone call - 4 days later.

Sad to say, I stopped by a different brand of dealership later that afternoon. I was given the answer I was looking for right away, I wasn't dragged around with promises of appointments and phone calls, and I purchased a new vehicle from them within an hour and a half of arriving.

I'm disappointed that I had to switch away from Honda, but I feel my time is important, especially with a substantial purchase such as a vehicle. I didn't feel valued nor important and was very much over promised but under delivered. I think Airdrie Honda deserves to know why I moved to a different brand, so hopefully your next potential customer doesn't leave with a sour taste as I did.

Shaddy was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with! From the minute I walked in until the time I picked up my new car, he did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and confident in my new vehicle decision. He helped me figure out the best new vehicle for my lifestyle, and took care of my trade-in. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, make the drive to Airdrie to deal with Shaddy!!

Taking the Plunge

After much coercing from my wife, I decided that I needed to cut fuel costs down on my commute. I determined, based on many user reviews, that my best bet would be a Honda Civic. I am cut from an older cloth which translates; "I prefer to keep older vehicles alive in order to not make vehicle payments". But when parts and fuel costs outweigh the value of an older vehicle, one has to realize that purchasing a newer vehicle might make better fiscal sense. So off to Airdrie Honda I went.
Mike Fry was my sales rep and I must say; he not only knows his product, he loves it...and that is contagious. I bought an 09 Civic Sport and to be honest, who doesn't glance over at the latest and greatest while thinking, "maybe I could just take one for a test drive to compare?" I have met many sales reps who would have jumped in at that momentary point of indecision and begin pushing the latest and greatest. Mike didn't seize that opportunity because he listened to what my needs were rather than what my potential wants might be. By doing so he sealed the deal, I have zero buyers remorse and I don't have to worry about that infamous depreciation value of a new car.
Before I could take possession of my "new" car, it had to undergo the thorough Honda Certification inspection. Apparently there is a paint recall on my particular year and model, so it took longer than expected. Mike called me up and informed me of this and that they were offering me a loaner car till mine was ready. That loaner car saved me $135 in fuel costs in four days.
If you your fuel costs are anything like mine, then doesn't it make sense to take the plunge? I highly recommend Mike Fry, Brandon Heatherington and the rest of the team at Airdrie Honda.

I love this dealership! I had Mo Khidir help me with the purchase of my new Civic. He was wonderful- Mo knows Honda inside out- he was knowledgeable, and fun. Received a loaner car while vehicle was being serviced but it was definitely not cleaned or sanitized between customers. We found a form that was left in the car that contained all of a prior customer s personal information on it, including their address, credit card info, phone number and we had to hand it back to Aidrie Honda to dispose of. Major privacy breach. The car also had dirty lysol wipes in the middle console and a used tube of lipstick. Was not impressed with the state of the loaner car, especially since we are in the midst of a pandemic where health and safety should be a top priority. Please ensure your loaner cars are being cleaned and disinfected between each customer, it was gross!

Rick Brar has been our go-to salesman since day 1. He genuinely cares about myself, my family and our needs. Airdrie Honda is a great place to buy a great new vehicle.
From the moment I stepped in the dealership and met Zsolt and other sales people until the moment I drove out with my new vehicle, I had a great experience and was dealing with great professional, non-pushy, knowledgeable, warm and honest sales personnel, finance personnel and service introduction personnel. It means a lot me when you step into a dealership and people are ready to answer all your questions and know how to explain all options and upgrades related to the vehicle I decided to buy.

I spent almost two months looking for a new car, visited different dealers and took a test drive of many vehicles in the same class as Honda CRV is. After narrowing down the options and advantages and after going for another visit to Airdrie Honda, I made a decision to buy Honda CRV there.

I bought a car from Airdrie Honda over a year ago. I recently went there to pick up my summer tires (which they stored for free due to a promotional deal). I got there a few minutes after closing (on a Friday evening) and one of their service people, Ziad, stayed late to help me. I mentioned that my oil was almost ready for a change and he booked me in the next day for an oil change and switched out my tires for me at no cost. He also checked a couple other things on my car and gave me a rental car to drive while the service was getting done. He had my car ready to go the next day and kept me update on the progress via text. All-in-all I left with a bill of $0.00 and was very happy with the the great service from Ziad and the rest of the Airdrie Honda team. Thank-you!

Great service, car was done when they told me it would be. My girls and I spent the 2 hours in the waiting room they have, cartoons were on..a bonus. We toured the showroom a bit, time went by pretty quickly. The vending machine was a hit! And same goes for the free juice boxes

This is the best dealership in the Calgary/Airdrie area. We went to a lot of of dealerships and were disappointed in the customer service and unneccessary pressure to sign immediately at outrageous prices. Airdrie Honda is kind, civil and HONEST with their customers, you will feel valued. I had a great experience with Chino who helped me buy my first car. This is the place to go if you don't want your blood pressure to increase while looking for a car. I highly recommend, you won't regret coming here.

I recently purchased a car from Airdrie Honda, we have been to multiple Honda dealers throughout Calgary, and Airdrie Honda by far gave us the best customer service, when they say "customer driven", they mean it. On top of that, we got the best deal on this car compared to other dealers.

Airdrie Honda was also very honest when it comes to servicing your vehicle. We brought my boyfriend's 2015 Accord (also from Airdrie Honda) in for maintenance services, and requested for a wheel alignment, when we went to pick up the car, they told us they checked it and we did not need a wheel alignment. There are so many stories on the news about shady dealerships pushing services you don't need, we felt like Airdrie Honda was very honest about what services our vehicle actually needed.

I went to airdrie honda with my wife to enquire about new car but seems like manager Mike was not in mood to entertain us. The way he treated us was very rude. In the middle of conversation he snatched the quotation paper( car estimated value) while we were looking at it. His behaviour towards the sales person who tried to help us was very unprofessional as well. I live in Airdrie, so thought to promote the local business but this is the worst dealership I have ever been to.

Hit a patch of black ice and my vehicle needed minor repair, offered a newer loaner vehicle at no cost besides fuel.

Shamiza, my service dept. associate dealt with my situation in a very pleasant and professional manner. Service reps.. take notes!

Overall pricing was not outrageous and experience, hassle free.

My mother and I did quite few dealerships in the last week and delt with lots of salesmen without finding the perfect fit for her. That was until we decided to try our local Honda dealership and had the pleasure of being introduced to Johnny. He was by far the best salesman we delt with in the process of finding her car. Not only was he professional but had good sense of humor and made us feel like family and not just like "another customer". I wish all the salesmen would have that attitude because for us that's what made the difference. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting reliability and good price. We purchased a used vehicle from Airdrie Honda and after it was out of warranty, it developed a noise somewhere in the exhaust system. Rather than attempt to repair it themselves, they sent the vehicle to Minute muffler using their own staff, picked it up once it was repaired then billed us themselves. The service and cost was excellent, thank you Airdrie Honda!!!

Brought my 2014 Honda Civic to get a block heater installed (shocker right, didn't have one preinstaled!), and was not pressured or even asked about additional services i.e. oil changes, fluids, etc. Great experience!

For a block heater install for a 2014 Honda Civic Touring it costs about $280 after taxes, very reasonable compared to some other places.

My experience with the staff and this Honda location was amazing! Bernie was my sales consultant and he was extremely genuine and knowledgeable and very thorough with his interaction and sales transaction with me. I did not feel pressured while I was looking at my vehicle choices, and he left me time and space to think about all the numbers and information, as I couldn't make a decision the first time I was at this location. He followed up and ensured I was left with no questions or concerns, and if I did, that I could speak with him anytime. Bernie was genuine in trying to get me the best deal possible and went above and beyond to make me a satisfied buyer!

Ayman AlSayegh is the very best and changed my general idea about car dealerships. I bought a used SUV from Airdrie Honda last month.

I was looking for a particular SUV for the last couple of months. I looked for private sale listings and also some dealerships. Airdrie Honda had one in stock and the price was a little higher than private listings but it was still very competitive and the price was better than other dealerships.

I never had high expectations from car dealerships, so I started looking at the private listings first and I was getting disappointed as none of the pictures and descriptions of the ads matched the true condition of the SUV. After one more frustrating viewing on Nov 7, I had some free time (as the viewing took very little time for obvious reason) and I called Airdrie Honda on an impulse to see if they had that particular SUV available. Ayman arranged for an appointment instantly and we drove over to Airdrie Honda with zero expectation. I had the idea that the dealership might waste a lot of my time and they might even try to upsale me some other vehicle or something more expensive.

To my surprise, Ayman turned out to be very efficient and professional. He really listened to what my requirements were and the fact that I was in the market for one particular SUV. He has a very good quality of reading the customer's body language and he didn't disappoint atall.

Immediately he gave the key for the SUV and requested me to take all the time to inspect the vehicle to see if it is worthy of a test drive. We liked the vehicle and took it for a test drive. That day, we didnt confirm anything as we had another private listing to check out the next day.

But of course, the next private listing didnt seem good enough anymore as Airdrie Honda spoiled me with their clean, detailed, inspected SUV. It didnt even feel like a used SUV anymore. We came back to Airdrie Honda a couple of days later to finalize the deal. It was a cash deal and Ayman didnt even push me for a financing which I appreciated too.

Also, as a last surprise, they asked me to take the delivery a couple of days later as they detailed the already detailed vehicle again. There was a complete inspection done, wiper blades, FOB batteries, engine oil were replaced. Loved the fact that even the rims were polished and shining. Really did not expect all that added value. When I was driving away the clean and shiny SUV, I was about to go to a gas station to refill and realized they had the tank filled for me too. Another surprising fact was
that the manager also came during the handover to ensure everything was perfect. I didnt expect that much involvement/care for a small deal, that also for a used SUV.

With all that value added, when I compare the SUV with the private listings, it seems like I got an excellent deal. I am happy that I made that random call to Airdrie Honda on Nov 7 and I am very fortunate that I got to meet Ayman AlSayegh.

Once again Airdrie Honda does not disappoint! Even for the 'small fry' like myself showing up in just an old odyssey, they always make me feel like 'big fry'! I bought my Honda Accord from Airdrie Honda and Adeel was extremely helpful. He offered me the best price. I was impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. He explained every small piece. I would highly recommend him for any possible vehicles in the future.

My family and I went in to get our vehicle appraised over a week ago because I am still owing on my lease. We had already researched what we wanted and were really just looking for numbers. We spent over two hours there and got literally nowhere!! They wont give you a straight answer. We were told after they left and came back several times that our monthly payments would be less then we expected and that they would email us the information we asked for. Seeings as we havent heard back, Im leaving this review and will not be recommending them. If you're serious about trading in your vehicle dont go to Airdrie Honda. We're taking our business elsewhere and you should to!

When we were looking for our latest vehicle purchase I visited at least 8 dealerships either in our very close to Calgary. My experience at all of them, save for the dealerships in Airdrie, were awful.
Brandon at Airdrie stuck out for my wife and I as the most pleasurable of them all. The first time that we showed up on the Airdrie lot Brandon asked 2-3 simple questions, said he didn't have a vehicle that met that description on hand, and then let us peruse a little on our own. It was anything but pressured. We specifically gave him our number, rather than him pulling it out of me, and showed up at least two more times to see vehicles he was able to track down for us. He phoned once a week and when I didn't get back to him he never pestered us with calls. Thanks.
In the end we went with another dealership but only because we were buying used and we couldn't get that stock into the Airdrie dealership - notice how I am not reviewing them. Nonetheless I would recommend Brandon at Airdrie Honda and will be visiting them again next year when we purchase yet another vehicle.

Everyone at Airdrie are super helpful in service, specially Shamiza Ukani and the Manager Ziad is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I take all my cars for service.

We made multiple visits to Airdrie Honda to browse prospective vehicles for my dad and Bernie Put was always very patient with us and took the time to follow up and answer any questions we had. We didn't feel pressured at any time during the process to make a rash decision, instead Bernie took the time to address any concerns we had and was very knowledge with the vehicle line. We were always warmly greeted at the door and left feeling confident we were in good hands with Bernie. I would definitely recommend Bernie to anyone interested in getting a new vehicle.

Wayne was very welcoming and easy to deal with as always. I bought my vehicle from him 6.5 years prior to this visit and he still remembers me!

I never felt pressured, or hassled in any way! I really appreciated that, which is the main reason I chose Airdrie Honda to purchase my vehicle from. I can definitely see why this dealership is rated so well. When I picked up my vehicle, I was given a detailed informational tour by Ian. He made sure I knew all the bells and whistles of my new CR-V. To anyone considering which dealership to purchase their next Honda from, I would whole-heartedly reccomend talking to Shaddy and heading to Airdrie Honda.

Great place to get service done! I take all our cars there -even off brands and service is always done with a smile, a prior quote and a more then fair bill in the end. Shamisa has done an outstanding job over the years to help and to accommodate us with maintenance or repair issues. This is the only repair shop we use and the only one EVER, where we did not fret about having to come in. I got to say that they have great leadership as far as the GM goes. The GM, Jason Hansen, didn't waste no time to get to the bottom of some of our grievance after we purchased a vehicle, he dealt with it with top notch professionalism and class. I've always had an exceptional experience at Airdrie Honda. Nothing bad to say about it. Service is always fast and efficient.
When I was buying my car, we met with Austin, he was alot of help. We had him running back and forth and printing numerous papers off, and he didnt seem one bit annoyed. He did as we asked and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. He was very professional, as well as friendly. He was new when we bought our honda but he did an amazing job, he was unsure of some of the old honda features on their older vehicles but we werent looking much into them. Overall i had a great experience with Austin and would recommend going to him when looking into a car because he'll do his best to meet your needs.

We also met with Mike, the sales manager. He's super nice, have always had a great experience with him with the car we bought as well as the servicing i get done there. Its always fast and efficient.

When picking up the car, we met with Wayne, he was hilarious, super funny, went over everything with us and awnsered all our questions. He made sure we left happy. Brandon is also super friendly, we met with him twice before setting up the appointment to pick up the car. He made sure it was everything we wanted and he made sure he did everything to keep us happy!

Amazing staff! First time buying a brand new car, and they made the whole process extremely easy and smooth. Would highly recommend!
