Now on my Second Honda with Airdrie Honda.

Other dealerships / brands just cant compete, honestly, I went from a Nissan Micra ( A car that is the cheapest of the cheap ) to a beautiful Honda Civic and actually saved money...

The Sales people are always transparent, polite and diligent with their sales process.

The Management is awesome with their staff, you can really tell there is a level of respect in the building.

The building itself is clean, well maintained and a pleasure to be in.
Honestly I can't say anything negative, It was a great experience and I love my new car.

I'd highly recommend if you are looking for a great deal on a new car, honest staff, and an all around great experience you check these guys out first. I can't recommend them enough!

I have had my 15 year old Element and 9 year old CRZ serviced with Airdrie Honda for many years. They always provided excellent service, very thorough, friendly, competent and professional. Manager Zia, Tech Advisor Shamiza and mechanic Mike have been exceptional.

Super friendly staff and great service. I have had bad experiences with mechanic shops and dealerships before but since I have been going to Airdrie Honda I am always pleased; They never try to upsell me on maintenance I dont need, the pricing is very good for parts and labour and it is efficiently carried out. For now on Ill be getting my maitenance done here and I recommend any other honda owners do the same.

I used to take my Honda 2004 to the service department since they opened their doors.
And they USED to be very good when they opened their doors. And now it is 2017. Not sure what is happening with their customer service over the years which has gone down the drain over time. Recently, took a different vehicle to the Dealership.
I went into the Service department on foot to ask for a firm quote for a synthetic oil change. Around $60 I was told. Hence, I decided to call in couple of weeks later to book the appointment. I was told $72.89 All costs including taxes. When I showed up for the appointment I was being asked $85+!! After having wasted my time, the Service Rep started to act like he is doing me a favour by "accepting the work and not being paid for it". I left and forsake my appointment. No Thank You!! Really cheapens your work HONDA dealership and creates distrust when you provide different quotes after the customer contacted you 2X for a firm quote, booked an appointment and you keep changing the price on them as it pleases you on regular basis and waste the customer's time which they had set aside to get work done.
Worse was the Service Reps having an attitude like they are doing you a favor but "not being paid for the work" but "accepting it anyway"...Well, this is not acceptable to me. Sounds like a GAME it seems!
I will no longer be taking my car to them for service. They will not see another penny of my money. Good Luck Airdrie Honda!

I would not buy a used car from them ever again. I bought one in October 2019 and after being reassured that it was a great vehicle and everything was looked at mechanically for it , it continued to have problems right off the bat. First my battery went on it and died in the middle of an intersection, then the lights burned out at the same time, then the power sheering on it went and they told me it would be $850 to replace. I feel like I was taken advantage of when I purchased it and I told the sales team I needed something safe for my newborn baby, they told me this would not have any problems for a long time which was a lie. When I went to ask them about taking it back they offered me less than half for what I paid for it and were incredibly rude about it. I also saw that they had a 2019 brand new CRV for the same price bi-weekly as I was paying for a vehicle I can no longer drive. This whole experience has made it that I will never trust Honda to sell me a vehicle again

It's not a game, it's not an app, it's not social media
It's the only one I trust when a warning light flashes and the "beep" makes my heart skip a beat in my 2007 MDX. Shamiza is the only one I trust with my Acura and helps the wrong go right at Airdrie Honda. The service department is very accommodating for my emergency calls and regular maintenance appointments. On bigger jobs, they have car rentals which means no waiting for the shuttle (which they also have) keeping your valued time valuable. I'm up to 310 000 km, so even when it's - 30 and you know gas station air pumps won't work...Shamiza says to drive in and she gets your tire filled. And when your car looks like a ball of mud, they wash your baby when possible. Like many, we have personal troubles and life hits you hard. On a fixed income, it's comforting to know that I can trust Shamiza when it comes to suggesting what work is necessary and what can wait. And on the one occasion when you see a Tim's Card on your passenger seat, so I can get a coffee and treats for the kids...you know she really cares for your mental well being and your happiness. To me she's the rock behind the service team at Airdrie Honda and the reason I go back and trust them with my car.

Airdrie Honda service department is bar-none, the best! Shamiza and Ziad are always amazing to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful--ALWAYS with great customer experience in mind. There are 2 or 3 significantly closer Honda dealerships to us in Calgary and we will drive the extra ~50km not to deal with the others and their poor customer service (and we have tried ).
Honda Sales dept is also pretty good-no complaints really; it's sales people right? but we go to Airdrie Honda 100% because of their quality service department. If you have a Honda (or a pre-owned from them) Airdrie Honda Service is where it is at.

Had some initial confusion on a few things in the beginning, manager ( shaddy ) sat me down and helped me understand everything.

Overall a great experience, thankyou airdrie honda for looking after me.

We purchased a used vehicle from Airdrie Honda and after it was out of warranty, it developed a noise somewhere in the exhaust system. Rather than attempt to repair it themselves, they sent the vehicle to Minute muffler using their own staff, picked it up once it was repaired then billed us themselves. The service and cost was excellent, thank you Airdrie Honda!!!

Bought my car here and I do my maintenance down to tire swap at this location. Amazing service, great customer service and no dirty business! Also, they got free wifi in the lounge area if you want to wait for your service but if not they have a shuttle available too! Highly recommend!

From the knowledge of my trade in, to the dealings with the sales and finance departments after, we have nothing negative to say about this dealership. They were easy to connect with before the sale and have been easy to connect with after the sale was done, I am sure that level of service will continue as the people we encountered there have all been great!

He is really patient, good listener, hardworking, and easygoing person.He will give you lots of various options to choose from. My experience was amazing!! Marty was everything I expected from a salesman. There was no high pressure sales. He catered to my wants and needs, he let me be in the "driver's seat" through the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic Turbo, made me feel very at ease to make this purchase. I give him a huge kudos!! I would recommend him in a minute! I would also like to give a huge kudo to the other staff of Airdrie Honda who were involved in helping me make my purchase. What an amazing team!! Mike Fry's commitment to customer service is secon...

Mike Fry's commitment to customer service is second to none. He was a very knowledgeable and laid back and not at all pushy with his sales pitch. I went to the dealership with one specific car in mind being the Audi A6 Special Edition and he didn't try to talk me into anything else. He simply showed me the car, and then offered a test drive on the spot. Mike was very personable during the test drive and afterwards while helping us with paperwork. Negotiations was painless and actually an enjoyable experience being a win/win deal for both. When it came time to pick up our car, he immediately responded and a appointment was set up. I live an hour away from the dealership and had to change the time of my appointment that morning, but Mike was extremely accommodating. Matter of fact, Airdrie Honda made it a special day displaying the car with a bright red bow and a personal consultation on all the features of the car before leaving. It was truly an eventful day.

Just brought my car in for its 2nd maintenance service and from the phone call when i booked my car in to when i picked up my car i had great customer service all around from each department i dealt with. Also needed a new fog light and they had that in stock and got that installed for me as well and that was very helpful so i didnt have to make another trip back there. All in all I'm very happy with my decision to purchase my car from airdrie Honda

We recently bought a Honda Certified Used Vehicle from Airdrie Honda s salesperson Nkafu after searching for some months in Calgary and surrounding areas dealerships both online and in person! Of all the sales we ve dealt with, Nkafu is the most pleasant and patient to work with and his professional and expert knowledge have been very much appreciated! When we are ready for our next car purchase, Nkafu will definitely get a call from us for our potential future businesses! Good job Nkafu!

Here is an extended version of the above summary review. I find other people s online reviews helpful so I pay it forward by providing some detailed reasons on why I ve given Nkafu and Airdrie Honda a 5 stars review.

I say our sales person Nkafu is both pleasant and patient to work with because he is always ready to help us but wasn t pushy and did not rush us into a purchase decision. I greatly dislike the Always Be Closing (ABC) mentality of selling as some sales people would almost turn semi-rude the second after they know they can t close the deal *yet*! #sad

When we asked Nkafu to email electronic copies of CarProof reports (for brand new listed vehicles) and full service history of vehicles, etc, he was always prompt and pleasant in providing information we asked for. Note that some other Honda dealers would simply refuse ( We don t provide that information via email! ) when we asked to see electronic copies of full service history of vehicles! Hmmm, what are they trying to hide?

Nkafu also let us take our time to carefully look over the many vehicles available in order to find one that we like best. During the finally car delivery process, Nkafu even personally came to our home to pick us up when the dealership s free shuttle service doesn t go to our area in Calgary.

Here are a few additional Airdrie Honda people that I wish to thank.

Thanks Shaddy (Sales Manager) for keeping the sales experience professional and smooth.

Brandon and Wayne (Finance) helped make the delivery process smooth. And they were helpful & not pushy in trying to sell extended warranties that we don t want.

Special thanks goes to Ziad (Service Manager) as we reviewed the car s full service history and asked to see two specific work orders to better understand what they were and why. Ziad explained the services done professionally to our full satisfaction. I consider Ziad & the service team to have played an important role in helping us to find and buy the right Honda!

And finally, a super big thank goes to Jason (General Manager) who went above and beyond what we expected to help us with the car on the day we took delivery! You see, as part of the detailing/cleaning process, we asked if Airdrie Honda could try to make two paint scratches/patches on the rear bumper less noticeable.

On the delivery day, we noticed the two patches were still there, simply thinking they might be too hard to paint away and were ready to accept as it is a used car and not a new car. Then Jason met us during the delivery and told us he too was not happy about the two patches. Jason soon offered to swap a nicer bumper from a car in his service fleet with our bumper if we have ~30 minutes! Of course we don t mind the minor wait! #SuperHappy We were pleasantly surprised by Jason s great service that went above & beyond what we expected! Big thanks Jason!

I told Jason, reputation is something that is earned one good customer service experience at a time! As General Manager, I hope Jason can and trust he will empower his sale, service, finance teams to do their best to help other customers like we ve been helped. In our social media age, good/bad reputations and online reviews are earned from both customers and potential customers who walk away.

I got a letter in the mail last week regarding a r...

I got a letter in the mail last week regarding a recall for a part in my vehicle. I contacted Honda airdrie since they are the closest location. I inquired about the part and they confirmed it was in stock. From there I took a day off to bring my vehicle in.

I was not pleased with dealership from the moment I pulled up to the service door. I waited a couple minutes in front of the door and nothing happened. I figured I'd I have to go inside. Got out of my vehicle and then the door opens. Got back into my vehicle, and pulled forward with no one to greet me, unsure of where to go. There was a vehicle in front of me so I pulled up behind it and still no one to speak to. So I again got out of my vehicle, no one still to greet me I walked up to the nearest desk. As I was walking towards it, the vehicle in front of me moved. Finally someone approached me and said they'd take my keys and move it forward. Nothing like 'do you have an appointment' or anything. Took my keys and pulled it forward.

From there she came back to her desk and inquired why I was there. I told her I had an appointment at 10 am and she confirmed my appointment. Since I was coming in for the recall I mentioned to them as well to do our wheel alignment. I know we've had issues with our vehicle, but I came for two specific things.

From there they ordered me a shuttle, the driver was pleasant, very kind and drove me straight home.

They initially told me the job would be about 3 hours. So I figured by 1 everything would be done.

I got a call at 3pm advising me they did not do the wheel alignment and they were going to charge me for an inspection instead. After wasting a whole day, I get a phone call informing me, one they didn't do what I asked of them, two they decided to check my vehicle (which I am grateful for) but end up charging me for something they did not even confirm with me before doing.

I'd understand if I initially was informed you will get charged for an inspection before doing your wheel alignment, but no i did not get any call to advise me this information.

I got picked up from the shuttle again a great pleasant experience and from there waited at the service desk to speak with someone.

They had a bit of line up which is understandable, when i got to my turn they told me they again did not do the wheel alignment as there were pressing concerns with my vehicle. I understand that there was other concerns however i came in thinking i was paying for my wheel alignment and getting a recall done. I come out 6 hours later with a service check on my vehicle. Wasting a day off from work and not being told any of this information until when I'm going to pay for the service that i did not confirm i would pay for.

I inquired about the recall and find out they did not even do it. They said they didn't have the part. After again calling last week inquiring that they had the part ins stock. I took a day off to get this done and still not taken care of.

Its very upsetting of the poor service that i was given. Its like they just expected me to pay for it even though they did not confirm with me. I would not go back to this location when it comes to service felt like they just want my money.

The GM, Jason Hansen, didn't waste no time to get to the bottom of some of our grievance after we purchased a vehicle, he dealt with it with top notch professionalism and class. Awesome Dealership

My husband and I went in to Airdrie Honda to sign off on our expired leased CRV and we were planning to purchase it. We were treated with the utmost respect and patience. We were shown our various options and there was no pressure! Shaddy is the nicest guy ever! We were at the dealership for around 3hrs and I couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted to do and he was so patient with me. We felt so good when we left there.
We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service that we received. We will definitely be back to Airdrie Honda.
I went back to the dealership a few weeks later to see why my tire indicator light was on and Shaddy was there again and he came to see me right away. He checked all of my tires and he help me fix the problem with the indicator light and he even washed my car for me and showed me how to operate some things with my Navi/phone that I was having difficulties with understanding. What a great place to purchase a vehicle! We HIGHLY recommend this Dealership!!

Great experience with sales. We did a lot of research and knew what we wanted going into the meeting. Chino was amazing (wish you would update your website as he should be a key member of your staff, based on the way we were treated) and not only addressed all of our concerns, but did it with grace and humour ... Something we appreciated greatly. Brandon made financing far too easy and completely straight forward without being pushy. Though we don't live in Airdrie, I will be bringing our Acura out of the city to this dealership as trust has been built! Thanks again!

Absolutely great experience with Airdrie Honda start to finish! Shaddy was attentive and personable even when absolutely swamped and was always available if I had any questions after the fact! Dave was ready and willing to assist when Shaddy was occupied and as the sales manager, he ensured we were fully aware of what Airdrie Honda had to offer! Brandon and Wayne in financing were efficient, clear and concise, and incredibly friendly. Ian was a wealth of knowledge and even explained the features of my new (to me) CR-V in relation to what my Civic had before which made the transition as smooth as could be. Big thanks to everyone at Airdrie Honda who made purchasing a new vehicle as seamless and comfortable as it could be!

Purchased a used Honda with them. Original car did...

Purchased a used Honda with them. Original car did not include spare tire , but a repair kit. So when we purchased on Saturday, we bargained for the spare tire which the manager agreed to, according to the salesman and is reflected on the purchase agreement which will be included on the day of the pick-up. Come Wednesday which is the pick-up day, there was no spare tire.
The manager, who we did not know, kept passing us by when he was looking for the tire, without even acknowledging us despite knowing we were the purchasers.
He eventually gave us his calling card promising to have the spare tire on Friday. Come Friday, still no word from all of them, despite calling the manager, sales service, etc
You are better off bringing your business elsewhere. Honda as a brand is good and will sell by itself. This branch needs to improve their customer service.

***Update as of 29-March-2021***
The spare tire finally arrived over the weekend! It was ordered from Manitoba so it took a while before we could receive it. Our deepest appreciation to Darren, Sales Manager, for keeping us posted and fulfilling the promise. We now put our trust in AirdrieHonda customer service for our Fit car and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Having been a contented Pontiac owner for 20+ year...

Having been a contented Pontiac owner for 20+ years, I was feeling the need for a new car (mid-life crisis?) and Airdrie Honda was amazing in getting me there. In comparison to a few other dealerships I visited in my search for my next car, Mitchell McCracken at Airdrie Honda immediately made me feel welcome and there was no pressure at all to buy. He was diligent and patient while we test drove the vehicles I was interested in, and despite him only being employed there for a few months, he was easily able to answer all of my questions. I liked his approach to the test drive as well, where he allowed me to drive it to the 1/2 way point, and then drove it back, using that as an opportunity to demonstrate some of the features/benefits of the vehicle to me that were newer in cars.

When it came to performing the trade-in appraisal, I was happy with the amount that was offered, definitely fair given the age of my 12-yr old Pontiac G6, and I liked that Mitchell was flexible when it came to pricing some of the other options as well; not pushy at all. The Sales Manager Lee was very genuine, and made helpful suggestions based on his years of experience which resulted in lowering my monthly lease payments by almost $100!

From the finance standpoint, both Wayne and Branden displayed that same diligence and confidence in their roles, and were adept at explaining all my financing options and helping me through the process smoothly.

Finally, as we moved through the purchase process and I went to pick up my new car on New Year's Eve, Mitchell was very thorough and diligent in sitting with me and walking me through the various settings and options in the car, helping to build some familiarity with the myriad of options/buttons before I drove her off the lot.

Mitchell was also excellent at following up when he said he would, highlighting his accountability and obviously taking great pride in his work and his interactions with his customers.

I'm super excited that I made the switch, and a huge thanks to the entire team at Airdrie Honda for their patience, consideration and friendliness that made the whole process painless and highly enjoyable! Definitely recommend that you check them out for your next car -- you won't be disappointed!!! LOVING MY HONDA! THANKS GUYS!

Just bought a new Honda CRV from Airdrie Honda. The salesman, Rohan Chauhan, was very good, very thorough, and clearly knows Honda vehicles inside and out. My husband and I appreciated that he did not use high-pressure sales techniques that other dealerships tried on us (Ford and GMC). We have also used Airdrie Honda service department for our Honda Civic for seven years and have not been disappointed. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend Airdrie Honda and Rohan Chauhan!

Excellent dealer with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know their cars and are extremely helpful, patient and friendly when dealing with costumers. I really liked how they worked as a team. Several of the staff members were involved and approached us during the vehicle purchase, which did not give the competitive feel among sellers that we saw in other car dealers. We also liked how they are not pushy; they help with everything you need but give you space to consider their cars without the email and communication harassment we had at other dealers who really wanted to push their sales. Overall, Airdrie Honda is excellent.

Stephanie Hippie was our sales associate and she was wonderful to work with! You could tell she loves what she does and she was really eager to ensure we were happy with and confident in our purchase. He has been very informative throughout the whole process and was quick to answer any of our questions. He's incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs and made sure everything was easy for us to understand. Was not pushy at all and made sure we were happy with our choices and of course we are happy with it!

I been to many dealerships over the years. But once I've been to Airdrie Honda I've never been going anywhere else including my personal Mechanic . Shamiza has been looking after me and my family & friends for years now and it's such a treat to visit her everytime. I can confidently refer anyone to go find her, she's hands down the best at what she does. She always let's me know what needs to be done and any future problems, and confirms multiple times to make sure there are no surprises. Never disappoints.
