Received a loaner car while vehicle was being serviced but it was definitely not cleaned or sanitized between customers. We found a form that was left in the car that contained all of a prior customer s personal information on it, including their address, credit card info, phone number and we had to hand it back to Aidrie Honda to dispose of. Major privacy breach. The car also had dirty lysol wipes in the middle console and a used tube of lipstick. Was not impressed with the state of the loaner car, especially since we are in the midst of a pandemic where health and safety should be a top priority. Please ensure your loaner cars are being cleaned and disinfected between each customer, it was gross!
