Absolutely the worst customer service/purchase experience I have ever had at a dealership. Salesman (Wayne Lee) made inappropriate comments about my wife, other members, Brandon and Mike Fry, did not give me proper options (to look at another Honda dealership) and overcharged on documents.
It was evident that their "customer satisfaction" value came at the price of obtaining the greatest amount of money for the sale of their vehicle.
1) They did not detail my car when I purchased it- a requirement of Honda dealerships.
2) They did not fill the tank- a requirement of Honda dealerships.
3) They did not remove the "Lease status" on title, so when I went to insure my vehicle, it still says "Leased vehicle". I contacted them, and have yet to receive a response.
4) When I exchanged a vehicle I had purchased under their 7 day exchange policy and purchased a new vehicle, they made me leave my old vehicle at their dealership- leaving me stranded without a ride. There was no effort to arrange a vehicle for me.
