Ayman AlSayegh is the very best and changed my general idea about car dealerships. I bought a used SUV from Airdrie Honda last month.

I was looking for a particular SUV for the last couple of months. I looked for private sale listings and also some dealerships. Airdrie Honda had one in stock and the price was a little higher than private listings but it was still very competitive and the price was better than other dealerships.

I never had high expectations from car dealerships, so I started looking at the private listings first and I was getting disappointed as none of the pictures and descriptions of the ads matched the true condition of the SUV. After one more frustrating viewing on Nov 7, I had some free time (as the viewing took very little time for obvious reason) and I called Airdrie Honda on an impulse to see if they had that particular SUV available. Ayman arranged for an appointment instantly and we drove over to Airdrie Honda with zero expectation. I had the idea that the dealership might waste a lot of my time and they might even try to upsale me some other vehicle or something more expensive.

To my surprise, Ayman turned out to be very efficient and professional. He really listened to what my requirements were and the fact that I was in the market for one particular SUV. He has a very good quality of reading the customer's body language and he didn't disappoint atall.

Immediately he gave the key for the SUV and requested me to take all the time to inspect the vehicle to see if it is worthy of a test drive. We liked the vehicle and took it for a test drive. That day, we didnt confirm anything as we had another private listing to check out the next day.

But of course, the next private listing didnt seem good enough anymore as Airdrie Honda spoiled me with their clean, detailed, inspected SUV. It didnt even feel like a used SUV anymore. We came back to Airdrie Honda a couple of days later to finalize the deal. It was a cash deal and Ayman didnt even push me for a financing which I appreciated too.

Also, as a last surprise, they asked me to take the delivery a couple of days later as they detailed the already detailed vehicle again. There was a complete inspection done, wiper blades, FOB batteries, engine oil were replaced. Loved the fact that even the rims were polished and shining. Really did not expect all that added value. When I was driving away the clean and shiny SUV, I was about to go to a gas station to refill and realized they had the tank filled for me too. Another surprising fact was
that the manager also came during the handover to ensure everything was perfect. I didnt expect that much involvement/care for a small deal, that also for a used SUV.

With all that value added, when I compare the SUV with the private listings, it seems like I got an excellent deal. I am happy that I made that random call to Airdrie Honda on Nov 7 and I am very fortunate that I got to meet Ayman AlSayegh.
