Chris Fennell was fantastic to deal with. Easy to talk to and very personable. I highly recommend him if you re looking to buy a new vehicle.

I wish I could give less then 1 star, I bought my vehicle from Aridrie dodge, in the few years I have had it I have had nothing but problems with thier serivce department. The first time was last year when my wife took it in for a routine oil change and inspection. I had personaly changed the air filter the day before and marked it with red ink, the serivce desk pulled out an old filter that I assume they have laying around and showed it to my wife stating it needed to be replaced. 3 days ago I again took it in for a sensor issue, I was quoted $2,000 for 2 sensors located in the rear bumper, when I asked which sensors I was given a genaric answer. After alot of back and forth I was finaly given the modle number and cost per sensor. I was told 750 each, something seemed off so I called Varsity Chrysler/Dodge, They instanly quoted me 250 less. If you like getting lied to and being taken advantage of, this place is for you! Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else.

I had a great experience buying a Limited RAM 1500 at Airdrie Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram. Ryan and Sean were honest, straight forward and very informative. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for vehicle moving forward. Thank you!

This is absolutely the best place to shop for a new Jeep near Calgary. The prices are a few grand cheaper than any other dealership in the area, and the people at the dealership are very friendly, helpful and, even more refreshingly, to the point. I dealt with Ron Down and Chris Tonkin for the most part; they both were very informative and honest about every detail from the vehicle itself to my financing options. The only inconvenience that I had on this purchase was making my way to Airdrie from Canmore, and they even provided a free shuttle to come pick me up from Canmore when the vehicle was ready! Overall, I can't say anything negative about this dealership. It's worth the driving the extra distance when you're getting great prices and service.

Just bought my brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at Airdrie Dodge and had the best experience! It s my first new vehicle and the whole team at the dealership made the process super easy. We were warmly welcomed when we first arrived at the dealership by the GM, Ryan and my Cherokee was right at the front all shined and waiting for us. Jim in sales was AMAZING! He not only had the Cherokee ready to go for our test drive, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable about all of the cool new gadgets & features the Jeep has. He was super friendly throughout the whole process & answered all of my questions. He didn t pressure me into anything which created a very comfortable experience for a first time buyer. Adam in finance was awesome! He made the application extremely easy and had me approved in no time. When we came to pick up the vehicle I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless everything went. We met with John in finance who was just as great as Adam, he made everything very clear with the documents & took no time at all to get us finished up so I could get to driving my new Jeep! We received excellent service once again from Jim with our vehicle walk around and I left feeling super comfortable in the vehicle AND very happy with my purchase & experience. Two of us ( owner of car and friend) take the day off. From Strathmore to Airdrie we go. Couple hours after the drop off comes the "dreaded call". Except this time that call was more frustrating than work. To have a scanner give the error codes that may point me towards the "issue". Diagnosis...!
Hold the phone..."Our scanner isn't working".

At least, we had 18 man hours wasted today Aug 2,
Sorry, we are missing the interface between my car and the scanner.
~$1000 of income was cast aside due to the lack of due diligence.

I recently bought a vehicle from Airdrie Dodge and wanted to give a shout out to the staff for making it such an effortless process. I had never bought from a dealership before and have to admit my guard was way up when I drove onto the lot as I wasn't sure what I was getting into. Within minutes of me being there that quickly changed. I was dealing with TG and realized early in the process that he genuinely cared about helping me and making sure the vehicle I got was right for me and for the price I wanted to pay. I never once felt pressured into make a decision, and every question I asked I was given an honest answer. I was going to add another review but google said no. So I am adding to my story, the jeep I talked about below just wasn't working for me anymore. At the beginning of July I went and saw Nathan Ray in the used section. I looked at truck but once we talked about the price it was a no go, we parted ways. Little did I know I would be back and meet with Nathan again. And this time a New 2019 truck was within reach. Nathan along with Ryan Ully and Adam Pridge made the purchasing of a new truck easy and an enjoyable experience. I have appreciated the no BS approach to how the dealership is. Of course buying a New vehicle is not easy as the market is ridiculous the cost of things. They were able to let me start rebuilding again and get me back on track. That is why I am still saying the service is 5 out 5 . I am going to keep the old jeep for fun and will continue to use Airdrie Dodge as my goto as I think you should too.

I have owned a 2008 JK wrangler which I purchased from the dealership. Throughout the years I ve taken it for service. My only bad experience is having to spend the money. The service writers, sales person parts people have been great with the recommendations and also with there I service I appreciate it thank you.

Bought an extended warranty (after market) for our 2011 town and country from them. You ve already slapped your hand to your head because you see where this is going right?

Our sliding door latches for our van failed, one won t unlock and the other won t lock. They grind whenever there s a press of the lock button. Apparently that s not a good enough reason to replace both. Tried to go to the dealer. Basically got told to bend over and take it because, sorry we can t do anything.

Took it to another shop for a second opinion. They found a hint of corrosion on my latches, which the warranty company turns around and tells this shop that corrosion damage makes them not covered under warranty. What a loophole. The lady on the phone even had the nerve to say I m sorry that they oversold the warranty and what it covers.

Bottom line, I ll never buy here again. Thanks for nothing. I ve had better service from a hot dog stand.

I bought a Town & Country from Kwame and found him to be very friendly and helpful each and every time I had dealings with him.

I have been to the dealership twice since my purchase and Kwame was as helpful as he was before my purchase. The day we picked up the van it came with a full tank of gas, which may be standard for them but it was a nice surprise for me.

The next time I buy a vehicle I will definitely contact Kwame again.

Absolutely terrible service from parts department. I bought a new 2013 ram in the spring (fantastic service from sales Kwame) then 2 weeks ago i ordered a few accessories and was told remote starter needed to be ordered in but should only take a cpl days. 2 weeks later still no reply although i have called them several times. I called other dealers in the city and they have remote starter in stock ( part # 82213587 ). I have put a driving trip on hold to the west coast to get everything installed at the same time as i live in Strathmore and do not want to drive in several times for installations now weather is changing and my 2 weeks off wasted. Guess i will take my $1500 worth of business to the city.

Irresponsible drive hit my van and thanks to TG at Airdrie Chrysler I am in a newer better van.

Happy to report I've been there for an oil change recently & today to fix a shoddy install done by another deal. Excellent service both times & Amber was awesome! How service should be.

Keith was an absolute delight to work with in buying my new truck. I spent all day going from dealership to dealership and was given the run around and sales people refusing to actually tell me the price of the vehicle.

Cue Keith. No run around. Genuine. And authentically wanted to make sure I was buying what I wanted. 2 hours later I was on the road in my new whip.

Would recommend this man to anyone. My family will all be dealing with him in the future!

Went in last week to look at getting a new Vehicle and got to sit down with Melissa who helped me find what I was looking for. She was amazing and so helpful, the process was quick and painless. On the Finance side Adam made things very easy and before I knew it we were done. I have been going to Airdrie Dodge for about 10 years and their service is always outstanding.

This is the 5th Dodge Ram Truck I have purchased, and I had a very happy experience with TG at Airdrie Dodge. I was trading in my vehicle during this crazy Covid 19 times we are all living in which was not easy. TG was very professional and treated me with respect. There was no high pressure sales and no constant phone calls that you receive from other dealers.
