Agua Caliente Casino Review

Nice casino, nice staff. Too many machines, crowded that way, but I understand why. Food good! But my place to go will be Spa Casino Resort.

Very nice somewhat crowded but very nice last night. I enjoyed winning some money till I gave it back to them the likely story.

Nice place to spend time playing but also around there you can find the healthy in&out restaurant after playing you ll be hungry but inside the casino you ll find restaurants with a variety of meals you can choose.

Pay at kiosks was short. Pennies were missing. Out of pennies. And, no, you don't need my ID card to get 2 cents.

Everyone was extra helpful, such a great staff. Great room, loved the air filter in the room. Great show room...all in all we had a wonderful mother daughter weekend.

Loved the atmosphere for gambling. Staff is very nice. Drinks were good

Took the family here for dinner. The kids complained of strong smoke smell. The food was okay for buffet faire. The wait was quite long, almost an hour. <edit spellig>

Way too smoky in the casino. Rooms are nice but had a couple broken fixtures. Awesome spa and massages!

Spent the night there on Monday and had a great time. Very friendly staff! Gambled at the black jack tables and had a blast. The dealers were great and helpful..since im still learning. Alex the Pit manager was awesome and made the night so much fun! Thanks guys!!

The service at this establishment is stellar we went to the spa and the staff there is extraordinary I give it 10 stars if we had him need to go back

Very nice, quality hotel. Room was not only spotless, it was nicely set up and even had a TV on the bathroom. So comfortable - plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Great experience!

Yes had a great dinner the service was slow so you had to wait for your drinks a while but food was good

Here celebrating a birthday. Booked a smoking room but it wasn't available so they upgraded us to a non-smoking with a balcony at least. It was great having the natural air flow and not strictly a/c. The room was on 12th floor away from the pool and shaded from blazing afternoon sun. Ordered a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich from the Poker deli, both huge, reasonably priced and included a side. Can't say I won anything gambling though!!

My massage was good. The spa facility could be cleaner but overall nice.

Visited for the casino and to have a couple drinks. Casino was clean and the employees were very nice. When staying in Palm springs area this place is nice to visit for a few hours of fun out of the sun.

Went for the buffet. Not a huge selection of food, but what they had was excellent. Fine service, a bit expensive but I would go again.

Pleasant and fun. Won on first machine. Going back to see Howie Mandell tonight.

Amazing steak house. We did the surf and turf and the steak and lobster were amazing. Highly highly recommend

Smells like smoke. Good food. Nice employees. I just hate that smell they use to cover up the cigarette smoke. You know you're breathing in a bunch of it, which I find really revolting.

We used to be regulars with buffet but after they cut it in less than half of what used to be we most likely womtw go back. :(.

Facilities are very nice but the Gaming Commission is nonexistent and they are cheating big time if you think for one minute if they're even playing fair walking with a hundred dollar bill play for 10 minutes and see how much money you have left it is illegal what they're doing but they are sovereign nation and therefore there is no governing board jurisdiction to oversee their games

Pretty neat and good looking casino and resort. The only negative part is the parking outside the building. If you have a box truck you will have a tiny space. Also the parking lot is not that big unlike other casinos. Overall a good experience and they have new slot games in here...

The gambling is always far up down play all day on a few dollars!! The buffet is not loaded with a lot of things but the Prime rib roast is the best I've had.

The rooms are nice! The guest are very old people and they smoke a lot.

They hade that big buffet now its so small?? line is so big that u can wait up to 2 hours food sucks and still same price never go back

Casino here is okay. Kind of dated and has some good dealers and some bad ones. I guess its okay for being in the middle of no where, but then again so is Vegas.

It's just ok if you want to go for a day or two but not a whole to do after a day or two because it's near nothing.

Probably the most convenient casino location wise for us, definitely one of the bigger casinos in the Coachella Valley and certainly has some of the best slots including the older ones that pay out the best. Their rewards program is not the best I've seen but does have its moments and that will suffice for now. The waitresses are by far more quicker than the ones at fantasy springs and the parking is more convenient it seems. All n all I like playing at Agua and I would definitely recommend this casino to anyone who is looking for a great casino.

I love this casino it's the newest and nicest in the valley in my opinion and it's rooms are awesome the suites are sweet tv in every room even bathroom the showers in the suite are like those rainfall ones where water is at u in every direction o e thing I disliked about the last visit is the way they areremodeling they got rid of my favorite eat the poker deli and turned it into more game space and the buffet is half the size. It used to be I hope they are making it better but the pool is like an oasis with a bar and the games are plenty with lots. Of spaceport of card tables and craps even lots of beautiful waitresses hand I g out drinks too

I came to see Tyler Henry at your showroom. I ordered wheelchair tickets that I was trying to pick up with my husband at will call. My wheelchair scooter broke as we were arriving. So I was standing in the handicapped line to pick up my tickets with my husband when Diane the attendant judged that I wasn t disabled and scolded us for being in that line. My husband was going to get a wheelchair from security after we got our tickets because mine was broken. Your staff needs an education in sensitivity regarding disabilities!!!!! I will think twice before coming here again!!! A very angry customer!

Had a fun evening with my wife. New machines, but some old favorites are gone. Other than that, service remains the same.

Went for the buffet. It was better than I remembered. Better, but not great.

I was at a school event in the ballroom, the servers were very nice. Only issue would be the noise coming from outside of the room or the next room during the speeches we had.

I'm very upset...I just called to book a room..fortunately we are blessed to have a coupon for a complementary stay for 2 nights.....if been trying to book for a couple of weeks. Due to a lack of availability I was unsuccessful. Well I've just been informed that they are using a new "system" that doesn't go by the coupons they offer! It goes by 'current play' I think this is completely bogus!! And unfair to there loyal players that dont live locally. My husband and I have spent thousand$ of Dollar$ at both the Spa Ca$ino in Palm Springs , and Agua Caliente Ca$ino in Rancho Mirage.
I haven't been there for a couple months...all the $$$$$$$ spent...towards those player rewards that everyone wishes they were able to enjoy...
Just mean nothing now!! And coupons are not honored if you dont have " current play status"
I am so disappointed in their customers service and "loyalty" to their avid players.
Now, I'm not sure if they will be receiving and of my business in the future or if will be returning. Unfortunately

A very good buffet during weekday lunch time. Has a decent amount of food selection. My recommendation is the prime rib.

Table minimums were too high. They did have a nice mix of slots though

This place had a cool room to stay, nice food, a swimming pool, and lots of games

Went there to watch a fight. Good drink prices considering it was a casino/hotel in Palm Springs

Check-in isn't until 3 pm. We asked for early check in but they wouldn't accommodate us. The pool is nice but the water is very cold. The room are spacious and clean. The restaurants are good with very large portion sizes. Check-out is at 11 am and when we asked for late check-out they said no because they needed the time to clean the rooms. Also, we were unable to check-out through the tv. Overall, the hotel is nice, but they are unwilling to accommodate for early check-in and late check-out even if you requested it ahead of time.

Nice casino, but kinda small. Got to meet Brian Christopher. Nice people.

Had alot of fun, just a night gambling. Service was great. Waters cafe was delicious. Definitely will come again.

Mainly all the casinos and resort are not open for kids and this resort it's accepting kids to play in the pool and be with their families and friends

Was great for the 4th OC July fireworks show. It was the closest I've ever been to large fireworks.

Very much enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were very nice and the show we attended was amazing!

Very comfortable rooms. Good value considering what other lower grade hotels charge at the same price. Separated bathroom worked well for our family stay. Only issue was we were supposed to have queen beds and were provided doubles.

Why is my review being down voted? You guys are horrible. You threaten calling the cops on your guests. I gambled 400 bucks and some guys from a rehab reported me? Rehab - gambling? Situation not fixed. Have your people realize.

Rehab people should not be gambling- it s only feeding addiction - if they argue that know they are wrong

Spacious suite but it smelled a bit moldy inside. Screen doors didn't shut all the way (mosquitoes got inside). Other than that, pretty clean & comfortable place to stay.

They changed alot since last time we were there. It looks bigger. They still have some older slots. The buffet was closed (understandable). They now have a small food court. Asian food (pretty good), A deli (hamburger was ok), Mexican food (havent tried it yet. Also have a few other restaurants. Casino is still nice. They are constantly cleaning. Sit at a slot machine push a button & they will come & wipe it & disinfect it! We had a good time!

Fan of the Buffett, not anymore, got smaller and a lot of my favorite food gone, like pesto ravioli, sweet corn tamales, etc and for the same price, not anymore.

Agua Caliente is a fine establishment that has all the slots that you could possibly want and table games. I went there all the time I say it's one of the best casinos in the desert area.

We had a great time! We met 4 of our friends for a two night stay. We all had so much of non-stop fun! Nice buffet, lots of choices. Our rooms were very nice and comfortable.

A true.destination resort. Fine food, drinks, top entertainment, and of course GAMBLING! Prepare to be pampered from the time you arrive until the time you leave this beautiful desert Oasis. Truly one of my favorite local Casinos.

Went in to place a bet on the Superbowl but found out they don't have a sportsbook. Had to drive to Fantasy Springs to make a bet.

Doesn't pay out. Hardly ever hit a bonus and when you do, you don't get anything.

Great casino and 5 star Cigar lounge! Okay, I've been here 5 times now, staying right now and it is my favorite southern California Indian casino and cigar lounge!
