Us Pavers has great employees! They are always there to help in a efficient time . The pavers in front of my house are beautiful.

Was sent to the location by a contractor to pick out material. In the show room sales reps did not even acknowledge I was there. Aimlessly walked around the showroom. Walking past sales reps. Looked like a large selection of product but felt very awkward for lack of better words. Reading the reviews I see this is a problem for them.

NEVER order from this company! We have a 2,000 sq ft patio which we got bricks from US Paverscape to do, 3 bricks sizes, all supposed to be 2 3/8" thick....however the delivered pavers range from 2 3/8" to 2 5/8", meaning a 1/4" lip is found all over our back patio causing people to trip! US Paverscape sent an inspector to our house only to tell us "the bricks we delivered are within industry standards" so they wouldn't do anything to fix this issue they caused. Thanks for nothing but headaches and a terrible product. No referrals or positive recommendations for a company like this.

Terrible customer service. They will tell you anything to make the sale. When it comes time to receive material I got the run around on how it's "not ready". This is after my purchase could only be done as "cash only". Seems fishy.

If you are looking for an honest and hardworking family owned and operated business US Paverscape is for you! My parents have a beautiful driveway, fireplace and summer kitchen all done by US Paverscape. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none!

Awsom company to deal with. Knowledgeable, professional, quality job

Sales guy sold me wrong size and color first time. Pavers get to job and one pallet (banded only) open and realize wrin color and wrong size. Talk to boss and for another $275 delivery charge the sat they will get me right ones and pick old ones up. So next day I see the unbranded ones left and go back to sales guy for 90 more stones. I pay cash for new stones and they charge me $200 for stones they did not pick. Up and go back to check in office to pick up and I see once again he has written up thicker pavers. I have already told sales guy I was one and done with his company but now I am really pissed. In total they have now cost me $1,000. Finishing the job today and my client and Team turned out a great Hardscape.

I agree with Gary Miller, I would not recommend this company. I have emailed them once , called them twice and my wife called 4 times. No email reply and no returned phone call, they are totally lost for customer service. If there service is like this before the sell, they will not get a chance to service me during and after the sell.

They were very friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out the best color to go with. I ll definitely do business with them again.

I m a General contractor and i have never bought anything from this place until last week, I bought fire bricks to build a grill for a costumer and they sold me a fire rated mordar that is very expencive, when i got to the job site the mordar was all rocked inside, called to complaint they gave me a very bul$#$%%^&* explanation, so i had to strean the mortar which left me with only half of the bag and clearly wasn t enough so i sent my secretary over the get the materials for me to finish and she stayed there for almost 3 hrsvwaiting for them to clear everything besides they were very rude to her saying that she is not a contractor and have to pay full price with no contractors discount button line looks like they don t understand. Business onwers needs to step up and get better personel for this place.

Horrible. No call back twice about when our order was in. Went to pick it up and the lied. Order wasnt there. Then went to get 6 more pavers and had to wait 45 to get 6 pavers.Would not recommend.

These guys are great to work with. We've been working them for 4 years now and have never had an issue. We've purchased 50,000+ sqft through them and the quality is very consistent. Their pricing is identical with the big guys, Tremron and Old Castle, but their lead time is half and the customer service is SOOO much better than the other manufacturers. We used Tremron once before and I was ready to castrate our sales rep due to the lack of support (no returned calls, lead time, delivery issues, etc.). And they were trying to get us to switch suppliers!!
I've read the other reviews on here and they are very misleading. US Paverscape is a supplier. They do not install. Any issues with the final product will most likely come down to the installer. As long as you hire a good/experienced installer, you will appreciate the end result.

The day we went to US Paverscape and Backyard Living to choose the brick for our outdoor fireplace was so exciting after seeing several friends and neighbors beautiful backyards. They were so professional in helping us choose the beautiful brick and helping to design it. We absolutely love it and when that cool weather comes in Florida especially around the holidays, it gives off the most beautiful ambiance! We went back soon after and choose a Chicago brick paver for our new driveway and then a year later we had an outdoor kitchen designed and installed by them again. We would recommend them to everyone! Thank you US Paverscape!

My wife and I have attempted four times in the last four years to do business. I am very surprised how bothered the front office is when we arrive to buy a product. We have not been able yet to complete a transaction due to the attitude you have to battle. Our projects were completed with other sources.

Today my contractor asked me to go and pick out a product for our pool. When I arrived with my wife, she stated not this place again! I could not remember my contractors company and the front desk would not show my wife and I the sample products we needed to pick from. It is very hard to understand. We made the trip and turned away. Why on earth would you not show my wife the samples when we made the trip?

Excellent local business on the Treasure Coast! Both my driveway and patio were manufactured by them and I get tons of compliments from friends and neighbors. My patio is now the perfect place to entertain!

I would never use this company again. Their product is OK but their customer service is nonexistent. They're OK until they get your money and then they want nothing to do with you.
I email, faxed and called their sales person three times and never heard from her until I emaided the president of the company.
I needed help getting a building permit from the county and they told me they wouldn't help with any info the county was requesting.
They were rude, unpleasant and unavailable. Be very careful if you choose them.

Only did a drop off and the staff was very nice and friendly and on time with unloading didn't have too wait no more then 15 minutes do to the fact that we had to unstrap the load

We have used paverscapes for our patios at multiple houses. They have a great product and are a pleasure to work with!!!

Do not use this company. We ordered a 1000 sq foot patio from a third party installer. They gave us US Paverscapes marketing sheet to choose our pavers from. We chose a color called Mirasol that had a distinctly red hue on their marketing sheet. US Paverscape dropped off the pavers a few weeks later when we were not at home. We did not sign for or accept the delivery. The Mirasol pavers they delived were a gold color (see photo in comments for comparison). When we called them to get it corrected we were told that they delivered what we ordered and that they would not exchange them. When I said we ordered red pavers not gold I was told that Mirasol does not have red in it. When I replied that in your marketing brochure Mirasol is red I was told that was subjective. Our installer couldn t believe their response and agreed with us that the color was not even remotely the same as advertised. Fortunately for us our installer took the hit on it and got us pavers that we were happy with from a different company. US Paverscapes customer service after the sale is truly horrible. Do not support them with your business.

US Paverscape is the ONLY Company we recommend for Brick Pavers. They have the highest color pigmentation, and their service is second to none.

These guys are a scam. Went in they gave me a price and I signed a contract then they called me two days later and tried to raise the price 50 cents a square foot. Ripping people off
