The sports bar is THE BEST I've been to and that includes all of Las Vegas Casino's. large screen T.V's to view sports from all angles when sitting for there very good finger food, and there Cigar Lounge is the best!!!

Great hotel/casino! Ambiance and decor is definitely top notch. They do need a few more tables though (for Craps, Roulette, Etc.) rather than just one table per game.

Staff attentive. Restrooms clean. Slot machines clean and in order. Everything great.

They need to put up signs or markers when they have a gift day, to direct us to the correct line... Waited in line for 35 minutes only to be told I had to get in another line, twice as long by then. I simply left, ithout the "gift" didn't have another 40-50 minutes to wait in line as we were going home.

Me and my wife try the palms buffet, very disappointed , overpriced, just a few items, tasteless, we tried different buffets for les money, and they have a variety of items, with flavor for less money.

Almost up to par with Vegas casinos, however, pay offs at tables not right.

One of the best casinos in southern California. Payouts are plentiful and generous, staff is very friendly, food is out of this world, and the spa is just what everyone needs after a long week at work.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and kept very clean. A very modern feel and you will think you are in a 5 star resort with all the amenities that are offered. Love, love, love this casino and can't wait to go back and try my luck.

Never win here. They have a great buffet but now it's too small and the bartenders are good. Can be nice and quiet. Has a cute store in it.

The fast food Chinese place has really good food. The casino is really clean and the concert hall has no bad seat.

The room was great but, a mechanical slot tilted and it took an hour for them to reset machine and cash me out, at the promotion desk the sign was wrong and I was made to stand at the back of the correct line and to top it off at the deli we bought some food when we were called to pick up the order - oops they sold my cheesecake to someone else and had no more and I had to wait 20 minutes to be refunded. Their customer service sucks and the fries dripped oil when you squeezed them so food was gross.

Good size room, clean and convenient to everything in Palm Springs

This casino/ resort was really nice, hence its a casino so its gonna be pricey to get in snack so remember to bring your own, they often offer you microwaves for an extra fee, I took my own kettle because I have an infant and needed warm bottles, the pool is very nice the deepest it goes is 4 feet, you cant bring in donuts but deff recommend to bring floaties for children, and sandals because the floor is HOT !!! The room itself for a two bed queen is very comfortable for 4 people plus baby. The restroom is to amazing, you have your privacy for the toilet remember to bring extra toilet paper if you use it a lot. Also.. bring extra TOWELS yes, TOWELS. You will like this later bring your own extra amenities if you stay longer than a few days, the tub ladies, BRING bath bombs and tealight candles, for a self care time, even for kids make sure to prepare, have fun

I love this casino! It's small but so worth it! The bathrooms are very clean, and they also have a gift shop that sells everything from clothes, purses, snacks, and Tylenol. I gotta say if there is not very many drink girls walking around though, so if you want a drink they are free (non-alcoholic of course) but you have to go up to the bar to get it.

This is only a review for the restaurant and not the casino. I would give the casino itself less. It was so smokey just walking through the casino to get to the restaurant that my nose was burning and ruined my lunch. People working here were just whatever about whether you're there or not. Food was OK, nothing exciting.

Update: we went back to give this restaurant another try and it was a much better experience. We avoided walking through the casino to save our noses and lungs from the cigarette smoke. Still a little of it lingers in the restaurant but that can t be helped. The lobster roll was great and our waiter was quick and friendly.

It's awesome for the most part I win I just never seem to make it out with any cash even when I win big lol the only thing that sucks is the music they play! Oh andvdome cocktail waitress suck and have attitude and don't remember everything you ordered even though it was only 3 things

When I go to Palm Desert (twice a year I stay at a time share. My "must go to" is the Friday night buffet. You must go when they first open for dinner (I think 4pm or 5pm). I eat out every day/night. I have my favorite places. Out of all the casinos I have patroned, this place has the best food, desert, etc. I only know about Friday's buffet because it has everything from Italian, American, Asian, and a couple more. They hand-carve prime rib (my favorite) and turkey (my friend's favorite). She said they have the best gravy, mash potatoes and cranberries. She should know because she is also a chef. They also serve oysters, peel and eat shrimp, crab legs, lox, sushi, steam clames, crab cakes, and so much more. Unbelievable deserts, even sugar free deserts. There is so much more it would take me pages and pages. Go when it first opens for dinner because everything is very fresh and so much to try before they run out of any thing or it gets dry. If you like crab legs, the crab legs have more meat if you go when they first open, other wise, the crab legs are very skimpy and not worth the work.
MOST IMPORTANT: go to guest service and obtain a Agua Caliente card. First timers get all kinds of gifts and free play and I think a free buffet (not sure about the free buffet). Keep your card because cardholders get a discount at the buffet and shops. With my card and their card it cost me under $85 for three people. I buy them dinner because they invite me to stay with them at the timeshare and they give me an ajoining room.

Buffett is ok. Much smaller then before. Too hard to get to some of the food. Line not set up well. Love the slots. Didn't really win but had fun.

Loved our room, clean and updated and it had a beautiful view, we even had a TV in the bathroom!!

Only two bars but you can smoke inside and plenty of slots to play

To big and just like any other massive casino. They do get some stats because you can get room service 24 hours, but what get me to go visit again is the chocolate shake. It's so big it took twok of us to finish it, and to top it off the shake comes in your very own chocolate cup where the shake is meant to be enjoyed as well as the cup. Yum yum

I've been personally and repeatedly harassed and discriminated against (disability) by the security service used here. They also violated my civil right to have access to public spaces and events due to my need for assistance of a service animal.

Had a great time at the cigar lounge until I encountered Kimberly from the staff she completely ignored me and my brother for over 2hrs not once did she check on us for anything. Kent the bartender was absolutely great and julian( I hope I have her name correct) and the manager. But Kimberly was extremely racist to me and my brother and I hope that you do something about her before someone else becomes a victim of her. We were there December 29

Desert casinos run the gamut from so-so, to nice and clean. Agua Caliente falls in the latter.
Staff is always cheerful and helpful.
There seems to be a continual focus towards improvement of the facilities.
The Show - AC's concert facility, offers an unobstructed view of the performance. Definitely one of the best in the valley.

They cut the size of the buffet in half. Not worth the money.

It's actually really good and easy to move around in.

Don't know about the casino, but Toby Kieth was great.

The Show, is an amazing entertainment venue with awesome acoustics & super cushy, oversized seats! Best concert spot in all of So Cal and not to be missed!

Easy to get to, and a very nice casino layout with many Vegas style games. Great rewards program too.

It does have reasonably priced rooms a good coffee shop and a simple nice restaurant as well as a deli/cafe but, there is no food court and therefore no chain dining ie fat burger or subway etc. The table min are a bit hi in my opinion and they are way to heavy on blackjack having only 1 table each of the other games and their slots are ridiculously tight. Other then that it was pretty unremarkable

All of casino in South California, I believe that Agua Caliente Casino Will be highest quality one not only for gambling but also is a nice place for vacation.

Didn't smell like cigarettes & they had plenty of sanitizers around. But alot of ppl either without masks or only half covered.

Have no clue if they are any good. 1st of all (yes there is a list) went on the resort website a week before my arrival and notbing available. Called and they emailed the brochure with prices. I arrived and attempted to make an appointment and they were closed. You have to go online to a strange website (not the resort or the name of the spa) given by the front desk. Make my choices and pick a time. That time was not available so they suggested alternate times. I pick 10:30 am. I attempt to book (after being forced to fully register 20 mins) to no avail. I called the front desk and the clerk admits that it doesn't always work and she took my info and says she will call and leave a voice mail and book it for me. Great I arrive at 10 am ( clear across the resort) only to be told yeah we got that message but we don't have that time available. And the only thing we have is a 15 (or 30 can't remember) neck & back. No thank you.

Clean casino. Parking is easy. We had a company event at the Show room. Good times!

Great place to stay and play !! The one thing i have always enjoyed while staying here is the service from everyone . Catrina at the hotel check in is awesome !! She always greets you with a pretty smile and takes her customer service to the highest level . Don the bellman is outstanding very friendly always treats you like family . I have been to most of the casino's in southern California and i would rate Aqua Caliente the cleanest rooms the friendliest staff and the best views of Palm Springs .

not clean no attendance, slots not working or break down middle of game only one black Jack table open at 11 PM it is a joke. If u want to play don't go there.( Thursday night)

Lots of slots but you have to buy your own drinks while gambling.

With the covid happening there were a limited amount of people. It was like we had our own private spa!!

Agua Caliente is a beautiful hotel. We had a great time staying at the hotel. My husband loved to gamble there and the food is great.

I attended a day event. Casino staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The facilities were clean, even with a large number of guests in attendance.

We had supper at the Water's Cafe. Everything was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised when the check arrived. We hope to go back soon.

The drinks at the bar were a bit pricey with only one bar tender but all in all a great place to have fun gambling

I take my mom here it is a nice mix of people of all ages. I have had ok luck here and my mom usually does well too! Lots of different games and denominations.

A good casino/resort in the middle of the desert. Visited while out there for Coachella.
