This place is very beautifully and has. Very good entertainment's you enjoy the stay,the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and nice

New Bogo buffett on Monday nights and newly remodeled area. Food was great but the service was spectacular! Must go!

Great place to get a drink and gamble a little.great pizza and cheese cake at the restaurant near the back.

Another great fireworks show. Always free and so much fun. We go every yr and it always seems to get better

It's generally a beautiful hotel. I just don't like the smell of cigarettes. That's the only reason why I gave it a 4 star.

The newly constructed gambling and bar areas turned out nice.

It fun and nice because if you no one to bug you they don't and if you want to talk they will and you win it's really nice but it gambling so don't lose what you can't be able to walk when you need to but to have fun eat kick it drink swim spa coffee a.c. and the Desert is always nice got it

Not as nice as my last visit. Creaky bed. Filthy windows made it hard to enjoy the view. Room service was excellent

Were here for my free Air Supply concert and they were spectacularly awesome! Thanks Agua Caliente, can't wait for my free Boys II Men concert!!

Are you looking for a new place to get away to this weekend... well look no further..no... don't go to Vegas or even bother with part to go to primm..stay in southern California and go to Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa.in Rancho Mirage..it is nice here. Very upscale in some ways better than Vegas...just the room alone as well as the fair play...having fun is Paramount to spending time with with friends and family and adding to life... Here I was able to connect and relax with very interesting people whose entrance has been everything and more. Come and relax and if you want to have adult fun with adult games gambling is always fun. just keep it lite.. more than all just enjoy your self.

I am an active poker player and have a vacation home in Rancho Mirage. While Im in the desert I play at Aqua. The temporary relocation of the poker room is awful! I certainly hope an improvement is in the future. The players, dealers and floor personnel all have provided negative comments..mine included! Extremely too noisy, smoky, no soda nor coffee machine.Did I mention how SMOKY the cssino is?
Let me add the hotel resort rooms are a 5 star. But once again...dont like the changes to the casino floor...ESPECIALLY the poker room. Unfortunately wont b going back.

Lousy incentives.. don't give nearly as much to gamblers as compared to other casinos in town

Use to come here all the time, but ever since they worked on the machines they are not playing as they use to. They spin faster and spot off set all the time. The people I would see playing are not there anymore. Ran into one at the store she told me she notice the machines are different and has gone to another place. I really liked it here but stay away from the high limits room, its not the same. I guess I have to move on like the others :(

Very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet was one of the best that I've had in a long time.

The "Steak House" there has some of the best food in the valley. If you are like me and enjoy red meat once in a great while, or everyday, this is the place to go. Won't disappoint. Rib eye is huge, petit file perfect, both to die for. Service always on point.

Lined up 2 hrs early to enjoy the 360 Sports Venue for the 10am kickoff. As the 1pm games were set to kickoff the next crowd was lining up to gain entry...Benjamin must have felt pressured to create more room and proceeded to ask my fiance and I in the second half if the hostess had sat us or if we had just sat ourselves. (We had been sat by the hostess several hours earlier prior to the 10am kickoff.). Busy place I get it...but come on man.

Really enjoyed playing Casablanca and Zeus. Lived the food at thexWaters Cafe. The Spa was delicious. Just beautiful.

I performed at the casino, and the service there was great, they were very accommodating.

Always cheerful and clean. Everyone there has a great ""resort" attitude toward visitors. Slots seem tight, food is very good at Waters Cafe, tasty buffet too. I have not been there in hotel, but assume rooms are very nice (see many travelers checking in and out at valet service).

Great casino, not a lot of tables open when I went though, so most were crowded. Servers came around a lot for beverages.

First time visiting this resort and it was exceptional. From Valet, Registration, pool, Steakhouse to the room service staff. I was treated with great service. It is now my new go to resort within 3 hour drive radius.

I have always had excellent service in all areas of the casino, I am bringing my Easy Coast brother and I know we will have a great reunion there will be 8 of us for a fabulous time, thanks for being there.

Fun casino, enjoyed our time playing slots. Joined the Paradise Reward Club. Delicious dinner at the Grand Palm Buffet, great staff.

Overall excellent facility and rooms. Heads up: the Water's Cafe has an awesome bar staff, particularly Cynthia--what an asset to the company! In fact, most of the staff are super friendly, attentive, and absolutely professional. Great stay all around, on more than one occasion too.

We have stayed here many times and generally like it. This time, not so much. The room did not feel clean. There were stains on the mattress cover, the bed was lumpy and the pillow was lumpy. The ice machine on our floor 10 did not work so I had to go down to the coffee shop to get ice. The room rates have gone up so at this rate, it's not worth it. I have family close by so we come over every 3 months.

Attended a seminar in one of their larger rooms. It was very nice. The food provided was very good and the restrooms were nice and clean.

The rooms at the Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa are comfortable and stylish. Being close to entertainment made for a good experience and the service was great.

Beautiful rooms bathroom was appointed nicely with rainfall shower and deep soaking tub. Beds are very comfortable. Had brunch this morning at the buffet and was amazed at the options for the low price of $15. Saw a concert the last time I was here at the state of the art music and entertainment venue the show. I'd highly recommend staying here if you have plans to be in the desert.

We stopped in on a road trip just to go to the hot water Cafe. They have the best food! We always make it a habit to stop at this place just for the restaurant. Oh, and we likee to donate some money to the casino as well.

Nice Clean casino. Various Machines to choose from, If you like to get your drink while you pay to dance with lady luck. Then I suggest you get there should early cause alcohol is not served all night 2 a.m cut off.

To be honest the best casino hotel around los angeles its 130 mile from beverly hills and better than all around los angeles we really like it also we are going very often to vegas and stay at Cosmopolitan Las Vegas ofcourse you cant compare cosmo and here but this is way more than we expected also location easy access and easy to reach restaurants also very close to palm desert and this location is better than palm springs and way luxury than palm springs area.

People were lovely and kind. Place was emaculate and the pool was beautiful and spacious, first place that had extra towels without having to ask!

Amenities are wonderful, rooms very comfortable and clean.

Great place. fun atmosphere. I'm giving it 4 stars cause of a personal matter. Even though I'm 25 I look very young so I get carded more frequently. Which is fine... but security coming onto the floor to card me is a bit much and a tad embarrassing. But aside from that it's a great place (unless you are losing) lol jk

Went here when we were on vacation in Palm Springs. Great night of entertainment and especially good when you win! Clean casino with friendly staff...especially the young woman who helped me understand how my freeplay worked.

I am an Uber Driver and I went to sleep for like 3 hours in their huge parking and because by the way I always give service to their customers. So the security guards gi flash their lights on me and telk me if I have been drinking and that i have been their too long and to leave the parking. My car has uber signs all over .these casino are so rude!!!

The Show is a great venue that is just big enough to have a crowd but intimate enough to feel like you're not missing out on anything

Came here Friday Night for the Buffet. It was seafood night and they had very few other offerings. The Desserts are now portioned out. You have to ask for a piece of pie! And what is with the lighting here? Dark dingy room with no attempt at decor. It looks like the tribe is getting cheap!

Disappointed. They are not practicing safe covid precautions. I asked a clean up person does he have any hand wipes...he said no...and simply walked away. Not enough sanitizer stations and none of the machines have Shields between them or every other machine off. Not safe...not clean. Nothing has changed pre covid. Rewards program us too far off from other casinos...

The casino floor looks nice it seems like they are always upgrading stuff to keep it up to date. Customer service is very friendly. The location of the hotel is fairly close to food and stores not within walking distance. Overall it's a fun place to visit.

The place is ok. But the cigarette smell and smoke are really strong. They are needing more powerful air extractor instead of be using more powerful air fragrance. My allergy was booming as soon I open the door.
If you are a regular gambler do not expense a lot money there. Look also that the place is more worry growing money for the news facilities than keep keep happy the gamblers. No entertainment in the place. Few bar availables, to get a simple beer in the main bar took around 12 minutes on Monday. The server around the main floor are practically nonexistent. And if you have luck to get 1 be stick in the same slot machine for one hour, because if u are moving you never will be taking your coffee or drinks.

Newly redecorated looks great! I won 20 bucks off of two on the quick hit slots. So thumbs up. Service great especially at the new stores.

I saw Michael Bolton in concert Saturday night and it was okay but I could have been a lot better

Nice place with great Steakhouse on site. Clean comfortable rooms. Good staff with exception of the fact my room was supposedly on hold for option to extend my stay but was given to another party. Would have stayed if it weren't for that issue.

It was actually my favorite casino in the coachella valley and I was even at the casinos grand opening not for the general public but, to the tribal members and their guest's way back in April of 2002 and I have the $5 dollar table chip set in acrylic. But, I no longer get free play and I had been getting at least $5 which is not very much but, it would give me a reason to stop by once a week and of course put more than $5 in the Machines lol So, for me that did it because after all the loyal year's of being a card member, I am extremely disappointed in how cheap and tight this casino has become....it is still by far the most elegant and beautiful of all the casinos in the desert but, let's face it folks....its all about the free play and comps a casino offers its players that keeps them coming back.... oh yeah and it was my birthday on the 23rd of July and I got absolutely nothing not even an email happy birthday!!!Fantasy Springs did as well as a $25 food voucher, Augustine gave me two free buffets and as well as Spotlight 29 so I'm a little more than disappointed with our Caliente especially for being a loyal cardholder so so many years

I was only in the casino...but it had everything you would expect in a casino. Good amount of tables with reasonable limits on a weekend. Lots of slots. Looked like there was some good entertainment that comes through as well. Worth a stop if you want a casino in Palm Desert.

Very nice and comfortable day spa. Would have liked more food options so we didn't have to leave early.

Went in for some free play and won $125 in free play off there scratchers that they're promoting this month and with that free play I won $278 cashing out wow ..I love this casino because you can actually win ...I love it..
