Great rooms, amazing service and super fancy place. They have 3 pools, 2 buffet complementary breakfast, and bowling area.

The Hotel is very wonderful. Helpful and friendly staff. 5 stars. The room we got is worth less than 5 stars with minor errors.

The experience was very bad! The glass table that put things in front of the mirror suddenly exploded and almost hurt. Checked the cause of the glass burst was heat and cold, but it was caused by substandard quality. The most annoying thing is that the hotel should charge us money. Tempered glass, why am I okay to use a hammer to destroy your tempered glass? ? Besides, tempered glass exploded easily. Where can this quality be better?

For your safety, don't come! !! !!

Location is great, next to beach. Great pools with beautiful garden. Many pools to choose from.

Nice hotel with nice room, good facilities and friendly staffs. Breakfast is awesome and so close to town and beach. However, room's WiFi connections need improvement.

Nice room, hotel facilities including pools and gym.
This said was not impressed with the buffer breakfast especially at the secluded restaurant which was much quieter than the main venue, but the food was cold and the service was non existent for the eggs station.
Dinner at the buffet was below standard with the food quality lacking and seemed to be sitting there for too long without being changed, disappointing as eating in thailand is one of the highlights of my holiday
Although there were other venues for dinner which were of a good standard with great live entertainment.
One more negative, which may not be anyone's fault, but in our particular room there were extreme amounts of mosquito's, and the doors to the room had to remain closed AT ALL TIMES.
There were good entertainers at the pool conducting games and assorted activities for all ages.
Not sure I would stay here again considering thailand has many hotels which I could not fault, or if there were issues, the hotel staff would rectify.

Very nice hotel with very good service and good location. However need a refresh but are under renovation.

The hotel is great with pools of territories and green, near the sea! But at breakfast in the canteen, the car people! And yes the hotel 5 stars but for the broken glass in the room took the money 3 euros! When the room is 100 euros per night :)

I am an iranian.I traveled to phuket.graceland hotel was a good hotel and its Features was good.Its air conditioning and Moisture was good.It has 3 swimming pools.breakfast was good .

Terrible service!
Staff were rude and slow, our air conditioning didn t work and they were not able to offer suitable alternatives. Rooms in general were appallingly filthy, house keeping wouldn t come through until 4:30-5 sometimes and would ignore the do not disturb.

Great resort, great breakfast buffet. We came with our 2 young children, lots of activities for little ones as well as the kids club (be aware if child less than 5, it has to be accompanied). The resort is half renovated so it is worth to pay the extra for a renovated room. Amazing pools, nice staff, fully enjoyed our trip here

Everything was AMAZING, the pool, the food the room and the activities. EVERYTHING

Located between the beach front but will be far away from Bangla and this area is not very much. Have to walk a little far, but if you want peace and relaxation, recommend

The hotel staff and bar clerks are not very good at dealing. But the location and the hotel atmosphere is nice. You can also enjoy the sunset.

We liked it. Has 3 pools, has a new section and friendly service, great breakfast and dinner, beach across the road. Quiet place. 5 minutes walk from Junceylon. Met a couple who visited Graceland every year.

A beautiful hotel and very nice it is very large and offers a lot of service in terms of cleanliness of the room it was great, there is even a bowling it is really very very nice

Great hotel great location but in dire need of a renovation

Magnificent hotel, huge rooms, has a double bed plus a small sofa. On the lower floors the room goes out to stunning pools. The 4-star hotel has a bowling alley and billiards.

A good 5 * hotel with an excellent location in the calm northern part of Patong Beach, while within walking distance of get-togethers. First line. Service and conditions correspond to their starliness.

The big hotel in Patong Beach has 10 well managed buildings.

One my favorite places in the world. People are awesome facility is top notch highly recommend a stay here .. we will be going back

It was easy to spend and Rich was good near the sea.
I do not think that it is suitable for the person who makes the new year quiet.

Great fresh food. Awesomely tranquil environment with multiple swimming pool access, and bars to choose from. Just wish the cockroaches were not such an issue. And though I tend to clean my rooms myself, I would have appreciated the general yet significant efforts to sweep our floors and wash our bath, not just make our beds as a form of room service, for the 8 days we stayed there. None the less, the holiday objective was achieved. A lot of rest, great food, and walking distance from all the exciting offerings on the near main roads and beach <3

Clean, decent and well priced. Situated right across from the beach, and only a short walk from other restaurants. Recommended!

Hotel is extremely dirty
A toy roll under the bed and was shocked to see the dirtiness.

We loved our stay here. Lots of activities throughout the day and awesome pools.
We had the family suite with 2 bedrooms and it was very spacious. The bedrooms where huge and it had a big lounge area. The staff where always smiling and saying hello every time we walked past them. I honestly can't fault this resort in any way.

The kids room was a great place to let the kids loose and relax. Although it was freezing in there most the time, the staff where happy to turn the air-conditioning off and on (temperature settings didn't work so it was either off or freezing cold (please fix this)).

The 3 girls and guy running the activities for the kids where fantastic. I can't remember all their names but I think one of them was Teresa?
They came to breakfast every morning in costumes and explained the daily activities while having a little play with all the kids.
Keep up the great work guys, we hope you guys will still be there on our next trip.

The pool is nice and very close to the beach. The room is a bit old

Spectacular stay, wonderful staff. Clean, organized, well priced and in a great location, close to the wild night attractions of Bangla road but not too close to the noise. The room we were in looked almost brand new, had very good wifi, plugs supported all sorts of formats (US, Euro, UK), one of them even had a built in 110/220 converter.
2 pools offered varietey for family vs chill, with a swim-up pool bar for each, and when this got too hot, we could cross the street for a cooler fresher dip in the sea, which was a few seconds away from the pool area, just accross the street.

Although I stayed for 2 days, I came early in the evening and didn't turn around. The room is still good. Not far from the supermarket, bar street, convenient transportation

This resort could be a fantastic resort.. however the attitudes of most staff, and management are terrible. A simple smile and not making your guests feel like an inconvenience is all it takes. Very unhappy with the treatment of my young family when they where sick. Even down to the attitudes of checkout staff, lasting impressions mean everything in the hospitality industry and the young female on the checkout counter certainly left a bad one with us. Not once did we get asked if we enjoyed our stay just a forceful you must pay this.. some serious staff training is needed here...General cleanliness around the rooms and resort is not to standard.

Pretty nice, mostly upscale. Has a vibe of being built in the 80s, and not really upgraded since. Also, a lot of random exposed pipes and unkempt pieces of the buildings' facade. Rooms are really nice though

I chose this place because I am a family of four.
It's great to have breakfast, and the pool is so good to go swimming.

Have stayed here twice and will be back. It's a lovely place and the staff are awesome. Very helpful and accommodating.

Service is also very good. Cost ratio is not good compared with price range. Especially, the smell of bathroom is severe. Recommend more affordable accommodation

Absolutely not a 4 or 5 stars. very unfriendly staff, specially at the reception, not helpfull....every thing out of fashion, outside walls dirty, by the pool not enough chairs, very noisy with all the child screaming, and absolutely overpriced, compare with other hotel in Patong like Holiday inn resort, or Grand Mercure...no turn down in the evening...so never again...

The hotel is nice, the pool room is directly beautiful for the family, because of the love of the children, the swimming pool is at your bed and the swimming pool is less than a meter or so, and the internet is very nice to me. The restaurant is on the square and close to my beach

Amazing location. I didn't have to travel any where all week ,there was so myth to do and see. Also the beach was amazing and the sunset was stunning.

Good hotel. Large clean rooms. The beach is right across the road. Of course, the Sunset wing and the rooms with direct access to the swimming pool on the first floor are better. They cost extras for them.

Luxury hotel, at least 4 pools, bars inside and outside the pools, very varied breakfast, large rooms, impeccable room service. Recommended

The room is very large, the pool is also very good, including the top sky pool, the first floor of the sunset pool, the pool has a bar, you can buy cocktails, go out to the beach and the sea; it is recommended

Good hotel with great pools. Excellent location as the beach is right across the road. The buffet for breakfast has plenty of choices including omelettes made to order.

Love Graceland Resort. The people are very friendly, the pools are amazing and the location is perfect. Keep up the good work Graceland staff!

Shopping, food, access to the sea is very good. I really like the swimming pool and I like playing with my kids all day. The sunset is also wonderful. It looks like they are remodeling buildings now. I hope to have a good time when the construction is over. Resort to come again ~~

What a spectacular place to stay. As a family of five with three kids under 8 there was plenty to do for everyone plus there s also child minding service in-house so us adults can go enjoy without worry.

Graceland was excellent value for money. Hotel is a little tired but is being renovated slowly. Facilities are excellent and staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are large and well serviced y air conditioning. All rooms are close to pools. Restaurants and bars onsite are good value for close to home eating. There is street food available on the beach and along the street. Shopping is within 2km and a pleasant walk.

The hotel is very tired. The new building doesn t even save from the impression of the 90s Holiday House near Moscow.

Horrible! It was dirty and smelly, the climate smelled of mold, it couldn't be ventilated because the smell of food and the exhaust motors from the kitchen was unbearable.
Anyway, the whole hotel is worn out!

beware of house keeping staff, we had quiet a few things stolen from our room including money and clothes
And when we tried to get answers from the front desk they pretend they don t speak any English and pretty much ignore you.

Nice and basic hotel, big pool but not enough sunbeds as people reserves those, but arrive many hours later to use them while many people are just sitting on pavement next to empty beds. Breakfast was nice. Restaurants are a bit pricy. Rooms nice, big and clean. Fridge in room was nice surprice. Three different pools, but too bad there are too many people smoking in pool area so it is not suitable for children as smoke is hazard to breathe. Luckily beach is close and there in no smoking in beach are what is really great thing. Ac works well and wifi quite good.
