Garbage hotel! Garbage hotel Treats Chinese and foreigners differently. When foreigners enter, they pull luggage and hand champagne. Oh, because of the deposit problem, let the whole family move the luggage out.

Beautiful, clean and good location right on the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Got our accomodation on a deal so was quite reasonable and worth every dollar but not sure if I would pay full price as that would be quite expensive. Buffet breakfast was lovely with a lot of options.
Wouldve been 5 star but reason for 4 star is the fact they dont do wake up calls and the indian staff dont know any policies for hotel, phuket or Thailand
There is old section of the hotel which is very old and the new section is much better. If you book the discount room you end -up at the old section. The staff is not friendly. The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast. I wont recommend this hotel with those prices.
Everything was great. Service was quick, rooms were clean, pool and bar access were good. Located close to the beach and nearby food services. Good location. Quick took took to main shopping area.
One of the best resort I ve been to. Great activities if you are going with the family, very close to the main party districts and clean rooms ,beach (with in 1 min walking) and pools.
The breakfast is very good. Only the accommodation is best for a makeover. People are friendly. Planks at the swimming pool painted black and lying loose.
Overall my stay at the Graceland resort was pleasant however it was not the 5 stars it boasts. The finishings throughout the hotel and rooms are so unbelievably shoddy and made to such a poor standard I was genuinely surprised. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly enough although barely spoke any English. The one thing that really did it for a me is that you can hear absolutely everything in your room, from people slamming their doors out in the corridor, to your neighbors flushing their toilets, people talking in the corridor, people outside walking (we were on the 4th floor so it s pretty high up), music outsise as well. I m normally not fussed with a bit of noise but this is absolutely ridiculous and has completely put me off from staying here again. For the price you pay to stay here it would NOT recommend to anyone.
Coming from Bangkok and Koh Samui it was a bit of a change at Graceland. The front desk staff were great and we had a beautiful welcome arrangement left for us for our honeymoon. I'd say this place is better suited to families than couples. You will want to time your breakfast as it got incredibly busy (and noisy) and the food selection wasn't great. Also try to avoid the main pool where the kids play, the scent of pee was pretty strong there. There is another pool down one of the sides of the hotel which has a pool bar so it is probably much better (didn't get a chance to use it). We got rained in while having some drinks at the hotel bar and it resulted in having some really, really good pizza. If you have had your fill of Thai food and want a quick taste of something else I can recommend it. It is well located, away from the nightlife so you won't be kept up by the noise, but close enough that you can walk to it. It is also right over the road from the beach which is nice. It's a little expensive for what you get but it was the best deal for a place we knew we wouldnt be bothered by outside noise.
This place could be so great but so many things let it down. I was most disappointed with the general attitude of most of the staff. No happy, friendly smiles - most of the time we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Beware if booking in the Sunset wing - do not request a room close to the beach. The resort has a band that plays at the beachfront cafe every night until at least midnight. VERY loud. Also there is currently construction work next door with loud noise & dust from 6.30am till 6.30pm. A lot of maintenance required- missing tiles in the pool (We cut our feet & scraped our knees), pool furniture old & falling apart. Oh & the balcony doors don't lock either.Great location though - walking distance to everything you need & food great, especially the "Bar & Grill".
To be in such a quiet and relaxing place just minutes away from the bustle of Patong is more than worth the money. Graceland has beautiful views, coupled with great in-house dining and bar experiences. With many facilities to cater for all ages and interests.
Terrible service, waited more than 2 hours to prepare a room, in the end, not everyone put it, a sleeping bedspread stained, a malfunction of the TV, while not responding to the call of staff
Just spent 8 night with my family, family room was right across from the belgian restaurant which has a live band till 12am which was very fustrating for the first few nights with being so tired! Staff cant speak English properly, seems inconvenient when u ask for something. Family room was great size, pool closes at 8pm! Buffet breakfast was great, but the same everyday. Wouldnt return to this hotel again for that kind of money
Phuket Graceland resort & spa has given good service. They have 3 restaurant and two big swimming pool also they provide personal pool. Its good for couples and family as well.
I was staying for VERY LONG TIME in Graceland for holiday and this is the Very best and beautiful Hotel in Patong. Now i come again for holiday. This is a 5***** hotel. Sawadee. Greetings from DANY. ( Belgium & Italy)
Staying at Phuket Graceland Resort is very comfortable, from the balcony of the hotel room you can immediately hear and see the waves of the sea, a large swimming pool, breakfast for Muslims who are also there, God willing, for those who like sports there are also bowling alley. There is a large garden for playing with children. Recommended really !!
This hotel is in need of major maintenance, many sharp hazards on tiles and plastic spa controls, No spas were in working order, does not accommodate a place for smokers, very poor selection of food in buffet, the hygeine standard was extremely poor, there was a lot of flies in the buffet and also a lot on the food, the rooms floors were very dirty and the bath rooms need a lot more attention in relation to cleaning done to them, but This hotel has 3 very large swiming pools but they did not monitor chlorine levels properly causing my swimers to turn into a diffrent colour.
Stayed there 5 times now, last time was 4week's of April 2018,great location, sensational pool's,good size rooms but getting a bit outdated now, room service food wasn't that appealing unfortunately. Other year's I'd rate it a 9/10 but this last stay I'd rate it a 7/10 ,with a LOT of other resorts opening up think they need to pick their game up a bit with pricing, food, service
We had a fantastic time a Graceland Phuket, pool was amazing and the staff were great, always friendly and willing to help. Especially the staff from Carpe Diem kids club made all the difference, the kids had so much fun with all the organised activities. We could relax while the kids were having a fun and engaging time. We slept so well in the very comfortable beds, and the buffet breakfast was high quality with a wide selection of food available. We had heaps of fun in the pool which has enough shaded areas so you can spend almost the whole day in and around it. Just make sure to grab your pool chair early in the day. This is the best relaxing holiday we have had in a long time, the 10 year old wanted to stay for another week at least and the 5 year old wanted to stay forever.
It is a little old facility, but I was able to spend comfortably. There is also a kids' program, where you can interact with children from other countries.
Very run down, though they are renovating. Our room had more issues than I can be bothered listing. Next room was ok but still very run down, it would have been nice in the day. Patong is full on crazy busy and noisy. Some good food but really this place is for the younger crowd and party scene. If you like action and noise then beach front is your thing with a busy road running past. We only stayed a couple of days to check it out and then headed to the much nicer Laguna.
Graceland Hotel central pool and larger side pool was always murky and grimy by the middle of the day. Noticed they rolled out pumps and filters at night, which made the pool clear overnight but during the day the system just couldn't keep the pools clean.
Main breakfast restaurant is also crazy busy but sunset restaurant is more relaxed but less food options.
Naughty Nuri and Real Number 6 in the hills great food options.
Recommend avoiding this place or keeping it to a very short stay. Probably better options in Patong.
Photos look better than it is. Much of the upstairs main building is closed for renovations.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms and well maintained pool and grounds. Security is good. Knly complaint is the quality of the food, breakfast is cold and other meals were not the best.
Everything is super well arranged, rooms are delicious, the food super tasty, and the location of the hotel near the sea with a beautiful beach super Highly recommended
Great place to stay. Buffet far too expensive for evening meal at 650 each. Only down side was there are a few poorly kittens around the grounds. I would love to visit this hotel again but not phuket itself.
We stayed in a Pool Access Room from the 5 Dec - 10 Dec 2018. <br/>The room was infested with bed bugs. I was mauled and eneded up with a massive allergic reaction all over my body. No refund was offered. Just a hotel doctor. I ended up on antibiotics.
