The worst attitude to customers and the quality of service that she met in life! At night, the staff opened the door, people settled in to answer the question of what it was, they said that we had a dream or we were drunk! They ordered food in the room, they brought nothing in an hour, they said that nobody called and did not order anything! Never even apologized. Cleaning. One name. Towel change. Unraveling dirt around the room. In the middle, swept and good. Territory. Very beautiful. Fishes. Waterfalls Pools. The entrance to which is life threatening. The extreme step sends you to the abyss! Be sure to either hold (no railings) or immediately sit down and crawl. You can hit hard! Food. Breakfast is the same, but the choice is good. For 10 days, not tired. Coffee is not very. If it were not for the service, and not the attitude of the staff, I would recommend, as well ..... NEVER return to this hotel and advise! I have never met such an attitude in my life.

Used to be good till they started charging VAT twice and service. Be aware when you paying a bill of 200 you will pay vat and when you pay the final bill at reception they will charve you vat again also exchange 2-3 b less than any other on the street

Huge and older, beachfront and easy access to all the action if you want it. Very much enjoying our time here

this is the Lovely hotel that we stay while visiting Phuket. We had a great time. Friendly service. It's near to the beach. Car parking is available.

Great pools to choose from, breakfast menu is good with European and Asian selections to choose from. Right near the beach and a gentle 15 minutes walk from Jungcylon Shopping Centre.

Very pleased with the hotel. Great spaces, lots of staff who are all kind and helpful. Very spacious room with pool exit. Charmingly useful and very comfortable. We are with 3 children. We took a family room. The room is very spacious. A good decision to take this room. It has 2 large double beds + a single bed that we added. There is still enough room in the room. There is a seating area (sofa + 2 chairs + table). There is a bath and shower. There is a balcony that goes out to the pool. The room is in Sunset Building. The building is relatively old. This is not an exit to the hotel's main pool (although there is a pool full of hotels). The room is on the second floor and we have an almost private pool. Overall very good.
There is a slight drawback (which the whole hotel suffers from), and is low maintenance. Also included in the room. In addition, the room has a little smell of moss. Very quickly it becomes imperceptible, but every time you enter the room, you feel a bit. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, breakfast, snooker and bowling. In short, fun.
Since the hotel is right on Patong Beach (Ahash Road separates it from the beach), there are beautiful sunsets in the evening.

I would give this place a zero star rating if possible. The staff is extremely rude and the entire hotel has poor customer service. This entire place is a joke and only driven by money. I would never stay here again. Also, it's not a beachfront, don't be fooled. The hotel is across the street from the beach with a huge wall between it and the beach. What a joke.

An Old resort in the heart of Patong, next to cemetery, average food buffet. Across the road to beach, so noisy with motorbike noise, wifi keeps drop out.

Great location, just opposite beach. Very nice rooms, big property but the best part is the activities they have for kids. They have all day activities 7 days a week. Very nice and comfortable stay if you are with your family

Robbed the number. Brought all things, up to the child s winter clothes, phones, tablets. Appealed to the hotel management, the reaction is zero, such as blame yourself lock things in the safe. We do not know how to go home, we have minus 30. And there is no money to buy winter clothes.

Lest start with the fact that the hotel looks, feels, and smells old. Not vintage old, but old like someone forgot about it for a couple years. We had 3 guests including myself staying in one room but were told that only two devices could access the (absolutely abismal) Wi-Fi for the duration of our stay. After a lengthy talk with the manager the alloted us one extra device. When we got to the room after an unnecessarily lengthy check-in the AC was not working and we were told it would be a ten minute fix. 2 hours and 1 replaced fan motor later the AC was working. Instead of immediately changing our room they had us sit and wait with the workmen there. The breakfast buffet was completely unappetizing. The food was either overcooked or raw, the breads were stale, and the eggs were cold as ice. I think the only redeeming quality of the hotel was the view of the beach that was spectacular. The reason for such a condemning review is that going into the stay we read good reviews about a 4 star hotel and were completely let down by our stay.

Resort is large, and is good. But the facilities are a bit outdated and there are places to worry about. Security is also a little poor.

Funny and sexy! It s so beautiful place, just forget everything and have fun.

About 5 minutes walk from Patong Beach, breakfast is good, coffee is not good, the pool feels great, but unfortunately not enjoyed.

This resort has on old feel to it but it such an amazing place! I ve been here three times now and have loved it every time! Affordable accomodation, heaps of entertainment options and three different locations to enjoy a swim! The buffet breakfast is unreal to!

We stay with pool access room. Its was quite compare to the normal pool. This hotel was awesome with 3 to 4 swimming pool facilities . Do explore the hotel gym located at the 3rf floor which also link up to another swimming pool. Daily breakfast was reasonably fair to ensure that you don go hungry until lunch time .

Amazing hotel with staff that can't do enough for you. It is a minutes walk from the beach and 10 minute walk into Patong shopping district. Highly recommend.

This place is located in patong, patong beach is near by, but hotel doesn't have private beach, you got to walk across the main road to go to beach, lots of mosquitoes, seweage smell in bathrooms, dirty water, we got skin allergies due to contaminated water, air conditions doesn't work properly. Same breakfast every day. Swimming pool staff was good and friendly but reception staff was not polite. it's a very very old hotel. First time I experienced cockroaches and pale (yellow) water in bathrooms. Door locks were broken. I think the owner should spend money to make it work. More than Half of the hotel was empty.
The worst part was WiFi, It would never connect.

If you stay there insist for sunset wing which is newly renovated

The best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool. There are about 7 pools, large and small, and you can enjoy as much as you want. If you get tired of swimming, there are also two pool bars. Cocktails to drink in the resort feeling perfect taste. Be careful not to drink too much.

Good facilities. Nice pools. Great location if you want to be out of the peak of the hustle and bustle of Patong Central. A little shabby around the edges.

Overall a very nice establishment with very kind staff and great facilities such as pools and bowling alleys. The only downside would be the room service food is not of a very high quality and there are some strange smells in small areas in the resort. The spa treatments are fantastic albeit more expensive than those you would find outside of the resort.

Amazing hotel. Did not like the staff treat the guests.

I stayed in the old town which was not renovated. There were too many mosquitos, bedding was damp, and mold smelled. I protested and switched to another room. Give $ 200 a night for one night! I will not come back here. Taxi fare from Phuket Airport is 1200 baht. Compared to other areas, the price is too expensive. It is the third in Phuket and it is not likely to come again.

Rude Chinnese dominate breakfast buffet not to mention the smell of China desired foods.
Ordered a Ice bucket and told it will cost 100tbh to be paid at delivery!!

Activities are pool side only.
Although had a good laugh at the water aerobics conductor.,Had a clown costume on dancing in front of a pool full of Chinnese who cannot swim.

good place to stay and have a holiday family and kids, lots of activities within the resort to keep kids busy. Good Breakfast with many choices. Staff is polite and courteous. Guest Relations Manager is very helpful.
Only one issue they do have a sewarage problem during our stay and the stink was really bad.
Location opposite to the beach is fantastic.

First time in Phuket. Highly recommended this hotel!!! Beautiful place, amazing service, very close to central. Beach in front of the swimming pool!!! I will come back again!!!! Thanks for all :))

I recommend, elegant place, convenient location, first line, infrastructure. On the edge of Patong, already quiet, but everything is close. The beach is public, the water is azure. Pools, animators, breakfasts for every taste.

place for bus groups, pictures on booking websites are artificial, the reception manager (lady) is unfriendly, lots of mosquitoes and bugs in room if you choose room on 1F with pool access. Worst breakfast ever I have in life. Definitely not coming back and not recommend.

Good hotel complex price range above average. The territory is large, green, clean, well-groomed. The hotel itself consists of several buildings of the same type, there is a huge swimming pool, and a couple of smaller ones. Located on the first beach street, the sea across the road, a special servant, with a flag and a whistle, helps the way.

Big pool, large rooms, great for families. Next to beach.
