I will be celebrating my 13th year anniversary as a Field supervisor at Agape Home Health this year. Prior to joining this great Agape family, I worked in government, and private sectors in different capacities. These 13 years have gone by so fast because it is by far the greatest place I have worked. A family owned business whose proprietors Pastor Daniel Shaji, and his wife Shiney Shaji have shown deep care to the clients, the employees, and to the community. Pastor Shaji, and Mrs Shaji have made it easy for we employees to express our concerns. I can brag, with confidence, that my work colleagues are the best ever. My supervisor Prasad has always afforded me opportunities to grow professionally through his guidance, support, and positive criticism. My fellow Field supervisors have been superb-always ready, and willing to assist each other. The office staff have fostered a relaxed and pleasant work environment, and are always very helpful to the field staff. I have been able to visit my parents, and other family members who live out of the country often-an opportunity not many employers will provide. I am very greatful, and truly blessed to be part of this great company. I look forward to 13 plus more years.
