No urgency or real concern when my Moms attendant ...

No urgency or real concern when my Moms attendant doesn't show up! Its been 8 visits missed since last week as of today!!! The 3rd time she's gone days to weeks without care. They say they'll "try to find someone " and call me back....... NEVER call back with an explanation or solution. They don't ever consider how much of an impact this has on my Mother, physically and emotionally. This company has been unreliable, unprofessional, UNcompassionate the entire year we've used them! If they truly cared, they'd show up themselves to give her a bath and cook her a meal! I can't imagine how many others who may be worse off than my mother, are being neglected and have noone else to depend on. Shame on them!

8/15/18: one day after this review my Mother was contacted and Agape went out of their way to meet her needs and get her back on track. She now has a WONDERFUL attendant who shows up and takes great care of her! She is Godsent, my Mother says. I thank God and Agape for making everything right for my sweet Mom.
