When I spoke to my Relator Jeff Biddle with Rocky Mountain Reality, he gave me a list of lenders. He told me that Vern with Advantage was pretty solid. To say the least, our loan process was difficult and had to be worked on daily for over 30 days due to the nature of my business and being a business owner. So here is where this review gets interesting. I called Vern and was able to reach him on his cell phone. This man was straight forward on the documents that would be required and what these underwriters were going to need. Vern had assigned his assistant Karlee to the case and assured me that she would get everything handled. And then it began! Karlee spoke to me everyday ( I am sure that she did not want to do this) however, our communication was superb! In business, and in this Carona BS its simply unheard of to get good customer service!!! I have 23 employees and used Karlee as an example in our staff meeting because I believe every customer in every industry should be treated as my wife and I have been. Karlee submitted over 1900 documents in our loan process and even called me from her vacation to touch base with me. In the end, Karlee and Vern made our loan happen. It was very frustrating and at times we wanted to give up. Karlee assured me that this loan was going to happen and not to stress. I feel like we made friends with Karlee and Vern as we have worked together for this long time frame. Its even nice to hear someone telling you to calm down and chill! Karlee saw our loan through and was in attendance in our closing!! Huge Thanks to this company!! I have worked with at least 5 other lenders and never have had such a wonderful, successful experience! I recommend this firm 110% and would ask you to trust them EVEN if you feel helpless, just do what they ask and do it promptly so they can get the job done!!! Thanks Guys
