Incompetent and unreliable as a company.

The process went smoothly except for the fact that I submitted an application and the broker only wanted to communicate via text and email and call me via phone when he had already run my credit and gotten an (incorrect) loan amount. Turned out he hadn t even read the entire application. My consent was asked for via text, and I had replied that I still had questions but the broker had already run my credit before even replying to me. Not only this, but I was told that he would need 2019 and 2018 tax returns and I ended up paying my taxes early due to misinformation, when my previous returns would have worked just fine. I did get some cooperation from them on attempts to remove from my credit however- all three bureaus still have this inquiry on my credit as of today regardless of any efforts on my or their behalf. So-I don t recommend this company.
