I would never use this company again! They put what they want on your application. The company refuses to change thing that are incorrect on your application such as race income marital status. And the only way you qualify for them to help you is if you get the mortgage terms they want. I asked for a 10-year mortgage and ended up with a 15 year mortgage they refuse to give me the numbers.
