Dr. Otter was funny and to the point. He let me know what was happening and what we were going to do about it. No fluff. Perfect.

First experience was waiting on the phone for about 15 minutes before I got an operator. However the position attitude was very nice but when it comes to the girls at the front desk I think they all need training courses on how to interact and upgrade their people skills and listening skills.
I informed the front desk that I had to referral letter with the information that she needs she says we have it however my referral was for and MRI and by the time I left there I never got the MRI I wind up with the next rate that I didn't need and the prescription that was prescribed it should have been at the pharmacy that day due to the excruciating pain the prescription was not sent till 3 days later how sad was that

I really liked Dr. Bady. He was professional, sensitive to my religious customs, and seemed interested in helping the issue long-term rather than prescribing expensive surgery.

Great dr. Very informative. I saw him for several partial tears in my left shoulder. I felt relieved after being educated about the issue.

Very professional and polite staff....Megan Bichsel is very informative and excellent with my knee injections...and I've never experienced a long wait in the waiting room.

Dr Tim Trainor was a delight, listened to me, answered my questions and explained in a way I could understand. Had two problems with facility or staff: one was 1 1/2 hours waiting for my appointment after being on time. Saw sign in lobby stating at least one hour in waiting room due to their excellent service! My time with doctor was less than 10 minutes. The other problem, at check out, they told me I could go, so I had to point out I was required to pay $10 copays. They processed that and I left. Total of two hours from in to out. But I would reccomend the doctor.

I m never disappointed why Dr. Mike Trainor and Jason Zarn, PA-C! I feel like they genuinely care about me and me feeling better. I ve had a spinal fusion with them and now I m back for a neck injury. The Warm Springs office is my home base for AOSM. The staff is warm and friendly! One of the best decisions I ve made with my healthcare providers!

Super nicely, Dr Kuruvilla always takes his time with you and answers all yours question . I have been in his office for over five years. He fixed a problem that others Doctors couldn't fix it .

Even though my time with Dr. K was brief he told me everything I needed to know and what was going to happen next they get everything done and very efficient!

After suffering a hip injury during the Nevada Senior Games, I have been unable to run or enjoy basketball. I was on NSAI's, had 11 laser treatments with my chiropractor, physical therapy, topical analgesics, heating pads, and massagers to no avail. My GP ordered an MRI of my hip and referred me to Dr. Timothy Trainor at his Centennial office who is an orthopedic physician specializing in the hip. Dr. Tim was great as he reviewed the results of the MRI, very personable, very professional, very friendly. He suggested that my hip pain may be a result of nerves in my lumbar region, and ordered an MRI of my lower back and referred me to his brother, Dr. Michael Trainor at his Warm Springs Office. Today I met with Dr. Michael and could not have been more pleased. Very busy office, but well organized and a very friendly staff. Met with Dr. Michael and again, could not have been more pleased. He was so personable, encouraging, and has ordered a diagnostic test which should determine if indeed my nerves are the cause of my pain. They are two extremely accomplished and prestigious physicians, and I have been blessed to have received their kind attention and consideration on my road to recovery.

Dr.K is the best Orthopedic doctor I have ever had. He really cares about his patients. He has taken really good care of me and had done an excellent job fixing my ankle!!!

I have been coming here for the past three years and Dr. Yee and his P.A Brittany are both amazing. This facility has a friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend this facility.

Doctor and PA was very helpful in explaining everything going on and also had a very good experience with the first surgery and now, might need to have another one but know that I am in excellent hands.

Doc Libby is a fantastic doctor and human being. Very straight forward, yet compassionate, and has a good sense of humor too. He takes the time to explain anything his patients may have questions about. I'm glad that he's with a great group of docs. My wife and I have had good experiences with all of the staff and docs at Advanced Ortho!

It's been 1 month since I was there for an evaluation. I was to see Dr. Timothy Trainor but was seen by his P.A. instead. The medical report has not yet been sent to my primary care doctor! This is after I called them twice & they assured me the report was sent. I then called medical records and left a message stating my request. Still no report! Terrible service!

Brittney was awesome. Helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my care.

I have always received excellent, compassionate and swift service.

Brittany is always warm and professional. I usually hate shots, but it never hurts when she gives me shots in my knee.

Dr. Bady and his staff are a breath of fresh air. They are very busy, but somehow manage to be very quick. He is very skilled and kind. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me.

Tiffany Teepen is a great PA. Caring and attentive. Enjoy my appointments with her.

Great physicians and PA's at this office. Recommend them to everyone. Had multiple joint surgeries by Dr Nick Liu. He s very kind, thorough, and I trust him completely. Dr Liu and Dr Yee are awesome!

Don't expect to get MRI results within 2 months. Over 30 calls, submitted the online form, 5 trips to their office and still nothing. Highly reccomend going else where.

Dr. Lui is a fantastic doctor. He takes the time with you to explain things and never makes me feel like he is in a big rush. He s very knowledgeable and an all around great guy. I highly recommended him. His staff has always been kind and curtious and wait times for me have been minimal.

Timothy Trainor is a surgeon to beware of. 4 months ago he botched my shoulder surgery by failing to attach a torn tendon that my bone spurs had cut. He did remove the bone spurs and suggested that my NEW constant pain was from my NECK and conveniently his brother is a neck surgeon in the same location. BS !! I went to Thomas & Bigler for a second opinion and had an Iodine MRI that showed the tendon he was supposed to attach had not been. 3 days ago Dr Bigler went in and reattached it with 5 staples and 3 days later for the first time in 4 months I have virtually NO PAIN and also no bruising of my chest and arm that Trainor provided needlessly from doing a poor surgery. My neighbors said they have heard "stories" about the "Trainor Twins" and to stay away from them. After months of needless pain and suffering I am FINALLY pain free thanks to Thomas & Bigler.

The nurse practitioner was nice and professional. Other than that it was terrible. Only saw the doctor for 30 seconds, nurses were a little short tempered and bitter. I also had to call for my own referral. Waste of $50 imo.

I was impressed with his frankness, although I did not want to hear what he was telling me, I felt comfortable with his knowledge of what needed to be done to help me.

What a wonderful medical organization! Today I saw Tiffany, Dr. Yee's assistant. She was compassionate, thorough, kind and informative. She answered all my questions patiently and gave me a detailed report on my recent, November 1st arthroscopic surgery that Dr. Yee excellently performed. I was a ballet dancer for many years, and there ended up being lots of repair work to be done. The front office people are sweet. The scheduling people are also very nice. I am very satisfied with having been referred to this amazing group of health professionals! I highly recommend them to anybody that needs orthopedic consultations and/or procedures done! *****

Went in to see Dr. Bady who recommended surgery on left elbow. Unfortunately his medical assistant for reason(s) unknown to me was totally unresponsive. Would not respond to anyone of my 8 calls over 3 weeks to schedule surgery time or any questions on whether insurance was withdrawn or doctor changed his mind. AOSM is a great orthopedic office & helped my son with his knee injury. They were very responsive to get us into see the PA quickly & she was not only really nice & gentle but very informative & provided good instructions to ensure he was able to heal properly. Highly recommend them!!

Mia is always very considerate, listens to my concerns and never makes me feel like I am being rushed so she can move on to the next patient. She is willing to assist in any way to ensure that I leave her office with an appropriate plan to manage my symptoms. She is an exceptional PA, and never hesitate to return to this office when I have medical needs.

I think that Dr. Otten is the best. I would recommend to anyone who has been told that they need surgery to go see Dr. Otten before committing to any surgery. I was told by two different orthopedic surgeons that I needed an ankle replacement, including one from the Mayo clinic. I was in pain with every step and worried about the recovery which would have been close to a year.

I had the stem cell therapy in my ankle by Dr. Otten and within six weeks I was back to my normal activity without any pain.

It is a shame that stem cell therapy is not more prominent in medicine in the United States.

I felt very relaxed thru my first visit with such a wonderful PA who explained more than I've ever known. She's truly amazing. Thank you again.

The office staff is very professional and you never wait long. Impressive for such a large practice. The PA and Dr. Yee are both great.

Rude receptionists, horrible experience, waited over an hour after my appointment time and was still never seen. They charged $110 for an office visit upon arrival. An hour and 15 mins past my appt. I was told multiple times I was next. I was never called so I demanded a refund and left Will never recommend this place!! Don't waste your time people, there has to be a more professional and reputable place out there. DO NOT GO HERE, FIND ANOTHER ORTHOPEDIC

I have been seeing dr. Otten for many years. Knee injections to relieve pain. Staff is great, they operate on time. No complaints.

This is the second time my husband had a total knee done by Dr. Bady. Three years ago he had his left knee and 2 weeks ago his right knee. Both times Dr. Bady did a terrific job with minimal scarring. He is a no nonsense doctor who gets the job done

Always in promptly. Good staff. Megan is great with my injections!! Always answers my questions and gives me good advice.

I feel Dr. Granger is great. He explained the muscle, tendon structure that I could understand what exactly was causing my pain. I feel much much better after my visit

Excellent experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistants were all very professional. Once the x-rays were completed, Dr. Liu came into the room and explained to me the problem. He recommended a cortisone shot that was administered by a physician's assistance. I believe the entire visit was 90 minutes. Will be going back for my other problem in the near future.

Dr Kuruvilla is extremely efficient. In and out of his office in a relatively short time.

At first it hard to find-everyone helpful, Doctor provided me with copy of x-rays and a good Diagnosis, the shot he did on my knee was painless he a good hand thank you.

Dr. Bady and staff were great! Arrived for my appointment, roomed, xray'd and treated all within an hour. Hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I won't dread it! Thumbs up!

Office staff makes me feel comfortable and in good hands. The office seems very efficient . X-ray's taken on the spot and read immediately. The Physician Assistant I saw today was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in her explanation of the x-ray's as well as a treatment plan. all in a matter of approx 30-40 minutes!!

Dr. Randall Yee is amazing. I had a previous consult with a different surgeon who recommended a total shoulder replacement. Dr Yee advised arthroscopic surgery which is way less invasive and the results were outstanding!
I am having my other shoulder repaired shortly, and know that Dr. Yee will do another great job.

Megan took the time to listen and gave several options. Her honesty was refreshing.

This place commits fraud. They kept trying to get me to take a back brace that the doctor said would not help. After continuing to bother me about it I took it. Almost a month later they charged my insurance $2500 for a non-customized simple brace. I called my insurance to report them and they said they would not pay them. My portion was $550 which I called Advanced and a rude lady said I owed them. I told them to take it back and they said I only had three days and was stuck with something I have never used. I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney General of Nevada and the state medical board.

Dr. Yee is the best in his field. His staff (Joy and Alvira) and his P.A.s are excellent. I'm able to walk again thanks to this wonderful team. I highly recommend this office.

Office staff and PA Adam Range are very friendly and helpful. Each time I have gone I was in and out within an hour. Even when I got X-rays done!
