Had shoulder surgery by Dr. Timothy Trainor and wish I wouldn't have waited so long to do it!

Thomas was great. I found out I had arthritis, been suffering for years.

Dr Bady did a 2 layer laminextomy 2+ weeks ago. He is a great surgeon who took time to explain the operation. Highest recommendation.

Dr. Yee was very professional and thorough as was his PA. Damien, the MRI tech was very professional, and extremely personable. Great experience.

Brittney bough is an excellent PA-C
and provides accurate details about test results and all possible courses of action that will assist in the road to recovery.

She has a gear demeanorand always takes the necessary time to explain about therapy, medications and different treatments that are needed for a successful recovery.

This facility is the best. X-rays take at facility which means no extra trips to another diagnostic center. Dr. Liu is the best and his PA is wonderful. She explained things today and did not push my decision to have surgery.

My first time to an Orthopedic doctor. They helped me with all of my concerns and will be following up to make my achy knees and back feel better! Extremely helpful and a great group!

My grandma went to this place for her shoulder replacement and she had the best experience with Dr Nick Liu. He was sympathetic, he was very assuring and was a very caring doctor.

Megan has worked on both of my hands and the SCARING is totally minimal...can't believe I was her patient as she'll be a great surgeon soon enough!!! You & your team are just fantastic at your work...thank you so much!!!

Megan is the consummate professional and quite simply a superb evaluator and physical therapist and excellent at her job. She assisted and brilliantly advised me through a complete knee reconstruction and replacement. She is making my arthritic hips livable and functioning without pain. She is a medical miracle in helping me.

My experience was great. The receptionist was able to get me in quick and the staff was courteous and helpful. The doctor was straight forward and personable.

Very attentive to my shoulder problem, gave me several options and now it is time for treatment and surgery. Everyone here is pleasant, helpful and so cooperative.

Great PA, the wait is at least an hour but once you are in the attention is on you.

I would trust Dr. Trainor with any procedure that he does. Very good doctor. He did total knee replacement two years ago and it is doing great!! Now i am getting the other knee done with confidence that he will do a great job!

I don't live close to this location but absolutely love the professionalism, politeness & friendly atmosphere here. PA's Megan & Thomas are incredible, they make you feel like you're a close friend or relative while getting the job done.

Dr. Bady is a delightful, caring person who i would recommend to all of my friends.

I am very pleased with the way this medical facility operates. Definitely a well running machine. After suffering with some pain and problems with my shoulder, they recommended some steroid shots. Which did help, but the pain would return after a few months. On my third visit, I asked if a minor surgery would be helpful and they advised me it would. So, this past January, they went in and removed a bone spur, also removed a free floating bony calcification disc. They also repaired and reattached my bicep tendon. It was the best decision. I feel so much better now. I'm having much better sleep, and barely any pain. I'm back in the gym. My favorite part about this experience was PA Megan Bischel. She was fantastic. Great advice, always honest and forthright. And very caring and empathetic. She is a huge asset for this practice. And I've already recommended them to a couple of friends who are having issues. Also, Dr. Liu is great at what he does. I'm proof!

Wish I could give a ZERO, Absolutely Worthless. Completely refusing to see my child even with a referral from her Pediatrician and her Neurologist. The scheduling department giving medical advice/diagnosis over the phone without a doctor even seeing my child.

Tiffany is the bomb! She is extremely capable and competent. Have no concerns about treatment or care from her.

Dr. Heller is AMAZING....When scheduled for an appointment.....we only sit in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. We seen him on March 22,2019 and just by him looking at Shawn's foot and seeing some movements and told us just what the problem was..... We were scheduled for surgery on March 27,2019 all before he took his vacation. He wanted to make sure he took care of Shawn before he went on vacation. He has been so amazing and VERY HELPFUL. He has so straight up and direct with us. Thank you Dr. Ai-quoc Heller for helping me out with Shawn u r truly appreciated.

Great experience team very helpful when first enter , waiting s alway short when assistant walks you to the back, if X-rays are need you get it taken on property which is fantastic no stress.All team members are friendly and helpful.

PA Pierro seems very well informed on the details of my case and very knowledgeable and experienced on the surgical procedure performed.

This is the first time I've seen Megan Bichsel at Advandced Orthopedics. She was great! I need surgery on my elbows and there were three options.Of course, NONE are covered by insurances! Nothing to do with her at all! But, just unbelievable.

We love this practice! My husband has been here in recent months for a shoulder issue and my daughter today for a wrist fracture. The practice in general is amazing; and, Adam even more so! We were in and out very quickly - I barely had any time to read my book I brought in anticipation of a long wait. Everyone, Adam included, was friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. I had my hip replaced one year ago. Dr. Liu and his staff are excellent. They take the time to explain things and great follow up.

Dr Heller is not my doctor, he actually is my husband
doctor but he is a very special and kind person and very understanding. My husband has some mental issues and is not a easy patient but Dr Heller interacts very well with him that god for him.

New physical therapy office but it s nice. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Dr. Otten is dialed in on what he does best - PRP injections and stem cells. He s careful not to overpromise and always overdelivers with the results. I ve now had a patellar injection and shoulder injection and both have felt great within a couple of weeks.

Got here at 8:35 on December 15th 2017 waited till 9:19 I was supposed to be there at 9:15 to get into almost 10 was supposed to see dr. Michael Treanor got to see some stupid PA and I think that's really f***** up this is the most discouraging disgusting ignoring people on My Humana people treated me like s*** and if they think I'm coming back here they're crazy he stands up people who have poor Insurance like Humana Medicaid and Medicare he doesn't care you have to better insurance and Better Class Act in the better look than I had apparently so if you're one of those insurance people that has insurance is find someplace else to go and get a different preference the place is obnoxious the staff is rude and they are on feeling cold people!

Mr. O'Brian was fantastic, he took the time to listen to and address all of my concerns.

I was seen quickly, all of my questions and concerns taken care of and everyone was very cheerful and nice. Dr. Yee took care of my issue and all the staff from the very front desk to out the door we re wonderful.

Maria Pierro - Physician Assistant is amazing to work with. Maria Pierro has been with Dr Tim Trainor and assisted him with my Knee replacement and has been there for my exam with all the answers. I trust her with my knees and her detailed examinations of the knees.

I had a great experience with Maria and all her staff. She has always treated me with respect and kindness. She even made injections in my knees not seemas bad!I'm happy to have her as my pa - c.

Questionable billing practices. Found another ortho practice that was professional and upfront about cost and willing to work with you. Do your research before settling with this practice.

Medical staff pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. Really no wait time which is amazing. However, when calling on the phone and they are going to get back to you with an answer - don't hold your breath. So, basically, medical staff are excellent but office staff (or recorded messages) are not so good - they never call back..

About 7 months ago I tore my ACL and both of my menisci. I'm now cleared to get back to doing anything I want, so long as I use my common sense. I thought I was going to be out for at least a year!

Dr. Liu and his team exude a competence unlike any other. I was always given straight answers, no fluff. My surgery went smoothly, my recovery also.

I've never spent more than 15 minutes in the waiting room.

If I'm ever injured again, I know where I'll be going first. Can't recommend highly enough.

Maria Pierre Is second to none for her professionalism, her personality and great smile!

Dr.Bady is the best. I have nothing to say bad about the entire practice they have all gone above and beyond. Angle was just that after surgery and angle. Dr. Bady have my life back to me.

Dr Liu is an amazing surgeon. He did my first major surgery on my shoulder.

PA Thomas OBrien is always very helpful and patient with all questions I may need to ask. He seems very knowledgeable, and I trust him with all his recommendations to get me back to my best and strongest.

Megan is also very helpful. She truly listens to any concerns I may have during recovery if I feel like something is just not right, assuring me that the recovery process will just take time.

If I have any concerns or uncertainties, I know Thomas or Megan will be there for me...

Best Orthepedic Doctor in the valley! Successfully diagnosed my daughters stress fracture when 2 other orthepedists missed it! Also got me relief from my knee arthritis without doing a total replacement, which another doctor told me I had no choice but to do! I wouldn t go anywhere else for my sports related issues for my kids! Thanks Dr. Otten your the best!
