Dr Adam is awesome! Kind, caring and very professional.

The staff, technicians and doctors here were absolutely lovely. I was nervous and they made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this office.

The staff was excellent and responsive. That is, the ones in the office. The surgery scheduler had to be threatened to set up surgery because I cancelled one of them and she more or less told me I couldn't! Also, I saw the doctor once (when he shook my hand) and again right before surgery. I'm used to dealing with my previous surgeons more times than that.

Dr. Otten is the best when it comes to giving injections with minimal pain. He is extremely personable and professional.

Megas was super awesume and made me feel very comfortable .and gave me shots in my knees she is a fantastic P.A

Megan is awesome! My go to PA, she's personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very informant. She breaks it down so that a lay person that has no medical knowledge can understand! She's helped me out and treated my family and I many times over the years!

Waiting time was horrible, but doctor, and nurse was fantastic. Doc would get 20 stars from me.
Dr. Kurvilla s scheduleing staff wouldn t get any stars from me. Half the time she didn t return calls. Told me I d get a call day before surgery. I waited all day for a call. Finally I called the office half an hour before office closed, was told she had already left. She finally called me after office hours. Never did answer my previous questions. Just glad surgery went well.

Dr Tiffany works with Dr Yee and is outstanding!!! Together, they make a great team and I always trust them for advice on what is the best path to take. I received three sets of gel shots for both of my knees and they are both doing tons better than when I came in three weeks ago. Both Dr's take a conservative approach to fixing what's broken, but when the time comes for surgery, I know exactly who I what working on me. Thank you Dr Yee and thank you Dr Tiffany!!

PA Mia is the best. RTHR, LTKR, RTKR and now finishing up with replacement of left hip. She and Dr Timothy Trainor make an excellent team! I m out of joints to replace.

LOVE the DR's here....the WAITING is terrible. Leave work for appt. wait 1 hour to be then told they are running late. How about a text telling patients that? We do have you pay for these visits missing work to sit in waiting room

Very friendly staff, was called back quickly, saw Dr K quickly and he was informative and helpful. For a first time patient I was in and out in less than 35 minutes total which was awesome.

Dr Bady knows his stuff. He's very forthcoming, trustworthy and pleasant to see. Love his office staff also.

Megan was kind, answered questions, and treated me like I was important. I have seen here twice for my injury and both times I felt the same way. Thank you Megan, for taking the time to explain the process/procedures, what I can expect, and for being there for me during this difficult time.

I cant say enough positive comments about Maria & Dr. Timothy Trainer, and Advanced orthopedics! I arrived a day ahead of my appointment and they worked me in as well as have me advice over the phone. These folks and all the rest of their staff are top notch!

I was so fortunate to have Megan assigned to me. From the get go, Megan showed compassion, professionalism and was very understanding to my situation. We have hit a slight bump in the road but hopefully things will work out soon. Thank you Megan!

This was my first time going to Advanced Orthopedics and I can gladly say it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone that I came in contact with, from the front desk receptionist, to the Orthopedic nurse and the doctor herself, were all very kind and charismatic. Dr. Maria took care of me, she went over different treatments for my injury, and she made me feel that the steps that we were going to be taking were the best for my situation. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs to seek out an Orthopedic Specialist!

Well first of all let me just tell you about Dr k staff That girl Bre is horrible she will never call you back she is rude and you can never talk to her directly and secondly Dr k maybe a good Doc but i can't tell he scared me to death he just looked at my foot without and MRI xray or anything else he just said that i needed surgery and that if didnt do it by Friday then he wouldn't do it so in just told him that he wasn't the only doc in town and thank God he said that i went to Apache foot and ankle and was welcome with open arms so go figure and this fool just sent me a certified letter telling me they dont want my business well the feeling is mutual........ there not to be trusted

Surprisingly quick to see doctor - only 15 mins past appointment time (trust me, that's excellent!) and doctor came right in, no long wait in treatment room. Unfortunately my news was not good, but pleased with Dr. Bady's quick and honest assessment. All considered, good visit.

I have been a patient of dr yee for over 7 yrs now. Very friendly and an expert at his craft. Actually enjoy coming to see him in some uncomfortable situations. Always feel better when done seeing him.

I have to say, this facility is a well oiled machine. Everyone is very polite, professional, and ON TIME! I have seen Dr. K twice for my foot and Dr. Yee for my shoulder. I can't pay enough compliments to these doctors and their operation. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Unfair billing and not truthful about services and costs. Broken promises. One of the surgeons did a procedure nearly 3 years ago and promised that it would be reimbursed to them as "insurance only" with no cost to me personally. Suddenly after 3 years, they decided to search my records, and a bill appeared for those costs listed as "patient responsibility". Also came in the mail a notice that my overdue account would be turned over to collections. They also refused to acknowledge that they were paid instantly via my debit card for a copay, even though it was taken out of my bank account and I sent them the reference number. This office will NEVER NEVER get another visit from me, or any referral. The podiatrist charged me for ultrasounds never done, and they "upgraded" the charges to be more extensive than the treatments that were rendered. They are underhanded and slimy.

Dr. Liu (Nick) is the best - direct and experienced in my issues. Glad that he puts me at least with explanations and actions of how to fix any of my challenges.

PA Pierro is attentive and caring. She takes the time to listen and informs me of what my care plan is going to be going forward and how we are gong to manage my pain. She has a good disposition and I really appreciate her caring attitude.

Dr. Otten did a small elbow surgery and it was phenomenal; no more pain and super easy recovery. I appreciate the office is VERY busy and sometimes it's hard to get thru on the phone (lately it's been better), but I would highly recommend this group. Dr. Otten is the BEST; so fun and understanding. I read some reviews about insurance, money, etc. Welcome to this America. Insurance is a disaster. I feel for people and for the medical facilities who have to deal with this state of affairs. I was lucky; good insurance. Of course that added to my great experience. I hope others will find good insurance (what a bleak conversation in this day and age).

My wife had a hip arthroscopy with Dr. Liu. He was fantastic from start to finish, as was his assistant, Tom. I can't recommend Dr. Liu highly enough, and would return to him for any major medical surgeries going forward. Friendly, knowledgeable and a great overall guy.

But I can't stress enough to stay away from Advanced Ortho and Sports Medicine. The rest of the staff, particularly the billing and finance areas of the business are incompetent and extremely rude. Long story short, we were told one thing regarding price and when the bill came, the price had changed dramatically. It appears that the person who gave the initial information was let go (exaggerating prices at best, completely dishonest at worst), but the billing department staff (an older woman who's name I cant remember) was always as rude and unhelpful as could possibly be. Headaches getting the insurance company and insurance consultants involved ensued and overall left a bad taste.

This place really needs to evaluate some of the administrative staff working there and make some hard decisions.

If you have a bone problem, this is the place to go. They are great. I'm having a complete shoulder replacement with them.

Dr Trainor and staff are true professionals who layed out all my options regarding my knee injury.
They reassured me and calmed my fears about a non invasive procedure that will resolve my knee pain resulting from a trauma I suffered.

Very clean facility, very caring employees. The street name has changed from Private to Advanced Way there is a sign on Sandhill Rd to let you know where to turn it's on the right side just passed the Hospital if you're headed West bound.

Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything very well, would certainly recommend her.

Two days ago I had an appt with Dr. Otten to discuss my upper back pain and to get some relief. My husband and I were called into room and waited a half hour. I went out and asked how much longer to wait. Was told I was next. Waited another half hour. Went out and asked what was the hold up! Was told again I was next. Waited another 15 minutes and finally went out out for the last time! I was told they told Dr Otten I was waiting to see him and he goes into other rooms instead!!!! They said they cant help which room he decides to go in!!! I was so pissed I told them I was leavng and never comng back and I better not get billed for this non visit! This is totally unacceptable behavior and I am still in pan for which I have to find another Dr to evaluate! Do not go to Advancd Orthopdics!!

I have never given a 1 star rating to any other business. Advanced Orthopedics and Sport Medicine treated me unfairly and is not returning my calls. Their was a miscommunication on behalf of their office staff that is costing me a lot of money. I was told by the Office Manager Melissa Kravetz that someone would follow-up regarding the miscommunication. I have not heard back from them in over a week and I have left two voicemails. Please take your business elsewhere.

Everyone friendly and efficient. Maria really gave me a feeling of confidence in her and the treatment possibilities.

The check in process went quickly, and I saw the doctor on time. He was very competent and gave me a clear explanation of my problem. Good professional organization.

Dr Liu very patient and explain my situations step by step for the treatment. Appointment time was good. Did not wait too long . Excellent team who works with Dr Liu.

Dr. Otten is an amazing health care practitioner. After years of struggling with my shoulder constantly dislocating, he was able to fix the issue without surgery. He is very knowledgeable in new-age advancements within the sports medicine field.

I can't thank the team at Advanced Orthopedics enough! A few weeks back I was convinced I had damaged my rotator cuff, thankfully I saw Dr. Nick Liu who immediately was able to diagnose it as a torn bicep insertion. I was treated and on my way in an hour and haven't had any problems since. They have high end technology for all types of body scans, extremely knowledgable doctors, and the rest of the staff have great customer service skills. The facility is also very clean. I hope I don't injure myself again, but if I do they'll be the first ones I call!

Top to bottom the best place ever. I m blessed to get such great care with not so good insurance. Office runs like a machine and everyone is friendly and helpful

Took my father once but NEVER AGAIN!!! That place is a money grubbing joint, the so called "doctors" see patients every 15 minutes so they run from one room to the next to see as many as they can, they don't wear disposable gloves or scrubs, the medical assistants don't wear gloves either, one of them had long dirty nails and they touch everything from syringes, cotton, etc. They will push all kinds of replacements, i.e. hip, elbow and anything else they can think of to get your money. I wouldn't send my dog to that place.

Tiffany is extremely professional, is down to earth and makes you feel comfortable in asking any questions and concerns. She doesn't make you feel rushed and wish most of the doctors here in Vegas would do the same.

I had knee replacement surgery with Dr. Nick Liu Oct. 2017 and it was the best thing I ever did! My knee is perfect! Today I went in for my other knee that has been hurting the last couple of weeks! I received x-rays and a Cortizone shot from Dr. Lui s PA Thomas O Brien! He was great! very professional and explained alot of options to me. If I do need to get up my other knee replaced I will certainly use Dr. Lui he is without a doubt one of the best
Orthopedic Surgeons in the area......Or in fact in the state. My follow up appointments were great and he has a great staff!
Don t be afraid to have a knee replacement if I have to have another one I wouldn t hesitate

This place lied to me and said they accepted my insurance, moved referral for transfer just to find out i wasted 6 weeks for nothing after getting a letter that they don't accept my insurance , 6 weeks unnecessary pain i was in if they just told me the truth in the first place.

Saw PA Jason Zarn today at their warm springs location. Jason is great, very knowledgeable and caring. He was covering two schedules so was running a bit late. He still took his time to do a thorough evaluation with me.

AOSM and Dr. Liu's group are some of the best providers in Southern NV. It has been necessary for me to have a pectoral muscle tear repaired by Dr. Liu. and I am now 3 months post op. He did an excellent job, and his entire staff, including Megan Bischel, has been first rate in providing care. My experience with everyone there has been excellent from the front desk to the physician assistant Megan.

Total knee replacement less than two weeks ago & feeling super. Dr. Liu is caring, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent surgeon! Best.doctor.ever.

Like i said Dr k is a surgery thirsty rude just like his staff tellin me i needed surgery for an Achilles rupture that I really didnt need he told me that if i didnt do it he would not treat me again so i went to apachie foot and ankle and was welcome and 5 months later walking running and no surgery so hes some sh......
