Dr. Libby Was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in very good detail.

Michael Trainor and his team provided excellent care. He spent time with me before surgery explaining everything, surgery went well and follow-up visits with his PA went smoothly. He office is busy but efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Trainor.

Dr. Otten is amazing! He is smart, courteous, and friendly and puts you right at ease. He actually takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions or concerns and I feel like he actually CARES about your problem/pain and wants to help heal you. He never makes me feel like he is rushing to get to the next patient. The wait times for him at this office are pretty quick, especially compared with the other doctors there. I would definitely recommend Dr. Otten and he will be the first doc I see for any possible future injuries.

I saw Dr. Otten for the first time today. He was very thorough and honest, Which I greatly appreciate. He is a very enthusiastic and charismatic Doctor who you can tell within minutes how much he enjoys helping people and the knowledge he has for it. Not only is he a great Doctor, but he is also the type of guy I would go get a beer with! Thanks Doc!

Doctor Yee is a fantastic doctor. There are many doctors in this clinic, but try to get Doctor Yee if you can. He specializes in knee surgery and recovery.

Megan was great! She explained clearly what was going on in my shoulder, and she laid out a plan for my recuperation!

I've been a patient for several years and multiple joints. Top rate service. My first Surgeon Dr. Otten was AWESOME! He highly recommended Dr. Libbey who replaced him at the practice.

Dr. Trainor did a fantastic job in repairing my knee. 100% satisfied.

Great office and personal were completely professional. Dr. Otten was outstanding.

Positives:
- Able to make an appointment and be seen within a few days
- Dr. Bady was professional and thorough
- x-rays done in office
- short wait time in office
- Dr. Bady took time to explain things and I didn't feel rushed

Negatives:
- up to 45 minute wait on hold to talk to reception
- took over a week to get referral for MRIs in order to schedule them
- was told my case wasn't surgical and that I needed referral to a pain management doctor; took 10 days to get the referral

I understand that the office is busy, but you all need to understand that, to people in chronic pain, waiting so long for referrals means more and more days in constant pain.

I was transferred to this doctor when i moved to Vegas for my accident, and honestly, I ve been so unhappy. They show up to work with no regard that mostly everyone coming there have work too. They take their time, the ladies in the front are completely oblivious and standoffish. If your appointment is at 10:45, expect to wait until 11:30 to even get inside, and then another 20 minutes while inside waiting on the doctor. It s like, by the time you finally see the doctor, your blood is already boiling, and then the doctor is no better! Just an aggressive tone, bad attitude, and no care for the patients feelings or concerns. At least that s been my experiences thus far.

Megan was terrific. Gave me an injection in my knee and had to ask if she was finished!

Finally someone who showed and explained the problem thoroughly. And, a very charming and helpful personality. Mia and her Medical Assistant were terrific. Although Advanced Orthopedics is very very busy, our family experience now and in the past has been outstanding.

Knowledgeable and competent Podiatrist. Definitely Recommend!

Was pretty nervous to have my knee surgery but Dr Yee and the staff (Extra thanks to Ms. Joy and Ms.Brittany)through the whole journey did their best to answer all my questions and make sure I understood. One thing that stood out was I am dealing with a weight issue and know it does plays a part on my knee I understand but instead of making me feel worse about it it was just mentioned that losing the weight would help my knee pain and health never once did I feel that was the focus. I know it sounds silly to most but when it is a struggle it is nice not to be reminded .

Physician Assistant, Advanced Orthopedics. Knowledgeable Very pleasant and strait to the point...She was teaching a student it was his second day. I volunteered so he could do some hands on as she supervised. She look like she would be a good teacher too.

Great doctor, explained everything and his thought process. Then he order some imaging handed me off to his partner for my issue.

Dr. Otten has helped me overcome several injuries since first seeing him in 2006. He is always willing to investigate further and answer my billion questions.

Mia is great. She has the best personality & bedside manner. Love going to see her even better than the Drs. You feel like she really cares about you.

Dr. Trainer is one of the best Orthopedic doctors I have ever dealt with. He explains your symptoms and gives you viable options that will fit your lifestyle.
He doesn't mince words and has a very professional and even demenor.

I had very little wait in the lobby prior to being called back to see PA, Megan. She was very encouraging and explained surgery details in answer to my questions.

Office is clean and efficient. Was seen within a half hour. Dr. Liu actually listens and hears what you have to say. After his medical attention, I am back to normal within 2 days. I have had many shots for my hips at this office and they always work because they take the time to find the right spot to inject. God bless them

They couldn't figure out why I was in pain. The doctors are insensitive and I heard them calling a patient a big baby because something was still attached. They didn't help me find the cause of my pain. Horrible doctor's here(Michael Trainer and Timothy Trainer).

Office staff is a joke! Have had two visits. The first time they left us in the exam room for over an hour waiting for lab papers because they "forgot" we were there. The second visit we were left in the lobby for almost 1.5 hours after our appointment time because they "forgot" to check us in. Then they were supposed to call in a prescription to CVS and they have "forgotten" to do that. I left a message four days ago to have them do so and they still haven't done it! SOOOO much time wasted! Maybe I will "forget" to pay the bill.....

Great staff, fast of in-n-out , doctors and the med assistants are very knowledgeable, love going there. Highly recommend!

Have had one surgery by him and it turned out great, getting ready to have another and I have complete faith and trust in him!

Dr Kuruvilla came highly recommended. He s very knowledgeable and kind. The office waiting room could use a little reworking. It s difficult for someone on crutches (or in a wheelchair) to get around in it. I was in there today and it was standing room only. Not good for an orthopedic office. I give Dr K and the staff five stars, the office not so much.

Great practice. Quick check in. Gave me shots for my injuries. We will see how it goes.

Dr. Yee is a real professional. Listens to your problem, tells you what steps he will take and the action to do is set. Staff works very well with him and the patient to ensure everything goes as planned. A wonderful first time experience.

Treatment signing in good. My injection from Megan was good and no waiting.

He is more professional than personable, which I appreciate. If you like to chit chat and get to know your doctor you may not like how quick and straight forward he is.
Wait time wasn t too long. Staff was friendly. I spent maybe a total of 5 minutes talking to him but he left me no questions. I would refer Dr.K.

The front staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Otten's nurse, Takima, is extremely pleasant and very friendly; plus she knows her "stuff." Dr. Otten is very laid back and spends all the time you need to be sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. His team is #1.

Horrible wait times not only in the lobby but also trying to get an appointment. When you finally get in they rush you! I had Dr Kuruvilla a few times and he's very knowledgeable and honest. His staff doesn't return phone calls and on their answering machine they say don't keep calling because they'll call back. Guess what... I'm still waiting for a call back from them.

I've seen a lot of doctors in my 57 years and his treatment and referrals worked and instilled confidence.

Two visits for a broken wrist; both were on time. All questions were answered with friendly interaction. X-rays were done quickly with immediate results. In a cast, waiting to heal.

Normally expect a wait, but well worth it. Dr Michael Trainor freed me from low back pain which started in 1967. The surgery was triple spinal fusion with bone grafting. He is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and I recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Libby is one of 2 doctors in my life that I've trusted implicitly. He is great at making a patient feel comfortable and informed about the treatment provided and always listens to feedback from the patient, takes it into account, and responds to it.

My Surgeon, Dr. Randall Yee is one of two of the most Unique and Brilliant Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He is Knowledgeable, Humorous, and an expert in human emotion, which I had alot of during my time with his practice. He kept me calm and answered every concern in a way that just took my stress level down. It meant so much to me. From his Medical Staff to The Office Personnel, it was all Top notch! I recommend this AMAZING place, with its Board if ROYALTY Surgeons to treat every area of the body! He's a Brilliant Surgeon, and and an Angel sent to take care of my injuries!!

I did say, he was one of two. My other Doctor is Dr. Thomann Kuruvilla. He is my Ankle Surgeon. He is Brilliant, in every sense of the word. He has a warm and awesome presence that you feel as soon as he enters the room. Just from his kind manner, and knowledgeable dialogue, he completely calmed my fears from my horrible ankle injury. I trusted these Surgeons a million percent. I am so grateful to God for putting these Amazing doctors on the pages of my Life when I truly needed them most! .....

This place's scheduling department has HORRIBLE customer service. We've been calling for 3 days that my wife has nausea and vomiting. She gave me attitude and when I asked where Dr. Michael Tanner or his assistant was there is no answer???? She then hung up the phone call this place is horrible do NOT go HERE.

They know how to scam you and your insurance company. Billing you and your insurance company for for things that they didn't do. THIS company is a perfect example of what is WRONG with our healthcare system. Scam, Scam, Scam.
