I arrived three hours ago, my appointment was two hours ago. I ve been sitting in the appointment room alone for a solid hour.(3 hours since arrival!!!) I wouldn t recommend coming here unless you have zero plans left for the day. I was not informed that this would be an all day thing, it was implied this would be a quick in and out. The staff is nice enough, but the wait time was so insane I cannot give them a good rating. Please work on your wait times. The staff seems rushed and this isn t a appropriate place to rush. This appointment has eaten up my entire day, making me miss other important engagements that I have and has put me I. Further pain from having to sit in their extremely old chairs in the lobby that sink and have no support. Please please please work on your wait times.

Dr. Otten has a great bed side manor. He has taken care of my whole family. He tells you exactly how it is. I trust him completely with my care.

While I am impressed with the bedside manner and care I received from Dr. Michael Trainer, his PA Jason Zarn, and Dr. Otten, I can not recommend this office due to the disorganization of the office staff.

Here are the following problems I've had:
-Showing up to an appointment where they thought I was being seen for a different problem, despite clarifying what I was there for while scheduling (multiple injuries)
-Failure to send a referral properly to a neurologist. Was told they didn't take my insurance (they did) after multiple attempts to reach someone at the office. Was also told they called me and left a message, they didn't. After clarifying with the neurologist's office, they said they never received my referral. Curious who they sent my information to the first time. Can you say potential HIPAA violation? Then, after leaving a message at AOSM with the specific information they needed to send the neurologist to prevent, they still didn't give everything. This resulted in about four months of delayed care, and a costly bill for me since it spilled over into the next calendar year, whereas my 2018 deductible had been met.
-I just now received a bill for services rendered over 2 years ago. When calling for clarification, I was simply told it was because they had switched to a new system. I am traveling for work and have no access to my records to verify that what they are saying is true, and after all of the disorganization and I have seen, I have a really hard time trusting them.

It's a shame the office is such a mess because the quality of medical care is great, but it is simply not worth the headache of so many office errors.

Dr. Kuruvilla and all staff is really kind. Happy to return with them if needed. My Achilles's tendon is ready for again!

Worst Customer Service I've EVER experienced. I called to reschedule and appt I canceled due to migraines and blurred vision I suffer from since my accident. I spoke with a young lady named, ASHLEY, she informed me Im unable to schedule an appt for you due to you 2 NO SHOWS. I informed her I canceled my appt prior and left a message on the office voicemail the day of my appt. She was very disinterested, and cut our conversation by stating, "I will call your attorney and see if we can still see you on a lien" then hung up in my face.
I called back and informed her not to worry about consulting my attorney, I will contact a different orthopedic surgeon.

Had an appointment at 1:15p.m. Arrived early at 1:00p.m. signed in, was not given new patient paperwork to fill until forty minutes later. An hour later was told had to pay a $30 copay after seeing the Dr Badi and agreed to to do it @ 2:15 and was told "you are Dr. Badi's next patient" and fifteen minutes later @ 2:30p.m.somebody else's name is called to see the Dr Badi after his latest patient left. I saw the latest patient in the waiting room when I arrived @ 1:00p.m. I have no idea how long they waited but I do know that they were called in @ 1:45 and did not leave until 2:20p.m. Was told by the front desk receptionist "you are Dr. Badi's next patient" @ 2:15p.m. to be replaced by somebody else is wrong. Extremely disappointed and do not plan on coming back here - did not even see Dr. The Dr's time is important, office is important, but so is mine. If a patient takes the commitment to be on time and earlier to get the necessary paperwork done the Dr. or at last the front office should have the courtesy to show similar respect. If the waiting time is longer than expected or if the Dr. has to see one or two more before you, you as a patient have the right to know so you can decide to continue to wait or reschedule instead of being left in the dark and wonder if you were forgottened.

Dr. Bady is very professional. He offers options that are available, and does not push for surgery. He is also very easy to talk to :)

Don t plan on doing any other things if you ever have appointment here. The wait times are historically awful. I generally spend 2 hours or more in the waiting room past the time of my appointment and spend about 45 min to and hour and a half alone in the actual office. Instead of investing in better chairs for their patients they have spent money needlessly on Christmas decor. We are patients with issues that are stressed by bad chairs and it s horrible that this office is more focused on how pretty it looks instead of getting safer seating that doesn t sink so low that i and many others cannot get out of. The chairs hurt so much. The drs never spend more than 5 minutes with us and I always leave feeling worse than when I left and unheard and even simply neglected by their care. I hate this place.

Dr Trainor is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is kind and explains all of your options to you. He is never in a hurry. He is thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner!! I would recommend him to my family and friends. I am very happy having him for my dr.

Dr. Bady knows his profession. He is pleasant but does not candy coat where it comes to your health. Southern Hills Emergency Room sent me to Dr. Bady to evaluate my broken shoulder for surgery. Being he specializes in Spinal Surgery, he recommended me to Dr. Nick Liu, who s specializes in shoulders. He even set me up with a CT Scan prior to seeing Dr. Liu. I really appreciate honesty in a doctor.

My follow up appointment was with Megan Bichsel PA, she was very thorough, answered all of my questions and gave me all of my options. It's very reassuring having such attentiveness with my care.

Very accommodating and was made to feel comfortable. My 1st experience with a MRI and the technician was more than hospitable.

First appointment here. Pre registered on line so there was very little wait in the waiting room or to see the doctor. He explained more options that other doctors had told me but the result came out the same. Except he said I am not a candidate for surgery because of preexisting conditions. So he is not a "Lets cut" doctor like some others were that apparently didn't care if I survived the surgery.

Dr. Bady is an excellent physician with a wonderful "bed-side" manner. He explained the seriousness of my break (Ulna - Elbow), possible complications, and course of action. My surgery went well, better than I could have hoped for, and now with his direction I am striving for the best possible outcome.

Mia is great! Always takes the time to explain and answer my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Liu's for a couple years now for osteoarthritis in both my hips. He nor his assistants ever forced me into replacement surgery although we all New it was inevitable. I first went through a series of shots in both hips, a very uncomfortable procedure. The shots were very short lived. At age 80 I had my doubts but Dr. Liu assured me that due to my excellent health, weight under control, I was a prime candidate. Last September I had my left hip replaced. I kid you not, the first couple days after surgery are tough. However, the pain was gone!!! The only pain is the incision & muscle healing. After a couple weeks of physical therapy I was fast forward on my way to a complete recovery. Now I had to decide whether to go through replacing my other hip which was hurting so bad I would cry. With the tremendous success after my first replacement there was no doubt in my mind & 5 weeks ago I had my second hip replacement. I feel like a new woman. I cannot say enough about Dr. Nick Liu. He is the very best & gave me my life back.

5 min wait. All points covered in minimal period of times with all concerns addressed. Not only is Advanced a very efficient office, Mia Pierro-Foster, PA is excellent..

Dr. Trainor took the time to listen to my concerns as well as explain everything in laymens terms. Would definitely recommend!!

Friendly and helpful. She explained how everything worked and was real knowledgeable about my situation. Took the time to talk about my options. Overall great experience.

This beautiful soul is very knowledgeable and kind and caring goes the extra mile to explain the problem and then explains how to treat it and what to expect so you can leave the office with an understanding of what will follow!!! Love it she s the Greatest I would recommend her to everyone in need and very highly.

Very personable, kind and knowledgeable. I was thankful for my visit.

This is the second time we have seen Dr Bady. My 5 year old broke her leg in April. This is the Dr that was referred to us from the ER. He was excellent with my daughter and very gentle. She was of course scared to death and nervous but Dr Bady was great with her. He is very educated and explains things very well to those of us that aren t in the ortho field. His staff was great as well. We couldn t get out of there without receiving a million suckers for the kids. All in all excellent Dr and staff

Dr. Liu and his staff are very considerate and thorough in handling patient needs. It is amazing that they meet most patient appointments on time. Through the diagnosis, surgery and follow up appointments I found De. liu and his staff to be very detail oriented in the explanation of the procedure and the recovery process, as well as, showing extreme concern for my comfort and ability to handle the pain connected with the procedure. This was my second surgical procedure handled by Dr. Liu, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of shoulder (torn rotator cuff) or knee (torn meniscus) repair.

Adam Range and his team are kind and caring, professional and respectful of your condition and have skill and knowledge to get you well on your way to healing fully. You will not be disappointed with your care.

I have had back pain for a few years and post falling accident six weeks ago my back has been in the most pain I ve ever felt. I was so scared to have my back even touched. The Doctor Bady was awesome. He was very professional, listened and educated us on the next steps. I m finally getting some answers and testing needed and I m so happy. Thank you! The office was so clean. The front desk was welcoming and so nice! It was a quick check in even for a new patient.

My Mother had an appointment for 1030. They put us in an exam room and left us. It's now 1215 and not one person has come to update us. Extremely poor customer service.

As a new patient I was shocked at the efficiency of the entire staff. Megan was very thorough in her exam of my issue, and she clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment. I left smiling and expecting relief from this horrific pain.

While this is a very busy facility, they strive to give the best of care. They are kind and Megan listened attentively. I have had no issues with the billing and was willing to drive over 45 minutes to get to their business for their care.

every visit from initial screening was wonderful, the whole team really cares.surgery schedule was quick, surgery went well, and they explained everything so yuou could understand.I am a believer once again.

Dr. Otten is THE BEST. Not only is he a great doctor, but he also takes the time to get to know his patients and understand how their lifestyle affects their physical problems. He has provided therapies that have relieved the pain in my knee and my shoulder. I am 95% pain free. Rotator cuff still acts up occasionally but have been able to manage with ice and rest.

Staff did not have our paperwork, but luckily we brought a copy. I had gotten a confirmation that the office received it. FOS seem like she didn't want to look for it. Sat in the office for 1 hr 30 min and finally left. Two patients that had appointments after us went before us. My husband (Michael) was in pain and it was just too long a wait. They wanted him to get an X-ray again and he had a copy of one that we brought on CD and a copy of MRI- or they wouldn't have made the appointment. We felt they did not know what they were doing should a surgery procedure take place. They could care less we up and left.

Short wait. Excellent care. Nurses and Doctor gave fine care.

Dumpster fire of an organization. Chaos, confusion, excuse making and lots of finger pointing. Constant errors and delays with medication, diagnostics and insurance approvals. No care or concern for patient health, satisfaction or well being. Office staff is rude and clueless. Dr. Liu has zero bedside manner. I suggest you look elsewhere if you would like competence and care.

Dr. Badly is very nice. Hope he can help my knee pain. He explains the problem so you can make a decision on what way you want to proceed.

This is the worst office I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They couldn't care less about my brother's broken foot. All they cared about was the insurance and whether or not they were getting paid. Everyone we talked to was rude, so just save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Dr. Baty is fantastic. He operated on my 88 year old mother who fell and broke her wrist very badly. He was very patient with my mom who has dementia and kept me informed before and after the surgery. He is an excellent doctor.

The shoulder surgery was a success and I could of lost my bicep muscle all together!

I had a great experience today. The office staff is professional and kind. The Dr. is professional and made it easy for me to understand what was wrong.

I gave one star due to the professionalism of doctor Thomas and the other doctors who worked on me today.

The office in total did not receive 5 stars due to the nurse ill-mannered behavior! Although I already had certain x-rays done, she claimed the x-rays couldn't be read. I then called to have them sent over but she said they do not allow other offices to send over records and made me take my x-rays at their office.

When I returned to my original doctor who took the x-rays, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the images. I was also told that they have sent over records multiple times before! I don't understand why someone would tell a patient such a bold face lie.

Dr. Liu was patient and fully explained what surgery I needed and the recovery time. He didn't pressure me and answered all my concerns.

Very friendly doctor and staff. They provide excellent service with attention to detail.

I had confidence in this doctor from the beginning. He answered my questions and made me feel like my situation mattered. My surgery went well and my healing time was minimal.

Dr. Trainor is interested in helping me find the least invasive method to help my knee condition. I find this to be awesome.

The best of the best as far as I'm concerned my doctor was Doctor Yee haven't been there in about 3 years but getting ready to call make another appointment to see him for another knee replacement I went in there in the beginning scared and came out in the end glad he was my doctor his staff the office everybody in there as far as I'm concerned with five star nothing less

After being put in the room, we had to wait an hour. The PA came in for maybe 1 minute and the doctor maybe stayed 2 minutes .

Except for the staff on the front desk, few are wearing masks.

The responsiveness is slow to any request. Makes me concerned that I'm going to have surgery there. What if there is a problem? Will they get back to me in a timely manner?

They may be great doctors, but their organizational ability lacking. And their scheduling leaves a lot to be desired.

The staff and doctor Yee are very good and wonderful and knowledgeable in what they do I would recommend everyone of them to someone as a referral!

The staff at Advanced Orthopedics are always on time for appointments and friendly and courteous. Have had surgery in past and all went well. I can walk thanks to Dr. Timothy Trainor. Last year his brother, a surgeon too, operated on a bulging disc and took me totally out of pain. Two dynamite Doctors. I look forward to many pain free years because of their expertise. Thanks to them and God Bless.

Dr Timothy Trainor was very informative regarding my upcoming knee surgery. He made me feel at ease and I was able to ask many questions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful during my visit.

Had an appointment with Dr. Bady regarding my degenerative disc issue happening again. My appointment was on a Friday at 11am. Dr Bady gave me a referral for an MRI and a pain clinic for back injections. Fast forward to the following Thursday morning at 7am. I arrive at the imaging center and they inform me that they never received a referral. I'm sitting there in intolerable pain and my doctors staff did not do their job!! The same thing happened with the same staff the first time I saw Dr. Bady 14 months ago. This shows how much the staff care for the patients: they don't care! I'll be writing a personal letter to Dr. Bady letting him know how unacceptable this is! Now I'm sitting here waiting for Dr. Bady's office to open. Don't count on this staff to care about you!

Excellent service, short wait time. Very efficient and Dr. Liu is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and Megan is a very good PA and is compassionate, caring and has a very likeable personality.

It was good to get a consultation with Dr. Otten. He was patient and very informative, offering several options with all of the details I asked for.
