Advanced orthopedics has Shone to be the best experience I have ever had while repairing my injuries related getting older

Very companionate, thankful I was referred to them!

Shame on PA O'Brien and Dr. Liu. My wife came in in extreme pain seeking help, and all they did was belittle her, embarrass her and fat shame her because she was .5 above their ideal body mass index for knee replacement. This clinic appears to discriminate against over weight patients inorder to keep their stats up. Shame on them!

Dr Bady is an awesome surgeon!! He has performed both a shoulder arthroscopic surgery and most recently a 3 level cervical anterior fusion. Very pleased and have never had long wait times at my office appointments.

What a friendly, positive atmosphere. From the check in, to the aid all the way to Tiffany. She was so caring and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. When I got the injection she was kind and talked me through it. I was impressed! Even at check out everyone continued to be friendly and caring. I highly recommend Advanced Orthopedics.

Double charged me for my copay. Has been 20 minutes on the phone and got the most condescending, ignorant lady from billing. Somehow these people had an "error" that I received X-rays on property. I'm actually sure this half of a chromosome lady has placed me on a hold that'll never be answered.

Dr Liu is the most knowledgeable surgeon I known. His Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely go back for another knee surgery with this team. They are awesome

Broke 2 fingers in my right hand, my ER doctor sent me here to get it set. They just buddy tapped my fingers and never adjusted it, now it set at an angle, does not bend correctly. I can not hold things like I did before, have trouble even using a computer mouse and my handwriting it worse now. All they wanted me to do is go to a physical therapists for exercise. I am going to another specialist now to get full use on my right hand again. Find another option instead of theses people.

This is a wonderful caring medical practice. I see Dr. Liu. From scheduling to interaction with the doctor I always feel like I'm their only patient. It's so rare to walk out of a doctor's office feeling well informed and well treated. Tom and Megan are wonderful PAs and I'm confident I'll be well cared for if I see them.

Dr. Randall Yee replaced my left knee in 2012, my right knee was replaced in 2008 by a different doctor who did a terrible job and I've had problems over the years. Dr. Yee was more than willing to investigate and find the cause to why I am having trouble with that knee, even though he wasnt the doctor who replaced it. He has fantastic bedside manners and his office staff are kind and informative. Would definitely recommend visiting Dr. Yee for any problems you are having with your knees. Fantastic Doctor!!

I never feel rushed when I m there and they listen to my concerns and go above and beyond to make sure that all angles are covered for treatment.Brittney knows how to give a shot without me crying.

Dr. Bady is a great back doctor, he doesn't rush into anything that may not need to be done, and helps you as much as he can with all options. Dr. Yee, Tiffany and Brittney are the best for my knees, very helpful and communicative and my surgeries and treatments have all been A+, worked for my pain and more. I have been seeing them for 5+ years.

Amazing employer, love to take treatment for ever, wish them all good luck and. Keep on working hard.

Administrative staff was quick and efficient getting me check in to see my PA, Adam. He was extremely thorough and discussed several treatment options with me. Ultimately we agreed that starting out with a steroid injection was the most reasonable course, after which he administered the injection with very little discomfort and I was on my way. Great experience I ll be back!!

Went in for another cortioshot, since the last one lasted over a year. I seen Mia Pierro, the PA and she was awesome as always!

Do not use this company. Dr. liu or Dr. Otten they do not know what they are doing. All they want to do is take test after test and cost u and your insurance company money. Went to a chiropractor after I spent over 5k with these people. Cost me 45 dollars and 15 min I was cured. This place is a joke. they need to go back to school. and stop wasting your and insurance companies monies.

Every one was Smiley and courteous. The two options for treatment were explained, and my questions were answered immediately.
My chosen option was treated without delay, and I was on may way within minutes.

Brittany is such a nice lady with great knowledge of her medical field. Very pleasant to explain my woes to. It s a very pleasant place. They are very helpful. Dr. Yee is smart and funny. I appreciate all they do for me.

Dr. Bady listened carefully, examined my symptoms, had x-rays taken, developed a treatment plan, gave injections, and ordered further testing in one session lasting less than an hour. He quickly earns a patient's trust and confidence.

I respect their integrity! Instead of being ready to cut my hip open for a complete replacement, they gave me the power to decide when I am ready!!

After an expected wait due to being a new patient(paperwork), I found Dr Bady (knee) and Kuruville (foot) to be real pro's. They were fast, focused, knew what to do and how to do it. Fixed my knee (awakened this morning to NO pain) and we are moving forward with my foot. I would highly recommend these young two doctors. Ed H.

I love P.A.Adam Range. He is knowledgeable and has a gentle manner. What I did not appreciate was the financial end of my experience. I was hit with $300 in costs that were not discussed with me in advance. Per the M.A. this was not a cost that should have been incurred . I had paid for the medication in advance. Now I have to sort out this mess.

After being denied surgery and treatment for a broken ACL by Workers Compensation insurance, went under my own insurance to see Dr. Bady who reviewed my history and agreed there is more to be done with my knee to fix it. He recommended me to another Doctor on the same team who is a Knee specialist to go through what it needs to be done to get my knee fixed. The wait time is long but there are lots of patients so do not expect to facility to stick to appointment time, plan for couple hours or more there. Staff is very courteous, professional and compassionate.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable.Dr. Kuruvilla makes me feel like he really cares about me as a person. He is very observant about my progress. Thank you all for the excellent care.

I was a patient for 6 months here, new to knee pain, I had a lot of pain for months, Dr Yee spends as little of time with you as he can, just doing reports, fishing for surgery s, I didn t feel like he had my best interest in mind , I ve gone to different doctors where they spent the time explained to me what was happening to my knee, I didn t have time to go to another doctor before I moved, I bought the medicine from my insurance company , to be injected by a nurse practitioner which took 5 minutes, 3 times, I have received huge medical bills. Stay away from this place, it s just a business like Macdonald s, too much overhead , no time for patients

Great recovery from a broken fibula. Surgery, a plate and 6 screws. Works good as new again. Had Dr. Sep Bady as my surgeon.

He is exceptional in his diagnosis and ability to treat patients, even those who don't want to hear what he has to say; i.e. need knee replacement. Second time that I had the pleasure of seeing Mia. She is absolutely amazing. She talked me through everything, and made me feel at ease with all I was going through. No offense to the MD s, but she diagnosed and treated me with 100% accuracy. The outcome was as she predicted or better.

I arrived 40 min before my appointment and got seen 45 min after my actual appointment. The waiting time is crazy, way too many people at this location. You can't even get a good parking space. The staff seems like they don't care, just always talking to themselves and laughing about crap. This place sucks

Anyone getting knee replacement should go to Dr Timothy Trainor. He did my left in February and Monday will be the right. Both done now and he's the BEST knee and shoulder surgery.

Very personable! Fabulous doctor! Dr. Yee stuck it out with me through thick and thin of my knee issues. Always listens to me. Joy is always on top of things. Brittney is so great with the injections, no pain, no stress.

2019 Right shoulder arthroscopic shoulder repair. Excellent care again. 2018-They take excellent care of my knees, and last year I had massive arthroscopic shoulder repair done. My shoulder hasn't been this good in years. Dr. Liu and Megan are very attentive and the office staff is pleasant.

We where in Dr. Ottens office on Warm Springs for our first time. On Wednesday Sep 28. We got there on time for our apointment at 3:00 pm. It took us 15 minutes to fill out all the paper work. We waited in the Loby waiting room for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Then we were called into the patients waiting room. We waited there for another 1 and 15 minutes Total of 2 hrs and a 1/2. At last we got to see Dr. Otten it was already past closing time 5:25 pm. Very disapointed of the waiting time we had to wait on our first visit. We where the Last ones in the office. Dr. Otten was in the room only 10-15 minutes. We make sure to let him know we had waited a very LONG time to get seing by him. He did apologize for having to wait such a long time. We are Not very Pleased with The Time We Had to Wait....

I was really impressed. I received xrays, liquid was drained from my knees and I received injections in both knees and was in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone was really friendly and Megan took great care of me. Thank you guys.
