This company is horrible and have an extreme lack of morals. I parked in the parking garage of my apartment complex right next to the door that leads to my apartment just so I can take my groceries in without having to travel back and forth on the elevator. I wanted to get everything in in one trip so I could hurry up and move my car. My apt is literally the second door down once I enter the garage door. I sat my groceries down on the counter and used the restroom and came straight back out to my car being booted. This whole process was literally no more than 3 to 4 minutes. This man sat somewhere where he could see me and waited for me to take my groceries in so he could boot me immediately. This is unfair. Obviously he could have at least given me a chance to pay for parking. At least let me put my groceries down. This service is just horrible

December 10, 2018, approximately at 8:35pm I got booted. I came driving from Florida, to the 300 Peachtree Tower, ATL, GA, where we were trying to make a reservation thru Internet with a price of $81.45 per night and when I clicked it to reserve, it wanted me to pay $171. So I parked went to ask on reception, about the price. I asked and leave the place in less than 5 minutes. When we approach to the vehicle we noticed those yellow things on the tires, and the note on the glass. Immediately, a person in his car see me with the notice in my had and came to me and asked me, if I want the booting retrieved, and I had to pay $75 for the removal. After that, he started to be real shady and say that he was there cause somebody called him for a booting removal. I decide to call the phone number in the notice, put the extension code and the person who told me it would be $75 for booting removal, was the person who answered. Nobody else was in the parking lot, nobody, which start to be really suspicious to me and my family. Having no other solution, I pay that person $75 to remove the booting. I asked him where I can report the claim. He gave me this internet page.
I found this, completely hard to believe. Have to pay $75 cause I leave my car for LESS than 5 minutes, it was go to the building that was in the same block, make a question and comeback to pay $75 for less than 5 minutes. We are not from Atlanta, non of us know this place, we just came here to visit and see how Atlanta was.
Btw we make te claim and this is all I got, Thank you for filing your online dispute. Your vehicle was booted for failure to pay for parking in a pay in advance parking lot. At each entrance and throughout the parking lot the posted signs clearly state to pay for parking in advance. Upon auditing the lot, your vehicle showed no payment. Please be advised that a majority of parking lots in Atlanta, specifically this parking lot, you need to pay in advance regardless of the amount of time that you will be gone. Thank you, Advanced Booting Services . A machine reply, this doesnt look like somebody read what I write in the dispute form.
This booting service is the WORST. If I could give the no stars, I would. I spoke with a man named JOSH that works there and not only was he rude and misogynistic, he decided to hang up the phone on me and also when I called back several times, he deceived to ignore my call which inconvenienced me. I then had to call again and spoke to a man named DAVE. Dave was also rude and condescending. If you want horrible customer service then this would be the perfect place. It seems as though they hate their job, I would too if I only amounted to a booting guy. 0 stars!
I payed my parking fees to the wrong person. The vehicle is immobilized, but this company is not able to solve the issue promptly, no one answers the phone. I find the adress online, went there but the office doesn t exist. Crazy
This attendant Darrell with an unshaven moustache watched me park to go into greyhound to pick up a package for 5 mins, boothed my vehicle. I thought it's a free greyhound parking lot, from out of town in town for Adidas Uprising, he was rude and profane. Didn't even bother to explain. How can the Atlanta City Council allow such a practice. #Atlantacitycouncil #advancedbooting #ripoff #misleading.
These guys here is scammers for sure. Their names in receipt is not match his name on the Employee name, he doesn't want to show his id when I ask. I ask the reataurant manager that does they hire him, they said no, and also this guy park his car on the handicap space, he already violence first, he has no right to give us a ticket. We should do something with these guys!
If you are ever in one of their lots DO NOT let anyone that looks like a "Good Samaritan" give you the remainder of their parking ticket. Read the fine print...non transferable. It doesn't matter if the person has extra time left on the ticket. You will get booted. Even though it was all done with good intentions, KEEP in mind this company will boot and isn't nice about it at all. $75 lesson learned...great day Atlanta!
Booted my car after I paid $20 to park to go to Sister Louisa's Ping Pong Emporium and left my car in the lot overnight. Was back to my car before noon and was booted. When I asked about refunding my parking fee, they told me they are a separate company. When asked about an eta on getting the boot removed, I was told that "it depended on how long it took the people before me to pay". I was alone, with my car in the lot and forced to pay in order to leave. If I had actually paid to park there, I'd totally understand.
I asked multiple times for the persons name, said it was on the receipt but was not. No badge number. We did park but the treatment of the company was unappreciated, creepy, and quite frankly unprofessional in any service model. Will be hearing from my lawyers soon
It deserves negative 5 stars! I would never go back to Midtown Place and Ponce Market! None of the warning signs were placed in the middle of MP parking lot or on the eye level of pedestrians. None of the parking service employees were kind enough to remind the 1st time visitors not to leave the place! No one answered calls when requested unbooting and the "dispute" site on the company website seems useless!
Crooks. I will file a formal complain to the Better Business Bureau. and the Miami-Dade county for illegal booting. The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution provides that "[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation...
They booted my car in a parking lot where the meter was broken and had no sign and when I explained it to him he said I know I just put a new sign up there and left damage on my after market rims
I paid for one hour, was 7 minutes late and they booted me. They were waiting for the slightest reason to boot and of course were right there to take my money when I came back. It may be allowed by the law, but they are a bad example of exploitation and human behavior. I am unsure of the value they add to the world.
I found that with this company it's not that hard you get a boot they record your license plate all you have to do report your plates as stolen get some brand fresh new ones and do a chargeback on the card if you pay by card which I highly recommend so you can get your money back and then they can't touch you simple as that
FRAUD!! If I could mark less than a 1 star, I would certainly do so. This is a fraudulent company. I pay daily to park for 10 hours at this lot to go to school at Georgia State at a lot owned by First Congregational Church. 8 hours later I return to a boot. The prick says that I moved my car and came back. I have proof that I have been in the class for 8 hours on a major project. He says "anything is possible" and that I could have given my key to someone else. I then say the church has video of the parking lot and they agreed to show the footage. He claims he doesn't have to watch it. They chalk you tires with a slash to prove your car was marked. I didn't have a chalk mark. I said that he possibly made a human error and skipped my car by accident since "anything happens" and he said "I never miss a car" and its chalk! So now its my word against his, I have to pay and take it to civil court with the Georgia State camera and the Church camera smh. This is ridiculous. This guy is a crook and they prey on people do follow rules. What kind of system is a chalk system! If I go and wipe every line of chalk away on everyones tire or pour water on it, then that means everyone will get booted smh. Criminals I tell you with no heart. Extremely rude individuals with no heart and no logic. He makes an error but his pride wont allow him to accept it. Idiots. Any and everyone please take legal action against this company. Speak to the Mayor and the BBB. This company should not be allowed to operate in Atlanta, GA or anywhere else. I also waited an hour and 45 minutes to get my boot removed and asked why hasn't anyone been here to chalk/mark tires. He replied "We do, all day". I asked if these practices happen equally everywhere with everyone which clearly they don't and he was stunned and got angry and said "they do because I say they do" . He doesn't give his name. I think it starts with an R.. he scribbles it. He is in the pics I attached. Should not be allowed to work anywhere ever again. Crook.
Terrible job... I literally parked in public lot in for 5 minutes. I returned to my vehicle with a boot and fine. I ve not been able to reach anyone at the office.
Paid for parking. Car gets booted then have to pay to get the boot removed. This business is the worst. They are a bunch of scam artists and thugs. They need to be investigated!!
I don't know how you live with yourself knowing that you're a horrible horrible person using company as a cover up. You prey on people's money and have zero remorse of your action. When your review is always one, you know it's actually a zero. People would've chosen zero if it was listed. I curse that money you took from me against my will. You will spend hundredfold of that money not knowing how or what happen. Mark these words!
My experience at Advanced Booting Company was forced upon me just as it was everyone else in this review. I don't want to make up excuses, because I did in fact park where I should not have parked (for approximately 15 minutes to return something across the street - we were patrons of the Midtown Place lot for the rest of the time we were there). However, Daniel, my ABS representative, avoided eye contact with me the entire time I asked him questions while he took my ID and my form of payment. I am VERY creeped out by the fact that he was watching my friend and I walk around until we returned to our car. I believe there are other methods of handling parking violations. Charging $75 for some CREEP to boot a car, watch the car owner's every move, and then aggressively request their information and credit card number is not the way to go about it. To top if off, after paying the fine, I looked at my receipt to find that DANIEL the ABS Rep was supposed to get my signature before I paid - he failed to do so. The fine print on the receipt says that I am not allowed to dispute the charge, even though the charge was not authorized in the first place. It is sickening to know that this type of business exists.
Got fined $75 for "leaving the lot and coming back" when all I did was change spots for a safer to exit spot. Once I claimed that they kept trying to throw in that I double parked like they didn't see if I tried to change my parking I'd scratch the car next to me. They were rude and told me I could only put in a dispute via calling once I got the receipt after paying. Once I called the voice bot told me I could only dispute by going to their site and putting in a complaint. Lo and behold their site isn't even up lol. Crook filled company needs to be shut down.
Payed to park but had a rental and accidentally clicked my normal car. Obviously they did not care and still charged me, even though I payed to park. Some people/companies just suck and do no good for the world.
This company is ridiculous and needs to be shut down. They lack customer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patrons. $75 for being A MINUTE over the time and I'm standing there while you are booting my back tire?! Really Daniel?!
This company doesn t even deserve a star let alone a license to even boot people. First off whoever Frank is needs to be fired he is very rude, and if anyone has had an experience with a white man about 5 9 medium built with ginger red hair needs report this man. He pulled up to my apartment complex 45 minutes later after I called to get the boots off my car and then can t even look me in my eyes to tell me what s the protocol and then had the nerve to pull up in an unmarked vehicle no license plate on the front nor back of the car and had a passenger in the car sleeping. What company operates like this? When I asked for this mans full name he s saying he can t give me that for security purposes and then I asked for the supervisors number and name he states I can t give that to you, last time I checked if I ask for the information of your manager and your badge number you should give it to no argument about it. This company is very unprofessional and not legit and they deserve to have their business license revoked.
It's away to get make money on delivery service drivers that make little money. Should be illegal for them to sit and wait on us to get out of the car to pick up for for a few minutes.
First time parking in Atlanta to visit my cell service provider T-Mobile. Decided to grab a cup of coffee from across the street. Less than five minutes and my car was booted. I was told that if even if I went to T-Mobile first and then got coffee I would still be booted. More frustrating than that is, I called the number 3 times, and was disconnected. Began to panic because I had to be somewhere in a few minutes to pick up my son. Had to ask local businesses who I would contact to get the boot off, only to find out the guy who did it was sitting in his car, watching me the entire time. I had to go to HIS car to get any help. Will attach pictures of his car and tag so that if you end up in this situation, you know what to look for so you can get your car back. Not sure what your faith is, but mine speaks on weighted scales, and if the fine was $25 or $35, it might had been fair. But $75 is unjustified for only five minutes. They have ONE black and white sign in the far corner of the parking lot which is highly unlikely you will be able to see. The way you would define patronage is definitely not their definition. No company that literally steals money and decieves people will succeed in the end. Today they didn't take my money, they took the Lord's, and did it on the Saboth. By association, I will be changing my phone carrier, due to association.
Even if you can prove you paid for parking and your registration is up to date, they will still charge you if it did not APPEAR like you'd paid for parking at the time the rep booted your car.
They are thieves. Parked at the greyhound station. Payed at a parking meter I thought was for the parking lot I parked in . Went inside with my son checked him in (was on the station 8 minutes) . Came out to see my car was booted. The booting employee was still there I showed him my ticket told him that the meter right here wouldn't take my money. He told that the meter I payed at was for street parking .He proceed to tell me it would be 75 dollars to get the boot off. Being very mad I payed . Sent an email disputing the ticket . Received a email back saying there was nothing wrong with the meter box and refund was denied. They are licensed thieves. Ok so does this parking ticket say anything about street parking . They told me that where I parked was private lot parking put the parking ticket I got has atl plus on it same as the lot I parked in . They are thieves .
This company is literally a SCAM and I am surprised it has not been shut down yet. They booted my car when I parked it in a totally legal spot in an apartment complex AND paid the parking fee (had the parking ticket for proof). The booting guy from the company told me that this was a valet spot, when I brought the valet over to tell him it was not the case, he still refused to remove the boot off my car. I called the company's number that was listed, they said that I can pay the fee now to unboot the car ($75) and call on Monday to get it refunded. I have been trying to reach the office for 2 days now and have been sent to voicemail with no callback. They have even answered their phone but stayed silent because they do not want to talk to me. This company is an absolute scam and they are EXTORTING people.
I was threatened by a ranger to pay for a fine because I parked in my own apartment. Ridiculous. Government should stop illegal booting companies like this
Watched me leave my car and booted me as soon as I crossed the street I was in the Fed Ex for 6mjns and got my parking validated. The male was very rude and unprofessional - told he is charging me 75bucks because he has to feed his kids
The supervisor Richard Jackson was so rude and disrespectful. When I called to ask why did I have a boot even if my ticket was showing 8 more paid hours of parking he did not even let me talk, screamed at me and later on when I said that I was going to call Atlanta Police, he showed up and put 1 more boot on my car. I stood up in front of one of my back wheels because he was trying to put a third boot. I paid the $75 dollars and it is not about the money. It is about the principle and how disrespectful this guy was. He was showing of his gun which made me feel intimidated and in danger, based on the aggressive way that he talked to me. I felt mistreated and I feel he was abusing the situation trying to put a third boot. I think this company is a scam and they take advantage of people. I don t need to be treated like a delinquent only because I am asking a question. I am going to send my case to Channel 2 news because I Think this company needs a further investigation. The owner Jeff Phillips should do something about this situation.
This company is by far the worst place of business you can encounter they re scoundrels and complete con artist all they do is prey on people but the city of Atlanta will be hearing from me and I will be notifying the new councilman as well
Scum of the earth. 4+ hours waited to get a boot off my car, and everytime I called, I was told the person was almost there. I ve now missed my morning classes. Thanks.
Locked my vehicle although there was still time left on the ticket. Shady, brainless people running this operation without any reasoning. Ofcourse they can have my 75$,many more where this came for but i pity them nonetheless. If machines are to replace the job they are doing, wudnt have any regrets.
The company is in a stone parking that has no cell service. Used the app because I was carry my 7 month old son and 2 bags. The payment didn t go through till we got out the elevator and to the roof. Within that less then 5 mins the idiot booted me even tho he watched me stop at the machine for the code and saw my hands full. But still double booted me!! They are heartless money hungry greedy jerks!! Update t gave a false identity gave the name of Josh McGregory ... a call to his supervisor who showed no care that he lied but told me his name was actually josh nordan. So now I have a receipt with the signature and print name of a falsified ID of the person charging me which is terms for fraud on my credit card. I will be disputing the charge from this sorry ass employee.
Parked by greyhound bus station , sat in my car waiting for my friend to arrive. When she showed I got out of my car to help her with her bag in front on the station, then she said she Just wanted to use the bathroom so I started walking back to my car. By the time I got back (literally 2 mins enough for a hug and to say "I'm going to the bathroom brb") I had this douchebag standing behind my car, boot was already there. Guy literally parks in a unmarked car in the corner waiting to screw people. 2 mins for 75$, I walked LITERALLY 100 ft from my car. Smfh
So my friends & I we re heading to this restaurant. I paid for a 3 hr parking. It rung me up $5 until 6pm. However, the time was 7pm. After we ate, I come back to find a boot on my car. $75.00 fine. I called the number and a guy named Frank answered. I told him the situation at hand and he refused to listen. He kept on saying, You can pay the $75 or not. I m not coming if you re not paying. Even my friend called and tried to explain the situation at hand. Every response from him was, That s not my problem. You need to talk that up with National Lanier Parking. However, I see it as this . If you booted my car at 7:12 PM, you basically waited for me to get out my car and KNEW something was wrong with the machine and pursued to continue the boot. I ve read the reviews and the time has come for this company to stop scamming people out of their money. I can t help the parking meter is off.
Very shady business practices. Will stalk you as you leave your car and wait for you to step one foot outside of the parking area so they can be "justified" in charging you $95 to boot your car. Absolute scum of the earth company that feeds off of people's misery
I was booted in my own apartment complex deck, while I was parked in a spot that had no signage saying I would be booted. The employee was hostile, rude, and refused to give me a logical explanation on how I could be booted in a parking spot where I have been able to park for 10 months. I did not feel comfortable doing business with him and hope I never see him again. He is a middle aged, African American male.
Some of the most vile, unethical, arrogant, pieces of human waste to every plague this planet. If there's an afterlife they should dress for hot weather.
The guy who work at the Peachtree 903 has no manners and respect for people if you want to keep your legecy and name fire that stuff of yours he is very disrespectful!!!
Very disgusted with this company. I paid for parking, put my ticket on my dashboard, and I was still booted! I filed for dispute and showed them a picture of exactly where my ticket was and the guy claims it is just a glare on my window. This company doesn't thoroughly inspect your dashboard before booting your car. Absolutely ridiculous!
FRUSTRATING, that's how I would describe my experience while visiting Atlanta for the 2016 Big South Volleyball Tournament. Yesterday morning, Easter Sunday!! because of a tight game schedule and while eating /picking up breakfast for my daughter at Waffle House (corner of John Wesley Dobbs Ave. and Courtland St.) I parked my car in one of the readily available parking lots (less than 10 parked vehicles out of the 78 parking lots this 3-lot parking area has). Unfortunately (at least for me and my wallet) I did not realized that the station where you're supposed to buy the parking ticket was intended to cover all three parking lots, even though the machine is located in one of them (and there were no signs or instructions for the other two lots, of course). Easter Sunday, almost empty area/parking lots, who would've think a guy (with no mercy nor intentions to offer any information on how the parking system works in ATL) would come to your car and attach a boot (and for the reviewer who wrote "they're just employees doing their jobs...": there are just jobs where you don't have to promote scamming people!!!). Since I saw the guy booting my car, I approached him and instructed him about my ignorance, with a "Walking Dead Face" he just offered me to pay the $75 fine right away, Credit Card or CASH..., hum... CASH? (how the city / company would keep track of a CASH transaction?) To the Major or pertinent ruling agency: there are no appropriate signs on these parking lots, and those in place are misleading. This should be corrected, is going to save tourists a bad experience and of course, will make you look better for the next elections! To the Company: easy money dirty sucking system you have in place! This is my first visit to Atlanta and hopefully my last one!
These people are predatory. I hope everyone that is involved in this company will suffer bad luck for the rest of their lives or worse fate because that's what they deserve. Losers that are trying to make a quick buck on people without having to do anything to earn it. I wish them all a lifetime of misfortunes.
Today, while I was visiting my friend who goes to Georgia Tech, I was wrongfully booted while shopping and eating dinner. She and I temporarily crossed the street to grab food to go. We went into Ponce City Market to get food from Farm to Ladle (we have receipts) and then proceeded to leave, to come to shop in Midtown Plaza. We were not over there for very long, maybe like 15 minutes maximum. We sat outside of the Starbucks, which we were under the impression was on Midtown Plaza property. We ate and talked for about an hour and then went to the car to drop our left over food. We then went to TJ Maxx where my friend bought shirt for work. When we arrived back at the car, there was a boot. Our entire evening lasted around 1 hour and 45 minutes, for which we were patrons of Midtown Plaza for most of it. We contacted the booting company and waited for someone to hear our complaints.
Chris refused to hear us out and was not lenient in the charges and did not show us respect. We requested that the manager came over and he refused to give us his name. We were appalled to see that Chris had photos of us walking across the street on his phone. We are two, young, 19 year old women who are greatly disturbed at the thought of a man having photos of us on his personal cell phone. He didn t care for our concerns about this topic and this made us feel extremely violated. They said that they had seen us recently go into TJ Maxx (which is true because we dropped our food off in the car before shopping for clothes). The fact that they were watching us makes us feel incredibly creeped out. Finally, the manager gave us his name (Richard), but refused to make eye contact with us as he spoke to us. Another couple was getting booted in the same lane and began to yell at the men. We did not yell at the men because they are just employees doing their job.
I cannot even begin to express how violated, infuriated, and undermined I feel. If we patroned stores in this parking lot and spent most of our time in the plaza, this fine should not exist. If you feel you need to fine us for the few minutes we grabbed our food to go, there should be a prorated rate. We do not appreciate being followed around in the city by strange men, having our photo taken and being stalked.
If we were booted right after we walked across the street temporarily (which is how Richard and Chris made it seem), then why were we watched for the rest of the evening? Why did they take photos of us? The actions of this booting company reflect poorly against the entire plaza and we will not be patroning there again. I can go to a different TJ Maxx where I am allowed to shop without paying an unjust $75 fine and without getting stalked.
This company is the definition of fraud. I paid for parking for two hours via pay by phone. When I got back to my car before the two hours was up I had a boot on my car. They made me pay $89 even though I showed them my pay by phone receipts. It seems they do this all the since many other ppl have said the same thing in this review. They blamed the error on a glitch in the system. The manager, Barry Bryant, avoided speaking with me and after finally getting a hold of him and presenting the facts still refused to give me a refund.
Paid for 3 hours, came back with 20 minuets to spare and my car was booted, claiming I was double parked. I was slightly over the line because the person next to me was double parked. I then called and was told they were on there way. I waited 2 and a half hours! I tried calling several more times to see what was going on and I got a voicemail every time, but the person next to me called and they picked up right away cause they saw it wasn t my #. I ended up paying 30 bucks cash but that s not my issue. The total disregard for time Is astonishing and out right disgusting. They scam people into paying because they know we are eventually gonna pay to get the boot off. And the guy over the phone is a straight coward, acting big and mighty over the phone but won t admit they are running a racket.
Was mistakenly booted after purchasing a ticket and placing it on the dash. The employee would not show time stamp of photo, so he either took the photo of someone else's car or of the car while we were purchasing the ticket. He argued with us, even though it was evident we had purchased the ticket several hours before. Then he decided to charge us $20 instead but refused to take a credit card, so clearly he pocketed the money. He was so rude. Such a scam!
Highly unprofessional. They booted my car after I paid over a $100 to park. Hope y all enjoy because once you mess with enough hard working good people karma will eventually visit you. Thank you
Disgusting service rep. I paid and received my receipt at 12:01 . The rep name was John and refused to give a full name or eta. I had my friend call but he gave her an eta tho I can tell he was proud to be a hall monitor in school and doesn t have very many friends sorry to break it to you John ...even when you clock out you re still a LOSER
I most definitely wish there was a lower rating that I could give. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. They are thieves and liars and throw hissy fits when you prove them wrong.
The parking lot we were booted in did not have adequate signage denoting it was a paid lot. We drove around the perimeter of the lot upon arrival (after 12:30 a.m.) and did not see any signs. However, when we returned to our car and it was booted. The staff member, Frank, was incredibly rude and aggressive towards my best friend's boyfriend -- to point of potential physicality -- and when we explained that we had arrived after 12:30 (which was when he said Advanced Booting Services stops booting cars), he taunted us, saying we had no way to prove our arrival time, and then clamped a second boot on our car that we would have to pay to have removed!
Advanced Booting Services: your tactics are dirty and dishonest. We would have had no problem paying for the (first) boot had there been signs in the lot that we blatantly ignored. Your company needs more congenial employees and much better signage (or signage at all!).
Employees Very Rude he put a boot on my car when I was Parked in Future resident for 15 minutes and I had proof I was looking at a Apartment and he gave me a ticket with no Technician # on it and also refused to remove the boot off my car .
this is absolutely so stupid. i had to pay $75 for spending an hour at a restaurant that had limited parking space around it. these people really need to get a life. give us a break if we cannot find anywhere to park. now i just wasted $75 over something stupid and pointless. like not even a written warning or anything. get rid of this company

Booted our car. Which is fine, but the only sign is way in the corner, away from all the parking spaces. Apparently that is perfectly legal to post the sign where no one can see it whilst parking. The guy took 30 minutes to get to us to unboot the car. I will never go to any business in Miami Circle again.
They booted my car for being parked too far over the line in the front, the car right next to mine was also over the line with no boots I even had pictures to prove that. The man that was booting came in and didn t even check all the vehicles parked in the same lot, so he was half way doing his job. I started a dispute and was told that obviously I was parked over the line. I never knew people spoke to customers like that.
Thugs. Will give you cash discount of $55 instead of $75 to remove the boot off your vehicle they hold hostage whether you're parked in a boot spot or not. They just pocket the cash to avoid sharing with their employers. Can't argue with them and police back them up even when they are wrong. Nobody seems to hold them accountable for illegal activity.
I had paid for monthly parking at my apartment, and not even 2 days in they boot my car and demand money for it to be removed. I am considering legal action for these extortionists and their stupid practices.
F**k this company. They are extortionists, con you out of money. I was not illegally parked yet received a boot and tried to dispute it but they said it could cost me more. If you ever see these scum out in parking lots, be wary, they will screw you.
This company is trash! Try getting in contact with Brian here in Miami and its like winning the lottery. I was calling in every week and getting told they will call me back 6 months later finally get in contact with someone and they tell me its to old. That's A1 service!
HORRIBLE, sketchy company! Ran by shiesters and grimy employees (one of which, pictured here). They prey on the public, EXTORT helpless individuals and commit fraud on people's credit cards!!! This company needs to be investigated and SHUT DOWN immediately!!! In the meantime, I URGE THE PUBLIC TO BOYCOTT AND AVOID ANY BUSINESS OR COMPANY THAT HAS A CONTRACT OR RELATIONSHIP WITH ADVANCED BOOTING SERVICES!!! And also, to contact the FTC!
They Booted my car right in front of my face after they seen me walking back to my car 2 min after the timer ran out Bc I was stuck in an elevator. he literally put it on in front of my face than said $75. He s lucky I wasn t with certain people from my past. tell whoever drives the Ford Focus with the tag RDH2730 & VIN 3FAFP37N85R118478 . Karma comes around and if not I fill in the blanks for her.
It was my first time in downtown Alpharetta and I drove around for 10 minutes looking for parking and finally found one in this area that didn't have any signs saying you could park there in front of the parking spaces like some of the other ones I did see in downtown. Turns out there was one sign on a post facing the other way and it was dark out so I didn't see it. I came out to the guy booting me and at least 8 other cars. There is not enough parking in downtown Alpharetta and all of those business with the no parking signs are closed at the time I was booted. Such a ridiculous company and will not be going back there because of it!
This company is running an unscrupulous business with low life employees who targeted me and my two teenage daughters. We parked at the TJMaxx lot across from Ponce City Market in Atlanta and went into the store for about an hour. I noticed two guys in black shirts standing on the second level balcony watching us. When we left the store, my youngest daughter asked if we could walk across the street into Ponce city Market since we had never been. (We live in Gwinnett County) After getting into Ponce market, a guy approached us and showed us a photo of my car with a boot on it and told us it would be $75 to get it off. We were mortified that we had been followed, targeted from the time we parked and then scammed out of $75. How these rude people can live with themselves is beyond me. This guy, DANIEL, was a total and complete unprofessional thug. This company makes it's money off of unsuspecting shoppers who are not familiar with the parking in the area, and with highly un-noticeable signs in the area. I will be posting reviews on every site I can find -this legal scamming must be stopped.
Horrible service, it makes no sense to operate a company that makes customers only have the option to pay a daily rate of $10, at least adjust your rate and have 30 minute, hourly rates as well. I was in a lot in midtown Atlanta ran into my suite to drop off a package and came back and he was in the PROCESS of booting my car. Still made me pay the fine which is ridiculous $75 for 5 minutes, I agree with all the other comments, people are greedy and when I told him they re just trying to make money he said everybody is! I wish I could give 0 stars because this was just unfair.
This company advertises Public Parking as to say you park as long as you shop at the nearby strip when it s actually a business that profits from vehicles being placed on their property. Nice move, kudos to the Marketing abilities.
If I could give NO stars I would. We parked over night and paid the weekend rate. Maybe three cars total in the parking lot. We were told our car was booted 10 MINUTES before we got out here to it. $75 to remove it right at Christmas. Ridiculous. I hope your family has a merry Christmas because our kids sure won t.
