The company is in a stone parking that has no cell service. Used the app because I was carry my 7 month old son and 2 bags. The payment didn t go through till we got out the elevator and to the roof. Within that less then 5 mins the idiot booted me even tho he watched me stop at the machine for the code and saw my hands full. But still double booted me!! They are heartless money hungry greedy jerks!! Update t gave a false identity gave the name of Josh McGregory ... a call to his supervisor who showed no care that he lied but told me his name was actually josh nordan. So now I have a receipt with the signature and print name of a falsified ID of the person charging me which is terms for fraud on my credit card. I will be disputing the charge from this sorry ass employee.
