So my friends & I we re heading to this restaurant. I paid for a 3 hr parking. It rung me up $5 until 6pm. However, the time was 7pm. After we ate, I come back to find a boot on my car. $75.00 fine. I called the number and a guy named Frank answered. I told him the situation at hand and he refused to listen. He kept on saying, You can pay the $75 or not. I m not coming if you re not paying. Even my friend called and tried to explain the situation at hand. Every response from him was, That s not my problem. You need to talk that up with National Lanier Parking. However, I see it as this . If you booted my car at 7:12 PM, you basically waited for me to get out my car and KNEW something was wrong with the machine and pursued to continue the boot. I ve read the reviews and the time has come for this company to stop scamming people out of their money. I can t help the parking meter is off.
