I was booted in my own apartment complex deck, while I was parked in a spot that had no signage saying I would be booted. The employee was hostile, rude, and refused to give me a logical explanation on how I could be booted in a parking spot where I have been able to park for 10 months. I did not feel comfortable doing business with him and hope I never see him again. He is a middle aged, African American male.
