This company doesn t even deserve a star let alone a license to even boot people. First off whoever Frank is needs to be fired he is very rude, and if anyone has had an experience with a white man about 5 9 medium built with ginger red hair needs report this man. He pulled up to my apartment complex 45 minutes later after I called to get the boots off my car and then can t even look me in my eyes to tell me what s the protocol and then had the nerve to pull up in an unmarked vehicle no license plate on the front nor back of the car and had a passenger in the car sleeping. What company operates like this? When I asked for this mans full name he s saying he can t give me that for security purposes and then I asked for the supervisors number and name he states I can t give that to you, last time I checked if I ask for the information of your manager and your badge number you should give it to no argument about it. This company is very unprofessional and not legit and they deserve to have their business license revoked.
