Anyone who rated this piece of crap company anything above the lowest rating is clearly working for them. This company is garbage and Premiere is the worst POS program ever made. For how much they charge for this embarrassingly poor performing excuse for a program you'd think it would be flawless. Nope.

Half the time it doesn't want to open a project you spend months working on, then you go to find help and all their is for help is a forum where they expect the USERS of their products to "Support" one another. They never respond to the endless please for help, the only thing the admins on their forums are good at is deleting messages pointing out what a trash excuse for a company this is.

You are all brain dead morons and your product is a spectacular failure.

Over 10 years ago I spent $2600 to buy the Adobe Master Collection. I wasted hours upon hours on the phone hoping someone would answer. No one ever picked up! I asked a simple question about Photoshop. Your auto email reply did not answer the question and I told you so in an email reply. You never answered the question.
If you can t answer a question for a customer a day after I spent $2,600 to buy your software, HOW could I ever do business with you again!
HOW COULD YOU TRUST YOUR LIVELIHOOD TO INCOMPETENT PARTNER?

From what it looks like adobe cares about their employees. They offer then a break room with drinks of all sorts not to mention snacks such as chips. I was just working here for Corovan. But yeah.

What terrible customer service! Love the products, hate the customer service. They did not honor the terms of their contract, I called multiple times, was told that the cancellation fee would apply (even though it was within 10 days...again as per the contract), was told it was escalated and a team would call me back. Never got a call back, not any of the times that I called. The people were extremely rude to me, they did not know the product, they didn't speak English very well. Received email denials all with poor grammar. I do enjoy the adobe products, quite a bit actually, but the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered.

Very nice building, but sad that the gift shop isn't open for the public. You have to order online. And the door that says "Customer Experience Center" has nothing behind it other than a security desk leading to employees offices!

I have a very bad experience.

A couple of months ago I moved to live in Canada. I created my profile in Adobe when I lived in Ukraine. My Behance account was created through Adobe profile.

Today I tried to buy a subscription to Photoshop and Lightroom, but the page did not load. I contacted the support, they said that the account was created in Ukraine, to which I replied that I found in the recommendations on the Adobe website that I can change the country when I choose a subscription, but the page did not load and I did not have such an opportunity.

They suggested creating a new account on the same email.
I asked if this means that I will lose all my projects and portfolios on Behains, because it is a huge job to create a portfolio and create projects on Behance and this is also my time.

They said that I had to recreate all my projects and didn t even apologize.

Question to Adobe
I want to spend my money on you, why should it be so hard for me? And why should I recreate a new profile? I just moved to live in another country, and not on another galaxy.

Horrible- I can't believe that a Company would use...

Horrible- I can't believe that a Company would use customer service in India-- these people- those people. I never once thought of being prejudice until NOW- what idiots. At least learn to speak the English language. Return calls, BE HONEST and NOT LIE- hang ups- calls being forward. People find another program to use, rather than ADOBE. I have spend 2 hours with this simple problem. This is just as bad as TOSHIBA customer service.

I have been an Adobe customer for years, and I have never had nay problems whatsoever. Today I visited the corporate building for the first time, and I have never been so upset with customer service ever . The customer service online is good, but in person is a whole other story. The young ladies in the lobby were extremely disrespectful, unhelpful, and plain rude. I went in there today, and I had to leave because the 4 receptionists were just gossiping between themselves, and they just said they couldn't help me. That I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come down and they ignored me. I got the help I needed through the phone.

Adobe is beyond dishonest. You pay $1000 for Creative Suite and then they will no longer let you use your purchased software and want you to pay $60 a month for a subscription. This is so wrong and unethical. My CS works great. When I needed to replace my hard drive I needed to reload my CS 2 and that is when I discovered they will no longer let me. Both via chat and via phone calls they would tell me "It is old." I don't care if it's old. If it works awesome (and it did) and I paid top dollar for it (and I did) then I should be able to use it until the cows come home. You don't junk an awesome working car because it's old, so why junk CS? The sales person on the phone told me it was a "technical issue" . . . um, there is nothing "technical" when my software worked awesome (yes, even on Windows 10!) and you simply will no longer honor my serial numbers nor give me a new code to allow me to continue to use what I have paid for. You simply have chosen not to allow us to continue to use what is rightfully ours. It is a greed issue, not a technical issue. I hope some young upstart invents programs better than Adobe and sells them outright at fair market value. They will eat you for breakfast and it will be well deserved. A company like this does not deserve to prosper, when they operate this dishonestly. I have bought and used Adobe products since the late 1980's, but I will no longer support this level of greed.

The person was unhelpful, recalled sales department and asked to be provided help or I wished to cancel. They said I was to be transferred to the correct department. After a 15 min hold I gave up and called corporate office in San Jose where a requested someone in their PR department, was told that they do not have one. Customer support is terrible. On the phone for over an hour holding. After 30 minutes on the chat with live person area they're finally helping me. I just wanted to know why they had declined my company's card for purchase so we could fix the problem. A lot of wasted time.

The best way to get back at them is to cancel your cloud account like I did.
