I have a very bad experience.

A couple of months ago I moved to live in Canada. I created my profile in Adobe when I lived in Ukraine. My Behance account was created through Adobe profile.

Today I tried to buy a subscription to Photoshop and Lightroom, but the page did not load. I contacted the support, they said that the account was created in Ukraine, to which I replied that I found in the recommendations on the Adobe website that I can change the country when I choose a subscription, but the page did not load and I did not have such an opportunity.

They suggested creating a new account on the same email.
I asked if this means that I will lose all my projects and portfolios on Behains, because it is a huge job to create a portfolio and create projects on Behance and this is also my time.

They said that I had to recreate all my projects and didn t even apologize.

Question to Adobe
I want to spend my money on you, why should it be so hard for me? And why should I recreate a new profile? I just moved to live in another country, and not on another galaxy.
