I just purchased acrobat pro dc and when I tried to down load it I was unable to. Contacted support, only way to communicate is with chat. The person was unhelpful, recalled sales department and asked to be provided help or I wished to cancel. They said I was to be transferred to the correct department. After a 15 min hold I gave up and called corporate office in San Jose where a requested someone in their PR department, was told that they do not have one. Reason for 1 star is it is required to post
