I have been an Adobe customer for years, and I have never had nay problems whatsoever. Today I visited the corporate building for the first time, and I have never been so upset with customer service ever . The customer service online is good, but in person is a whole other story. The young ladies in the lobby were extremely disrespectful, unhelpful, and plain rude. I went in there today, and I had to leave because the 4 receptionists were just gossiping between themselves, and they just said they couldn't help me. That I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come down and they ignored me. I got the help I needed through the phone.
