Horrible- I can't believe that a Company would use...

Horrible- I can't believe that a Company would use customer service in India-- these people- those people. I never once thought of being prejudice until NOW- what idiots. At least learn to speak the English language. Return calls, BE HONEST and NOT LIE- hang ups- calls being forward. People find another program to use, rather than ADOBE. I have spend 2 hours with this simple problem. This is just as bad as TOSHIBA customer service.
