Picked up my 5th Acura from them! Can't say enough...

Picked up my 5th Acura from them! Can't say enough nice things about this place. The staff are friendly. The service manager actually cares. The sales manager (Peter Kim) made his way up from washing cars to eventually being manager so he understands the smallest details matter. All of my needs have always been met. Thank you again. Very pleased and very much looking forward to my next Acura from them!

2 month update: Still love my Acura and my experience with the team at Acura North Toronto. They surprised us with a holiday gift in the mail! Thank you!

Very disappoint service experience.

Very disappoint service experience.

My wife 2015 RDX with 85,xxx Km got trouble code P0848 from my local garage. transmission is not engaged properly and then Car just jumps No 3 gear. Symptoms are consistent with an error code. Symptoms appeared 4 days in a row They advised us to go dealer shops because the car is under extended warranty.

I took the car to North York Acura. Explain everything to Advisor named Eric . He wanted us to pay a Diagnostic fee ($135) to find out regardless. It was strange that why I have to pay the fee the car was under warranty but I accepted their policy. he wasn't nice to explain or listen to our concern.

Few hours after he called me Now it became horrible.

Here are what they are saying,
1, No problem found in 1 hour.
-- It looks Not enough effort to diagnostic

2, No warranty repair without Error code.

Small Garage found the problem but dealer shop couldn t find problem with same car. No sense at all

3, What makes me so upset is here. This is ridiculous

If I pay for service, not the Warranty claim, they can fix it for us.
Eric admitted symptom and error code are matched.

4, This is getting worse

My wife and me like What""Why What kinds of service is like that Zero customer service mind Big upset and Disappointment.
We couldn t stand anymore with all kinds of odd situation, attitude, No effort to diagnostic, forced pay us diagnostic fee without finding anything or doing anything.

We didn't any argument or anything with them. We decided to pick a car. One thing I asked Eric let us to speak with service manager with this issue. But no one called me back anything

Here are what we did after that

We contacted Road assistance to tow the car to another dealer shop (Because we don t feel the car is safe, Car is making sound and jumping) to have a second chance.
They advised me to try to update software based on what I described. There is no hassle. If symptoms happen again, They want to different direction to repair. It looks like customer-oriented service mind with a service plan. It is impressed. Thanks, Alen and Harry. My wife and me Like What a difference service Big Zero service from North York Acura to 5-star service from Erin Mill Acura
Thankfully, Car back to normal so far. Car looks great again.

My money just went into their pocket without any reason.
I am laughing at poor service. I wasted my time and energy at north york. it was an awful experience,.

Bought a used Acura ILX the other day and I love the car. Salesperson Shant helped me out and gave me great service. He explained everything and was telling me things about the car's features I never thought to ask myself. Very helpful in making my decision.

Shant was very thorough and made the purchase from start to end very easy. I do recommend him if interested in purchasing an Acura from this dealership, furthermore the dealership was following all the health protocols at this time which was nice to see.

Thanks to Acura of North Toronto and specifically Reza Heydar. My wife and I were pretty set on the car we wanted but went into the dealership to just see the car in person before making a final decision. Reza was there to answer questions and we were so comfortable with his relaxed personality and knowledge that we ended up buying the car that same day. Even after the sale was finalized Reza continued to provide above and beyond service.

Reza Heydar is the best sales associate in the game, he fought to get me the best deal available, I've never had an associate work so hard on my behalf before. We are something of an Acura family and big fans of Ajay Bhushan. My sons and daughters-in-law have dealt with him for many years and for several RDXs and MDXs. My wife and I picked up our third Acura, a 2017 RDX Elite today and we love it already. Ajay treated us in a very considerate and professional manner through a painless negotiation process. His colleague, Ray Zu was very patient with us through the test drive and orientation. Shawn in Finance did his job well also. Although he explained all the possible advantages he was not aggressive about all the extras that we really did not want.
We stongly recommend Ajay to anyone considering the purchase of any Acura model.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. The service center here is crooked and inept. The service rep blatantly lies to your face and charges you for work that has NOT been done. I called them on it and it was done in thirty minutes...I waited 2.5 hours for nothing the first time around. They tried to excuse themselves by siting "miscommunication". But there were so many miscommunications and attempt at cheating me that I can't help wondering if they are stupid or crooked or probably both. Others have warned me about this dealership but I thought I'd give them a try and oh boy, did they fail big. The rep tried to tell me that they used a "Master" key to unlock my tires as mine were not in the car to do the tire rotation and the brake check. I said nothing was removed from the car since I bought it six months ago and that ACURA had once before forgot to give the key to the tire locks and that I was annoyed by it...he then changes his story saying that the work was not done and that it was the fault of the SALEs people. Well guess whata? The key was in the car in the glove compartment in pretty much plain sight ( I checked when I got home) I don't even think they checked. They just tried to charge me for work they did not do. He then proceeds to tell me that the oil and filter change was done and I could finally go home...well guess what? It wasnt done as the maintenance light was still on. I had to go back and the lot attendant helped me sort things out. This is the worst dealership experience I had and I've been driving for over thirty years. It's laughable and pathetic.

Went to this dealership as it was 2 mins from where i lived. i needed the radio code for my acura. lady at the desk CONFIDENTLY said the cost of the code is 50 dollars. went back to my car in their parking lot, called the acura dealership in maple and got the code within 3 mins for FREE.

If you are thirsty for having an extremely awful purchasing experience and a totally disgusting services, look no further If you are eager to put yourself and your family into one trap after another trap, and if you truly enjoy the feelings to be misled and fooled like a idiot, look no further This dealer is your one stop car dealer to fully make your wildest nightmare about what a worst dealer could be come true...

The experience of purchasing a 33,000 2016 Acura MDX @Acura of North Toronto is just like opening the "right" door towards the deepest hell. I truly don't want other people to repeat the same tragedy as we got from them.

The experience of printing a photo in Markham Walmart @ only 40 cents and the quality of services which I received from a Caucasian guy @Walmart Photo Centre is much better than this!

They misled you by promising to give you a $1000 Acura MDX Certified Services of 7 years for free and included in the purchasing price of the car, but what they actually did is they added this $1000 again to the final price intentionally and secretly in the 2nd copy and 3rd copy of the paper, and didn't point it out to you at all, only told you it's as same as the 1st paper, and urged you to sign.

At last, please DO notice they put words of "FINAL SALES" secretly on some place of the agreement so you won't get your $1000 deposit back if you found they charged you more than agreed.

If you found they are selling a Acura MDX 2016, don't go with them. That's what we were going to buy, and found the agreement they sent to us to sign are totally different from what we were agreed with them before signing the paper.

Don't sign any agreement with them without both your accountant and lawyer beside you! ridiculous? but unfortunately, that's the only way you might still be survived after they cheated you and denied everything shameless in front of you

They made three different versions of agreements at the same time, showed you the 1st copy, which is what they agreed with you, then add $1000 on the 2nd copy and told you it's as same as the 1st copy. At last, they gave you the 3rd copy, which is $1239 higher than the 1st copy, said it's as same as the 1st and 2nd ones, and asked you to sign. That's the trick they used for too many times! My husband and me are not their 1st and the last customers to have been "played" intentionally by them.

We found they were playing number and math games with the customers so asked them to correct the price as they promised. But they denied completely. Both the sales Nat and the Manager, short n fat Asian looking guy with big eyes, said we have to buy the service at $1000. We said we bought this car but we don't want to buy this add-on service. But they said it's a must!
The manager was very rude and arrogant. The funniest part? He told me he has a best Google Review.How ironically! It's the first time I heard you have no choice to refuse an add-on service while it's only a excuse they used to charge you more without any reasons

Don't think you are wiser than them.Don't feel too confident about your math. The multiple tricks they played every day will totally make you lost, considered you are only an one-time or occasional player. You will sign the agreement with a higher price blindly, BECAUSE THEY COVERED YOUR EYES BY USING THEIR BLACK MAGIC...They let you sign the 3rd paper without giving you the 1st and 2nd paper to refer/compare.

My husband has a degree in computer science, you could know how good he's at math. I had been a A+ student all the time, and math was always the best course which I did amazingly for many years...But..Then What?...

NO BUT, NO WHAT any more. Please keep a safe distance from this poisonous dealer and your life will be better! If you don't trust me, please feel free to drink the poisonous wine they brewed for you to full and die with a satisfactory smile. Take care, and Good luck!

I purchase my Acura ILX 2 years ago from North York Dealer Shop. No complain about my car or to the Sales Rep.
My disappointment to Service Center occurred on Feb 3 2017.
I had a flat tire that morning around 9:30 am. i did not know what to do so i called Service Center explain the situation and ask for type of service can offer.The receptionist said they have fully booked for 2 weeks and told me to call towing services. I ask for closer Acura dealer shop so will be easy to tow my car and she gave me Acura Markham Dealer shop number.
I called Markham Acura Dealer Shop and the lady who answer the phone kindly ask me detail of my car and told me that i have a coverage for free towing service and gave me towing service number. Thanks to her (sorry i did not recall her name) i have saved my day and i got really angry for the North York Service Center Receptionist. She did not have knowledge of this services that Markham Dealer Shop Receptionist had? I have to reconsider going back to the North York Dealer Shop

I got my second ACURA from this dealership few months ago. honestly, I did not want to get ACURA as I wanted to try another car, but because of Mark Zehtabian my wife and I changed our minds. he did really help up us getting best deal which we could have and helped in all process as well. he was the only sales rep. who so far in GTA I found him trying to help the customer and not just making some money out of him.
If you are willing to lease an ACURA, just ask for Mark and you would not regret that. These 5 starts are all for Mark and his tremendous help.

I brought an used TLX from this dealer and had a very poor experience. The people here are dishonest and will not do anything they promise.
1. We made an appointment to pick up the car on Monday night. But when I was confirming the appointment in that Monday morning I was told my appointment was on Tuesday. No explanation or apology to me, just told me the time that I should come rudely.
2. When I pick up the car, the keyless entry didn't work. Soo told me they locked the keyless entry function of the driver 2 key. Now please tell me if there is indeed a way to turn off the keyless entry of a certain key? Finally I have to replace the door handle in my local Acura dealer.
3. I traded in my old car but the plate was too rusted to be removed. Soo told me I can come back for the plate three days later. But when I came three days later, Soo didn't answer my phone and message. I found the plate is still on my old car. Then our sale person Mark said he could help us to keep the plate. Of course, he didn't.
I'm not living in Toronto. Is it fun to let a customer drive hundred kilometers for a canceled plate again and again?
Finally I gave up my plate since they told me the plate was cut and lost. Then they promised me to send me a email that illustrates this situation so that I can keep this email as a record (Usually I have to return the cancelled plate to the issuer).
Without doubt, I'm still waiting for the email, and no one in this dealer answer my phone now.

I'm not satisfied with lease my Acura mdx 2020, In my opinion it has a lot's of unsolved problems. a few months ago I've leased Acura mdx with the more than $700 monthly and I'm very disengage right now. otherwise my pervious car was Acura rdx 2014, I was like Acura's car, after I've leased this Acura mdx 2020, I figured out this car has some problems which is not occurred in a luxury car, the unsolved problem such as the back camera has the unclear picture however I've been gone to the delear ship two times but after two times of changing the back camera, they couldn't solve my problem and they told me the weaknesses related to the Acura from the company not delear ship, also the ideal stop of this car doesn't work anymore, and after so many times go to delearship for warranty, they couldn't solve this problem in my car, however i didn't get positive results after I've gone to the delearship every times , I strongly disappointed from leasing Acura

When I felt that my new license plate numbers weren't to my liking, he went out of his way to obtain a new set for me. The financing staff were also agreeable and accommodating.

Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car from a trustworthy and dependable source.

Be careful of their service department! A mechanic drove me car for a round and told me the engine needs to be rebuilt. I was shocked, and told him I purchased this car here only 2 months ago. Then he changed his words right away and ask me to pay for inspection fee first and the attitude is very bad. I couldn t trust them any more.

I went to another Acura dealer closed to my home next day, the inspection fee is cheaper, but the service is way better than this one. The mechanic drove my car for a round, and told me to used #91 fuel for 3 tanks to see if the problem still there. They didn t charge me anything for this. They make me feel like this is a real service they provide not only for customer, but for their brand name!!!

Dropped in on Saturday to test drive and possibly get a good deal. Reception was great, the place is busy but I was assigned a sales person quickly enough. Sam Choi was a fantastic salesperson, quite transparent and a good listener. I explained what I am looking for, and the 5 different options! And he delivered! For once, a sales person is listening to the client thought process and working with me to get to where I needed to be.. sale closed!! Thanks Sam for supporting for over 5 hours!

Worst customer experience... the sales person was professional but the manager/assistant manager Ben.. absolutely unprofessional, arrogant.. doesnt want help customer rather asking customer to go look else where.. I would have given a 0 star if it wasnt for the sales person.. if you are looking for an acura car.. better choose another dealership or else you might end up dealing with Ben and he would definitely make you change your mind and buy another brand car...

I picked up my first Acura one week ago, and the process was fantastic! Nina, my rock star sales representative, was fabulous to work with. She didn t pressure me into the purchase. She was a fair negotiator. I told her that my frustration with my previous car was the cabin noise when driving on the highway, so we took a little longer on the test drive so I could drive the RDX Elite on the 407. She was so accommodating. I would absolutely recommend her and the car!

Last month, I received a notice from Acura regarding a potentially unsafe airbag inflator which required "Urgent" attention. Soon after, I called Acura of North Toronto to schedule a service appointment. The individual I spoke to confirmed that the replacement part was available prior to booking. Today, when I arrived to have the service performed I was told that the part was on "back order". I voiced (gently) my concern that this appointment was a waste of time. I don't specifically recall if the service department rep. even apologized. I did hear several excuses about how there are 50 million vehicles needing this part! Regardless, I am obviously disappointed with the dealership. I also wonder how "urgent" this safety recall is. I will await a phone call from Acura when the part is available...

If you would like to deal with an honest and hard working sales rep as you search for your next vehicle, I highly recommend Shant Gozian. We were looking to trade our old civic and find a used vehicle with as many new features as possible. Shant not only answered every question or concern but made sure to follow up on every part of the purchase. Sharing a great experience with Shant K. and Ali N...

Sharing a great experience with Shant K. and Ali N. on the used car side of the dealership on my recent purchase. We were in the market for a 7 seater - found a great condition pre-owned Pathfinder and were connected with Shant. Took great care of us from the get go - connecting over text and cell phone to arrange test drive and making sure the car was ready to go and clean. We met Ali during deal negotiation and struck a deal Saturday and picked up the car on Monday. What really impressed me is a few days later the car was experiencing a sensor issue - I called Shant and he quickly helped arrange to have the car looked at with a Nissan dealer in the Dilawri group near my house. Turns out the sensor needed replacing and Shant worked diligently with Ali to make it right. Car was fixed the same day and I was back on the road - I know it wasn't cheap and I really appreciate them stepping up to cover it. Would definitely recommend this dealership and this team, they stand behind what they sell. Will likely buy my next car here as they were a pleasure to deal with.

Too slow. I took my car in for airbags recall service, they changed the passenger side and after 3.5 hours of wait they told me it's all good, just to get a phone call from them to say they need to do the driver side too!!

A month ago, I was interested in purchasing a BMW 335i from 2007 from them after test driving it. I was told that someone already had a 500$ deposit on it, and as I was excited to buy my first car, they told me they could return the depositor s money to him as he had not come forth with the financing if I placed a 1000$ deposit on the car. They told me it was being sold as safety and e-tested.

I then asked if I could have my mechanic inspect it, and they made a big deal about how far it was and how they preferred me to have it inspected by their mechanic, or at the Active Green & Ross beside them. I refused, believing them to be in cahoots together. Salesperson PETER KIM complained that he would have to take time away from the dealership. I paid the deposit and signed the bill of sale. Shockingly, there were additional fees in the Bill of Sale that had not been disclosed to me when I agreed to the purchase.

10 days later, upon arrival at my mechanic, Art Shekarchi (great guy, highly recommend), the mechanic first told the salesperson they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to sell this driver s car with the cheapest tires you could possibly find. Peter said that it arrived like that, to which Art replied NO IT DID NOT . Next thing you know, he came in and asked how DARE THEY sell this car as safetied, given that it had a MAJOR TRANSMISSION LEAK THAT WOULD COST OVER 5000$ to repair. I was appalled. As we were leaving, Art charged me half price for the inspection, saying he PREFERED ME NOT TO WASTE MY MONEY ON A PIECE OF GARBAGE I WAS NOT GOING TO BUY. On the tense ride home, I asked Peter if I should bother trying to find financing or whether they would return my deposit and get back to me, as in our contract it said that they would have to fix the repairs. He said they would get back to me the next day.

I returned home and examined the bill of Sale to notice that MY CAR HAD BEEN DRIVEN 4000KM since I signed the bill of sale, as per the mechanic s inspection. I drove up the next day, and they promptly refunded my deposit. I asked for them to pay for my inspection too, as I had come to them in good faith and they had tried to defraud me in every way imaginable. Peter said NO, so I asked to speak with the manager MASOUD HAFIZI, who SAID that the ADDITIONAL 4000KM WAS NONE OF MY CONCERN since I was not purchasing the car. I told them it would be their concern since I was going to report them for FRAUD. He then unceremoniously kicked me out of his office. I reported them to the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) the following week because I want it to be on the record that they tried to scam me. For the record I am 21 years old, and would have faced bankruptcy had I not been more diligent when dealing with these FRAUDS. If you don t believe me, send me a Google message and I will happily email you a scan of the Bill of Sale and the inspection 10 days later so you can see the flagrant discrepancy for yourselves. Shame on you and your business Acura of North Toronto.

Awesome car buying experience with Nat and Eric for my 2018 Acura TLX! These guys were awesome and not your typical sleazy car salesman looking to make a quick buck. They were helpful and patient and took time to understand my needs before putting me into a car. Next time I buy an Acura, I'll be back here even though there are other dealerships closer to me. Appointments are recommended however since it is a busy dealership.

I am leasing a TLX right now and have 1.5 years left. I was invited by Ken to your VIP event on Dec. 14th, at Acura of north Toronto location. He told me the VIP event was about changing a new car for me, but the experience was extremely bad.

First of all, your sales person named Eric was really unprofessional. When I went there, ken introduced me to Eric. I told Eric I will not increase my monthly payment. Then Eric asked me to wait almost 3 hours just to check my current car's condition. After that he gave me a price that is almost $200/month higher than my current one and not to mention a lower package. He never mentioned that there were 18 months left, so there will be a $6000 more add to the new car. If I knew that beforehand I wouldn t spend even one minute there. I don't know if letting customer waiting was a part of your sales training.

Second of all, your sales person didn't seem to care about customers' time and were not polite to me at all. After three hours waiting, I told Eric I have to pick up my baby so please make it quick, and if you didn't have a good deal, then I will leave. He said to check with ken the last time, and I waited another half an hour just sitting there. When they finally came in from outside it seemed like they just finished smoking. So with a strong cigarette smell and they told me the price will stay the same.

Last but not least, if your promotion is something unrealistic; don't call your customer. Its waste of my time and you won't get any sales either. $6000 more means i will double my monthly payment on the rest of 18 months. I can drive a BMW with $1000 monthly payment. Nobody is a fool. If you keep doing this, you are just going to lose more customers. I went to many dealerships, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I wish I could finish this contract and change to another car as soon as possible.

Excellent service as always! I recently traded in my ILX for an RDX and couldn't be more pleased. The sales dept was closed for covid when I decided on the trade and Andrei ensured the process went smoothly, especially given the special circumstances. I picked up the RDX today and it was great to see all the measures Acura of North Torontos is taking to keep their customers and employees safe. Thank you Andrei and Acura of North Toronto for yet again an amazing experience! Although other Acura dealerships are now closer to me, I still always come back to North Toronto. The staff are very experienced and provide exceptional service.

Where do I begin the service department WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!! It seemed like every single time I went to get an oil change it never failed that Sophia Cui would call saying there was numorus issues with my TLX. Ive had only one issue with my vehicle my engine auto start/stop would stall my car an i have too shut the car off an restart it , I brought to her attention and she told me too just turn that feature off..... I told her i wanted them too still take a look an find out the issue of course they told me nothing was wrong with the car so i decided to take my car to Erin Mills Acura they instantly found out the issue changing my battery an a grounding wire while for months ive had the issue an they found everything else wrong with my car but the only issue it actually had id suggest you take your vehicle else where for your service!!!

Issue after issue at this dealership. Initial problems were resolved by Geoff, so I decided to give this dealership a second chance due to his willingness to resolve my problems.
Regret that decision very much staff are simply rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend this location, and I will be going to another for future services.

Tried reaching them on several different occasions throughout the day with zero response.
Heading over to a different dealership.
Complete waste of time.
