I purchase my Acura ILX 2 years ago from North York Dealer Shop. No complain about my car or to the Sales Rep.
My disappointment to Service Center occurred on Feb 3 2017.
I had a flat tire that morning around 9:30 am. i did not know what to do so i called Service Center explain the situation and ask for type of service can offer.The receptionist said they have fully booked for 2 weeks and told me to call towing services. I ask for closer Acura dealer shop so will be easy to tow my car and she gave me Acura Markham Dealer shop number.
I called Markham Acura Dealer Shop and the lady who answer the phone kindly ask me detail of my car and told me that i have a coverage for free towing service and gave me towing service number. Thanks to her (sorry i did not recall her name) i have saved my day and i got really angry for the North York Service Center Receptionist. She did not have knowledge of this services that Markham Dealer Shop Receptionist had? I have to reconsider going back to the North York Dealer Shop
