I recently purchased a used car at Acura Thornhill. The experience wasn't as good as I would have hoped, due to miscommunication. When I shared my less than ideal experience with management they responded promptly and worked to make the situation right. At the end of the day I will continue to use the services of Acura Thornhill and would recommend other's do the same.
