I went in here to test drive an Acura ILX after giving them just 15 mins heads up. The staff was friendly and did not make us wait much. The representative went out and got the car cleared from snow and got me on the road quickly. The rep was very helpful in answering all questions, and gave me the space to consider other options before making my decision.

I would never buy a car from this dealership. The sales team lacks integrity. honestly, I would never do business with them. I signed a bill of sale (legal document) with them and the day before I was supposed to picking up my new car they told me that they couldn't deliver the vehicle. The salesperson and the manager Jordan did nothing to help me. I'm going to escalate this matter as I'm extremely disappointed with the service

I saw at least 1 staff was not wearing mask when walking past the customer waiting room.
The handicapped door switch of the outer storm door is not functioning.

One more thing I want to point out is that, the wheel lugs were too tight more than 130 ft/lb, manufacture recommended 85 ft/lb. Most mechanics don't care, just use the power tool to fight them without checking the torqe.

I had been looking for a car for about a month now and I had finally narrowed it down to two different brands. An acura and a lexus. I wanted to visit acura one last time before making my final decision. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. David was helping me and made my decision in choosing an acura very easy. He was extremely helpful and was far from that pushy sales person that I usually encounter everywhere else I go. He was extremely nice and was genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect car for me. Thank you David! You're amazing.

Excellent service!

Excellent service!

The staff is really friendly, and goes trough loops to help you (I am not an easy person to deal with). They stood up until after closing time to make the deal work for me, and explained everything in detail!

Got a great deal on an ILX :D

I bought my Accura RDX from this dealer and do all my services here. My service manager is Mr. Shab. He and the service team at this dealer are the best. I love their commitment to friendly, quality and timely service to my vehicle which helps me worry free driving.

They are very proactive too. They will do the necessary inspections to your vehicle to keep you safe.
Their warm cordiality and quality service worth my time and money. I love this place and will go their again and again.

I do for sure recommend this dealer to my friends and to all for automobile shopping and service.

Recently I had an incident with a customer from Acura of North Toronto, the driver had blocked my driveway to the point where I couldn't get my car through. Sadly the very friendly customer service could not find her. I understand that mistakes like this happen but there was 3 feet of LEGAL parking space in front of her and when she returned to her car she did not seem remorseful of her actions and purposely drove away before I could confront her. In no way is this supposed to be a bad review towards Acura or this particular dealership as I much enjoy my TLX and the service was very friendly. I just thought this was the best way to directly contact her, I hope she happy that I had to arrive 30 minutes late to my job interview (putting a bad first impression on me), so she didn't need to move the car 1.5 feet before she parked I hope those 10 second she spared were worth it.

I went to ACura North Toronto 2 weeks ago and was looking for a used car for, one of their sales rep named Rogers Yip was the one who helped me out. He was a detail oriented individual who understands the different needs for different customers. I did not plan on purchasing an acura at first however, Rogers presentation changed my perception of the brand. Even tho i did not made the purchase on the spot, but Rogers were still very willing to find out additional information for me such as financing options and insurance policies.

I recommend anyone who wishes to explore this brand to please Speak to Rogers Yip, a one of kind sales representative in the GTA.

Sam Choi needs to take a Sales 101 course. His condescending attitude offended me and my husband. We expected more from a premium dealership, so we left immediately and decided not to buy the car from him. I hope that no one ever deserves the same care and attention as how Sam treated me and my husband. As soon as we walked in, the sales people around us looked clueless and did not want to be there. I'm convinced that the great reviews here are fake.

False Committment, which will never fullfill"
This is regarding a lease car i took from Acura, I am fan of Acura Car. but really upset from the dealership. (mr Mark/Mr Peter Kim) They did a commitment at the time of Lease deal, now they are denying and asking for written commitment, i was not aware about it that it will happen like this. There is no meaning of trust, humanity and wording.
Everything should be in writing. THey have confirm for refer bonus payment. i did 4 referal. i have received only one Referal bonus. FOr rest of them when i escalated they said we will give 2 free oil serice(already 2 oil service was promised while dealing) Now they are denying. They committed for Silver car Package (worth 150$), i asked them to write on the paper, they wrote with their handwriting. Now today when i took that paper(Lease paper), they are saying there is no signature. we dont know who wrote this we can not give. Bluff!!

Another Bluff, I took this car from my old lease with upgrade with new MDX car, they said they will take care of the Payment. When deal happened they told there will not be any extra payment, if i go and renew the car lease with new car and it was confirmed. We made a renewal for another car...now for the old Acura car, finance company charged me 795 and I connected with Mr Geoff Miller (GM, dealer ship) he committed and given written email for payoff this amount.
But after one month again I got reported in my credit history. Still payment is as is, when I again connected with Dealership, they are asking for 1000$ payment.
They said I did not do the payment of 1000$. How the dealership allowed and deliver the car and after 3 months they are asking 1000$ payment. A complete bluff. I have rasied the complaint in Acura Head office.
How dealership is making the face down for Acura Car it is great example. Beware of this dealership.

Purchased 2 cars here and both on the same day. I don t like to waste time. The second car we purchased was a MDX and the Manager name AJ promised a free tune up. The reason he added that on was because the car we were trading in just got one done about a week ago. Please keep in mind there are other Acura dealerships way closer but we felt loyal to them although out of the way. We called a year later hoping to redeem this and the service department said they have no idea what I m talking about and will get the sales person to call me. Now a week has gone by and no call. I decided to give them a call and the line got cut twice. That s most likely not to their fault but it added to my frustration. So I called back the 3rd time and Ayesha from the service department transferred me again to the sales person name Mr. Wu because apparently AJ no longer works there. It got transferred back to the front desk. What a joke. All this passing the buck wasted another hour. I will never buy another car from this company.

All I m looking for is what was promised.

What a waste of time visiting this dealership and ...

What a waste of time visiting this dealership and trying to work with sales managers at this location. They called me in as they had some sort of special VIP event scheduled from Nov 10th to 12th. Supposedly the promotions included better trade in values and extra discounts on cars. It turned out to be the other way around. I went in hoping to close on a deal on a 2016 MDX tech demo that I saw on AutoTRADER. Our discussion literally took little over10 mins. The sales manager (Albert Lam) tried nothing to secure a sale and didn't try to work at all. He was unwilling to even have a discussion. He did nothing to secure a deal. No desire what so ever to sell a vehicle. Their vehicles are also priced 5K-8K more than what you will find a similar vehicle priced at other Acura dealership. Save time and stay away for them.

Recently came here to check out the new 2019 models and I can tell you that the service provided here was decent. They were busy since they were having their VIP event but we were super serious on buying a car right then and there. We dealt with Reza (salesman), Peter (Manager), and Jordan (finance guy) that day and they all treated me and my wife with respect and I liked their customer service and friendliness. Peter was great in helping us get our new family vehicle and threw in a couple extra perks which was a great gesture of strong service. Jordan was straight up about the numbers and I appreciated his candidness. We absolutely love our 2019 RDX ASPEC and this is my 5th Acura I have owned and plan on buying many many more in the future. Thank you Acura North Toronto for making our purchase smooth and easy! I will see you in a few years for my new NSX soon enough!

Overcharged my girlfriend $60 for "TPMS initialization" during a tire installation on a new 2016 TLX. George and the service tech admitted the charge was "in error" but tried to reimburse with a gift card. When pressed they did issue a refund, but this sure didn't feel like an "error."



Staff were all very nice. They misbooked the appointment for the following month, but still managed to fit it in; shuttle dropoff and pickup service was great despite bad winter weather.

Still, just can't abide the attempted ripoff.

Had really bad experience with the service technician. Picked up the car after service and it showed problem starting right away. Very impatient and rude reaction from the technician when being asked. Come on! I just paid over 500 for your service. The car has problem starting and you don t own your customer an explanation??? (The starting problem went away after some driving, but it s just bad experience with the staff)

In November 2011 my battery died, so I towed it to...

In November 2011 my battery died, so I towed it to this dealership to replace the battery, they gave me the new battery with warranty.
Next day I was in KinCardin Ontario for work and the battery dies instantly. I had to replace it from Canadian tires with an after market cheap battery (which is still running on my car till now ).
When I came back to Toronto, I did contact them and went to the office.
They inspected their battery and confirmed it was a 'dead battery'.
I told them that I do not want a 'replacement' since I was away and had no choice but to buy another battery and since their battery died in one day, they should issue me a full refund or at the very least cover the cost of towing and the new battery.
They said no problems.
Long story short..
1 - We are waiting for manager, give us a week.
2 - Manager Changed, call us again in a couple of weeks.
3 - Who are you ? .. oh.. ok.. give us all papers back seems we lost it.
4 - .... back to number 1.
After 1 year I gave up.
I am now buying a replacement and I know I WILL NEVER deal with those thieves again, they have absolutely no morals.
They had all papers proving they sold me a dead battery that is covered under warranty and refused to do anything about it.
I would avoid them at all cost.
I just remembered this as I was arranging my papers and found the receipts, I wished google allowed me to upload the documents.

I brought an Acura about 4 years ago and is about time for my lease to be up. this sales rep, Roger, who called me and became so rude when I told him that I need some time to think about it. He got so upset that he can't just sell a car to me and start yelling at me and tell me that my car is not safe to be driven as there is a recall! Really?! I am not safe in my vehicle and you tell me 3 months before my lease is up!? At the end he hung up on me. I was very displeased with this service so I wrote a complain to Acura Canada. Their relationship manager wrote me back a generic email and that my concern will be forward to the sales manager at the dealership. Guess what, same thing happens again! This guy named Roger just called me and tried to get the business! I am so regret about getting the vehicle from this dealership.... Unfortunately the rep I dealt with 4 years ago was amazing who had left the dealership.

Brought an used Van from them at the beginning of the year, Thanks for Wallace Wu provided a professional service for it,

Two week ago, I brought another 15 TLX from this dealer, and dealt with Wallace again. He still kept his professional service for the process.(He accepted my call during week end about the following problem. )
HOWEVER, I found that the Brand New car come with Used car like Key Knobs. Both of Knobs are full of scratches and dents. I have showed it to the Manager Kevin Rahbari and the service manager George Tsetsos.and still waiting for their reply........
I hope they will contact me ASAP to solve the above problem, I don't believe I should have used key knob with a brand new car

I bought a pre owned honda civic from this dealership, after 2days a problem starts to show up. I was advised by Acura to bring it to Honda as I still have a warranty but no luck, they said they couldnt find an issue. Acura wont let me return the vehicle so now im stucked with a flickering screen. Very disappointed

Disappointed with the service at this dealership, came to test drive a TLX. Was told to wait because car was on test drive. Waited for 40 mins and then was offered to test drive the car, but then at that point the sales manager told me a deal on the car was being worked on but if it didn t go through I could get it. Left the dealership and went straight to Performance Honda and bought a TLX, definitely won t be servicing my car here either.

My Christmas present was a 2018 RDX Elite from this dealership, ably handled by Nina Yaghoobi. I waited to write the review until I'd had a chance to fully experience the car. This is the first time I've purchased a used car, and I was hesitant, assuming that I'd be treated differently for not purchasing a new car. Nope - not the case. Nina was professional - she perfectly balanced the persistence of sales with the graciousness of giving me space and room to decide. I highly recommend her and, so far, the dealership. I've had a bit of an issue with the navigation system and one of the keys, so I'll be in to the dealership soon - and I'm sure I'll receive the same 5 star treatment. Thanks Nina. See you soon -

It took some time but they found the sound that another Acura dealer refused to acknowledge wasn't normal and fixed the rooy cause. The shuttle to Finch TTC station was also a great service. While I think my repair should have been fully covered under warranty, they did cover 50% out of good will, so that is more of an Acura corporate issue. Construction at the time made parking challenging and the waiting room was not complete, so hopefully that project is fixed. I would go back for service here and would consider the sales side based on my experience.

This is an independant review of my experience only. I have a 2016 vehicle purchased from this site new. There were issues with the car(it was obviously a showroom car because upon delivery it had 28 KMS and a driver seat that had significant leather wrinkles on the passenger side). I had the deal done before inspection, they took it from an offsite location after we had agreed and described as untouched -My Fault I know. Over the 3 years of ownership I have been to the Service Center 5 times. Once was an easy fix that I waited few days for an appointment, all good. The next 4 were variants of odd issues like Transmition buttons not responding(This wasn't covered under warrenty due to me being some animal that sprays food product....). Then there were odd issues such as paper jams in the glove box, must pay...I have had them fight at every turn about what is covered/when I can get an appointment.This is my 7th Honda product in 16 years. I would be carefull about this site. Not friendly and looking for a reason to not provide the warranty coverage often. Again, This is my personal experience.

This is a lot of details and people involve when I was getting my car. I received service from from both ends of the spectrum... and Taryn was very helpful throughout the process.

She is knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. I later learnt that she extended her hours, came back on her day off, and in the middle of the lunch to smooth out the process. I got what I needed at the promised time. it was great with work with such as enthusiastic and responsible person.

Gave me a deal that was hard to decline. I definitely recommend Acura of North Toronto in any Acura or Honda purchase.

I told the "sales" person, I would call back when ready to make an appointment. He said what do you mean when you are ready??? LMAO! IT MEANS I DO NOT KNOW WHEN I AM AVAILABLE I WILL CALL BACK WHEN I KNOW I HAVE TIME AND WHEN I AM FREE. YOU LOST A SALE BROTHER...
I told him whenever I know I am free, I will call you. He was being persistent. I told him I have to talk to my dad and whenever I am ready I will call you. I don't even know why after he said does your dad know you are looking for a car? WTF?

I was very happy with the service, although it was my first visit and the work would have been done under warranty.

Looking to buy a car ? Here s where you go if you are going to figure out the financials on your own, insurance, how to use your car, and who can deliver the car to you. Absent sales, lack of communication, self serve experience and avoidance of responsibility.

Once you sign the papers, your salesman will disappear and never reply to you , even when you have to pick up the car !

When you pick up your car, the receptionist is not attending her desk, sales may be on random vacation and manager disappears in avoidance of responsibility and customer service.

You will find yourself figuring out how to pick up your car you paid for , and with no employee to help you. If you are looking for a diligent sales that will answer his phone once you agree to purchase a car? Don t bet on Mark Zehtabi.

Overall if you are looking for a self checkout experience , this is the place . Once you sign the papers, you are on your own even for the delivery of the car you bought from them ! You might have to find your own car you purchased and try to see if anyone that works at this location can bring your car to you.

My first Acura and could not be happier. I have purchased 3 different cars from Ben Snaper and all three times has been an amazing experience. Ben understands the product and features and is able to effectively communicate how they related to me. Ben greeted me at the door and offered my water before the test drive. Once on the test drive Ben didn't overly try to sell me the car but discovered what me needs were and focused on that, I was really able to test the car (not when the salesman only allows you to go around the block). Ben made sure that I could see myself in the car and encouraged me to test it like I already owned it. When it came time to negotiate the price (usually the worst part of all car buying experiences) Ben made sure to make it as easy as possible. He walked me through all the fees and really made me feel like he had my interests at heart. When it came to for me to pick up my new car, Ben spent time going over the features with me again and made that I left reassured that I made the best decision. Overall I could not be happier. I have an amazing car 2016 ILX and the experience from beginning to end was amazing. Ben Snaper provided world class customer service. Thank you Ben and Acura of North Toronto.

I dont even have my car yet, I'm picking it up tomorrow. But I want to say that, Eric, Tommy, and Randy, all were amazing help to me. They helped get me away from a very bad private financing company. Eric was very good with listening to my needs and providing a solution that I would be happy with. Tommy made sure to help push the sale forward by working with my situation. Amazing service and experience in getting our first Acura. Wallace, the Lease Manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and let me take the car home to let my wife test drive it. He is very professional and always worked quickly to get the answers we needed. Let s all agree that dealerships, as any other business, are meant to make money and there is nothing wrong about that. That said, not all businesses are the same. one start is too much for the worst experience with parts department, they changed their policy for delivery parts and do not notify their permanent customers. It looks like a big dealership becomes the bankrupt if they ask their customer to pay $20 for delivery. Ridiculous business - monkey business
