I've been in talks with Acura of North Toronto since March 2020 to begin my RDX lease. Given Covid-19, my circumstances changed. Peter Kim showed a high level of customer service and understanding in our discussion today. He was able to accommodate my situation in order to keep me as a future customer. This was a positive experience. When the time comes, I will return to begin a lease given this level of service.
