"Bad service, total waste of time"
Went there two weeks ago to check AcuraLink reception issues (Bulletin) and tailgate opener. It took them more than 4 hours to determine that TCU and tailgate opener need to be replaced, a ten minutes job. Moh said the parts will be ordered and scheduled another appointment for the following week. During the week I got a phone call to confirm my appointment. Due to my availability, I asked them to postpone it in one week. The next week, again a phone call to confirm my appointment. This time, I assured them that I will be coming for sure. When I arrived, Moh informed me that the parts were never ordered and I need come back another day.
Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. Saturday morning wasted.
