I love the used MDX that i purchased but the experience was awful. The salesman showed me and my daughter a car we saw on line that was in terrible condition and when we said no to that car he showed us a very nice one after driving it and talking for a while he gave me a price i made a counter offer and they accepted it. After a long wait he, Michael, came back and said they had done all the paperwork on wrong car and the car i wanted was a lot more. My daughter really wanted the car so we negotiated and i paid $ 1,000.00 more than i originally offered. we where there all day. The salesman had said the car had additional warranty on it it did not. Then we made a list of things they would fix at no cost to us. I made an appointment to return the car because we live in Arkansas. The first time i brought it back the interior repair man never showed up. The outside was fixed. The second time i tried to bring the car he had quit and they had new man coming. The third time my daughter took the car and one of the managers talk terrible to her said when you buy a used car that is what you get. She ask him to look at our paperwork which said they would fit the console because it would not open, the windshield wipers where hitting each other and there was a really bad scratch on the glove box. Had they not made the list and agreed to do these things i would not have expected it. When we finally got the car back the glove box scratch was gone looks really good but console still doesn't open and windshield wipers are still broken hope it doesn't rain. My daughter says she will never go back there, so i am not sure what we are going to do about the console and wipers. They told me that they have a high turn over of salesmen i can see why.
