I helped my mother-in law (lives in Memphis and I am from Michigan) purchase a Buick Enclave and I looked from Michigan to Florida on the internet. I encountered several type of sales people many I just spoke to over the phone who didn't listen or didn't understand service. My last call was to Acura of Memphis where I spoke to Saleem Ali who had just took in a one owner accident free Enclave with an excellent service record. Without physically meeting him he said what can do and delivered the car the next day after it was prepped and cleaned. Many times you don't have trust in a person but we trusted him over the phone.
