Just recently bought Accura MDX from Accura Carland and best experience I had while of buying the car. Riley was our sales person and he was answered all the questions, showed all possible options, helped a lot in negotiation process. After the purchase, he demoed each and every feature of the car and overall I had wonderful experience. I would recommend accura carland and Riley as a salesperson if you are consider buying accura.
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and alignment on my TLX online and it was easier than I thought it might be. I arrived on time and the service guy was terrific. His estimate of time was close and the service and report were both excellent. I brought coupons and they were accepted with no hassle. Overall, it was an excellent auto service experience. Had the distinct pleasure buying a 2015 Acura TLX with the sales team Bryan Nelson and Bryan Weiss. They were both efficient, friendly and knowledgeable in the purchase of my new car. There was no overbearing sales pressure which made the overall experienced even more enjoyable. They answered all questions with clarity and went to bat for me on the pricing. Been serviced at Acura Carland since 2007 by Gil Mickelson and all of the technicians, support staff and others in the Service Department for almost twelve years. Always helpful, fully explain any required service, and delivers clean, complete and exceptionally serviced vehicle.
I'm absolutely overwhelmed with the experience I had at Acura Carland. I had been a stay-at-home mom for many years so money was pretty tight for us on one salary. About a year ago I separated from my husband and had to get back into working full-time to support myself and my daughter; it has been very challenging. I didn't have the best credit, nor an impressive salary and I told all of this to the sales manager, Mark Lebowitz. I told him I was just looking but he encouraged me to come inside and he would do all he could to help me. I had been driving a 17-year old minivan that had 311,000 miles on it. Mark and Paul Byun, the finance manager, worked way past closing time to get me approved for a 2008 Acura MDX!!! This is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. When Mark took me for the test drive I thought he was kidding around with me. This was one of the most remarkable and easiest experiences I've had in years. I couldn't hold back my tears. I know that most people don't trust car salesmen but these gentlemen are genuine and they stood by their word. I thank God for them from the depths of my heart. I have reliable transportation, an opportunity to build good credit, and the anticipation that this is the beginning of great things to come. And he threw in a free future oil change and a full tank of gas as parting gifts - the best! Thank you Mark and Paul. No matter where I'm living in the U.S., I plan to purchase every car from this dealership.
I shopped for my new 2020 SUV via TrueCar and it led me to Acura Carland. Bo Bryan responded to my inquiry and we were able to negotiate a deal that was beneficial to all. Within a week, I was picking up my 2020 Hybrid MDX in Black. It has all the accessories I wanted installed, the agreed upon pricing and financing terms ready for me to drive then sign! It was a smooth process and probably one of the least stressful car buying experiences. I recommend Acura Carland and Bo Bryan.
Just leased a new tlx tech from here. I have been leasing from this dealer for almost 10 years and this is my 4th. Everytime I go to this dealer, the deals just get better and better, I dont know how they can pull this off but ever since my 2nd acura lease, I dont even bother getting another quote from different dealer..because they cant even match what this dealer can offer. I got my most recent lease from Britt kaminsky, my 2nd from him. The very first offer i was given was even better than what I was hoping to get. Britt went over every little details about the car even it was past their normal business hours, no rush at all. Fast and friendly service. Both service department and sales department I give 10/10. I will be coming back here for my 5th and my wife's 1st acura .

Nick is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with, when you work with nick it feels his one of your buddies not a salesman. Went for an oil change, tire rotation and 30k mile checkup. Angel was very helpful and explained everything. I was in and out within a couple of hours considering I didn t have an appointment. Made good use of my time by visiting Paris Baguette up the street.
Brought car in for 2 recalls and a major engine repair to fix an oil leak. All covered under warranty. 1 recall was replacing fuel tanks. They delivered the car clean and with a full tank of fuel. She drives great!

Matt was very professional and courteous. I was always informed of the progress and walked through the process.
Rocket and Riley made it simple and stressfree. They are very knowlegeable about the cars including the design changes over the years of both the mdx and rdx. It made it easier to make my decisions. This is my third Acura purchase since 07 and will not be my last. Thnx Acura for making great cars and thnx Riley, Rocket, and your team for making it a positive experience.
Very bad experience! Went to get my oil change 6 months ago and chose to get the complimentary car wash and vacuum. Took almost 2 hours. The technician made me pay for someone else's bill and took me to the wrong car. Had to wait another 20 minutes for my car only to find out that they scratched the door on the driver's side. They took it back to buff it off, waited over an hour for that and the technician came back and told me they didn't have the right tool so they couldn't do anything!? He said he put a note in the system and they would fix it for me next time I came it. I fixed the scratch myself and didn't plan on ever going back. About a month ago another oil change was due and I made the mistake of going again just to save time. It was done within half an hour and everything went OK. A week ago my service light went on and after Googling the code I realized that they didn't reset the Oil Life after they did the oil change. I could have wasted another trip if I didn't search online first. Next time I'll make sure that I never go back.
Omid spent lots of time with us showing us different color options. When we test drove the car he spent extra time helping me learn how to back into a parking place since he knew how I had difficulty with that. I feel like I would recommend him and the dealership to any of my friends.

I just purchased a 2014 MDX when Acura Carland had the MDX/RDX sales 6/21~6/23. I wanted to purchase the MDX but I was not in a hurry. I talked Gye soon, the Korean sales women who was very patient with us and accommodated our needs. It was a long gruesome hrs (5.5hrs) because I had a long list of demand. The negotiation went through lunch time and my pregnant wife was very hungry. Gye soon, our sales women, provided us with lunch to make sure we are being taken care of and make sure all detailing and information they provided was correct.
Paul Byun who is the finance manager also gave us a deal we couldn't refused so on the spot, we purchased the 2014 MDX and left very happy. I did a thorough research before I purchased the car and after and I believe I made the best choice on the purchase of MDX. I will put up another review when I get my service and see how the service department handles my demand.

Very helpful service. After my oil change, a tech displaced unlimited patience while activating the Bluetooth - it was not wanting to pick up my device but he pushed through until it worked!
Could not have been worse! We came in to look at and test drive the MDX, and were issued a sales representative (Leiberman, I think) that had absolutely zero product knowledge, lied to us twice within 5 minutes, texted with someone during our test drive, made it very clear that features of the MDX were designed because we weren't intelligent enough to handle simple tasks, and simply left us standing outside after the test drive to go take care of someone else.
According to this genius, we'd be just as well off buying a 2014 model than the new model we were looking at.
We may end up getting the MDX, but not from Acura Carland. What a waste of time.
My very first experience with Acura Carland was when I called them to check on a used Nissan Maxima. I was greeted on the phone by Bruno Arreola, one of the sales consultants. This is where my 5-star experience began. Bruno was extremely courteous and willing to help. We (my stepdad and I) showed up to check out the car and met with Bruno. He showed us the car and I ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would (I think it was maybe the color of the car). So that was almost the end of that, but then I suggested to my stepdad that we should have Bruno search the lot for a vehicle within our parameters. So we went back to Bruno's desk, he got us some delicious coffee, and we sat down and began the search. After no time at all Bruno found a beautiful 2008 Acura TL on their website. He brought it out from the lot and we gave it a test drive - I fell in love. After that, we arranged to pick up the car early the next morning and take it to our own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (something Acura Carland was more than happy to let us do). The car came back flawless so we went back to the dealership and signed the papers. Of course I'm not being as detailed as I could be, but it should be known that Bruno and the rest of the staff were completely transparent, not pushy at all, extremely helpful, and exceptionally pleasant. Everyone there was so nice and happy to help. Bruno and friends made a notoriously extremely stressful process feel like a breeze. Bruno even got us a red bow for the car (we got it on Christmas Eve), what a guy!! If you're looking for a car, ask for Bruno - you won't be disappointed.

I drove to Acura Carland for my periodic service but did not have an appointment. The serviceman wrote up the service requirements and said that it will be ready in about one and half hours. Some issues arose due to the needs of others including mine which involved discovery of a nail in one of my tires. So it took a bit longer but he constantly advised me about the delays so that I knew what to expect. It was a long but rewarding experience
Acura Cartland is superior in every way. All representatives I ve encountered have gone above and beyond expectations especially Akanu Ozuzu. Acura carland should give him a raise. He is always ready to help my wife and I no matter what the problem is.
I was really bummed about giving up my old truck and not thrilled about all of the new auto technology. Bryan Weiss was so patient and kind. He knew the cars forward and backward and assured me that there was no "blow up the world" button on the dashboard and that I could actually master all of the features. I did test drive the other cars but came back to Acura. The purchase process was efficient. The numbers were as promised. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't want. I appreciated the follow up call after I had a day to play with the car. Bryan was the best and I'm loving my new MDX.

Failed to inform me of options to add Gap insurance during the purchase transaction, because Brian, the finance manager couldn't see in the available time that I told them I had before I had to leave to get my kids from school. They sent a messenger to my house 2 hours later because they didn't want to lose the sale. I had walked out when Brian still hadn't called me into his office and nobody else came to tell me why I had to sit around for 30 minutes waiting to give them my signatures after I had committed to their final numbers. The messenger didn't have the knowledge or motivation to go over the available options with me. When I requested to add gap insurance a week later after being told by my insurance company that it had to be done through Acura, Acura Carland somehow magically "added" it to my agreement. I paid the full amount of +-$1,200 up front and as far as they were concerned, all was in order and I was fully covered. But now, 3 months later, the same finance manager called me to inform that Acura has rejected the gap insurance and that I will be getting a refund check in the mail. I tried Carland after being a Jackson Acura customer for 7 years, for no other reason than they had the color vehicle I wanted and were offering extra dealer discount. But I will never buy from them again. I love the Acura brand and quality, but this puts a bad taste in my mouth. There are too many competitors who compete for my business to accept sub-par customer service. -Side note: this is not the only negative review for Brian on here.

I usually don't write review but this experience needs a review for others to be careful. Today i had my Acura service at Acura Carland and they lost my driver key. They let me know that they lost the key very casually and luckily I had Acura link to unlock the car where my spare fob was. It was mentioned to me that they ordered a new fob to replace and sounded more like a favor. When I asked about my home key attached to the key chain we literally had to argue. Being a luxury showroom, expecting the service to be top notch, service manager was unapologetic and basically talking me down and challenging me me that it was non-issue and I should be worried about key being lost. I have never experienced such service or behavior with any car service company, where I got my car/s serviced. I have been to BMW, Nissan, Audi and even Walmart. The service was much better.
The service team has got a revamp and now the new team is not as professional as the previous one. I am considering moving my service agreement to another Acura or Honda dealer close by.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! I actually give it 0 stars. Drove an hour and a half to get a lease on an Acura they had a Summer Switch sale on. I worked out all the details with Charles Duncan beforehand with my trade and the lease so there would be no surprises. I get there and Charles isn t available, so Mark Lieberman assists us. Mark comes back with lease terms other than specified in the ad. He points to a different offer on their website, I again correct him and show him the offer I came in for. Then Mark insults me stating that I don t know what I m talking about because I have never leased a car before! Whaaat?! I ask him to remove himself. Then the sales manager Tim Chisholm steps in, he never presents the correct offer and adds in $1700 in dealer add-ons. We simply ask for the deal they have advertised without any add-ons and Tim refuses to honor their advertised offer. He says I really hate that they run these ads . Regardless it s misleading and illegal to offer a price for a product and then refuse that price. It s the definition of false advertising! And this false advertising caused harm, I wasted 3-4 hours of my time but also they ran my credit, which we all know gives you a ding on your credit. For the record my credit score does qualify fo this offer! I called this dealership back to speak with the General Manager only to find out they don t even have one!!! They re all just running amok over at that dealership! Avoid this place!!

When the factory had problems with the paint batch, Acura Carland lent us a courtesy car for a week.
