Extremely exorbitant spare parts rates... inexperienced staff, loot people in the name of service.. AMC is extremely expensive. Not at all worth to recommend.

I know AGD from last more than 15 yrs. Very nice experience with AGD,about their Product, Their prompt service, Genuine Advise. Their Service Engineer team is well trained & give best service. Vocal for Local started now but the AGD company's Management has proven their value from last 20 yrs .

Good Products and equipment, but worst service no experience and Nil knowledge persons are technicians . Hematology cell counter and analyzers are proper working within warranty period after next year it will be complete shutdown spares and cmc very expensive

worst service ever faced for service after warranty period even if you buy and amc or cmc . never buy agd machines , never means never ever thought of , no words to describe to abt the worst service after several mails and phone calls not one comes
