I have owned a 2005 Acura TL over 12 Years-225k+ Miles (still runs-looks great-gave it to My daughter)- BEST Car that I've ever owned!

There was No pressure-they are very Professional-answered all Questions- Worked hard to get Very best Deal. I can honestly say, that they saved Me between several Hundred to Thousand Dollars +...

After buying decision was made, They had Contract, finalized & Car detailed beautifully ahead of time- I was on my way in less than 45min... Definitely would (and have recommended) these folks...

I scheduled an appointment to fix the air bag recall to my MDX. Arrived a little before my appointment and they got me checked in pretty quickly. Told me that it would take about an hour and a half for the service. I was nervous because I had my 2 small children with me and I was scared that it would take longer because of serive I have had in the past at a different location. But to my surprise, they finished early, in about an hour and I was very delighted to get in and out so quickly. The staff were all friendly and when it was time to heck out, Corey suggested a few things but didn't try to push any services on me. I really appreciated that and I will continue to go back for all my Acura needs. Great job guys!!!

I have been taking my car here to be serviced afte...

I have been taking my car here to be serviced after I purchased it. And the only service person I ever talk to and like is Steve. And he is the only one that is worth it out of the whole place. The girls who work behind the counter are incompetent and rude. And the service people smoke and always stink up the car as they are driving it around the service area in the garage.

Once I took my car in because it needed a new timing chain replaced. And after three days. The car was not ready yet. When I called or came back to the shop to demand to know what had happened to my car. And each time, they gave me the run around. I finally pitched a hissy fit and one of the mechanic higher ups told me that they had messed up my car and the engine, and had done a whoopsie. I think they forgot to tighten the chain before starting the car, then messed up the engine. So they said that they are trying to find out what to do with the engine. Hello? Fix it moron! About 8 days later they return my car to me "fixed". The manager person grumbled and said that I was lucky that they weren't going to charge me to fix my engine. Why should I pay for a mistake they made? They were acting like they did me some sort of favor.

After I got my car back, I found out that the water pump had broken down. And then I needed to get the water pump fixed. Well, here is their chance to crank up the price for fixing my engine for free. They decided to try to charge me for an extravagant amount to fix the water pump. After pitching another hissy fit. And gotten my husband to call and speak to people. They finally relented and charged me a fair price for fixing the car.

Before getting your car fix here. Make sure you have someone who is knowledgeable about what is a fair price and the cost of fixing the car, the part, etc. Like I said earlier. Steve will be honest and up front with me and tell me these things. The others will not tell you a fair price until you get them to talk to someone who does know about prices to get a car fixed. Then they always come to you and say, "well, we can adjust the price". RIGHT?!?!?!

I take my car somewhere else now.

I had a great buying experience with Acura Carland. My wife and I bought a used Acura Mdx from Charles and Clarence. Both of them provided a stress free, transparent buying experience. There was a few concerns with the aesthetics of the vehicle that they took care immediately after purchase. They did a fantastic job with the minor touch up repairs. Charles went out of his way to provide an exceptional level of service and answered all my questions in regards to the vehicle before buying. I would definitely recommend taking the time to check out the dealership and talk to Clarence the sales manager and Charles D. the salesman. Both of them were extremely friendly, honest and fair. They stood behind their word and followed through on everything we requested without issue. I would also like to take a minute and praise their finance manager Brian who was also very easy to work with and extremely friendly. Great team here from start to finish.

I was looking for a safe, reliable, reasonably priced used car for my daughter and the folks at Acura Carland found me the perfect car! From Jose in Service to Zack in Sales and Robert in Management - they were all first rate. (I wish I could remember the finance guy's name because he was wonderful too!) We drove out with a top notch car for a very reasonable rate and peace of mind knowing if there's a problem, the dealership will take care of it. Thank you Acura Carland!!

I haven't been to Acura Carland in years. Last time I was here, I thought the dealership was going out of business, based on the condition of dealership and list of renovations that it was in desperate need of. Acura as a brand was seen as a "has been" and no longer the premium brand that it had been viewed as back in the late 1990s - early 2000s.

After seeing the beautiful new Acura MDX on the roads and being a long time Honda fan, I reconsidered the Acura brand for my wife.

Acura Carland has stepped their game up and I was pleasantly surprised. The dealership renovations were truly appreciated. Even my wife was surprised in the improvements.

The purchase experience was low pressure and what I would expect from a luxury car dealer.

Our first service experience was a bit bumpy at first, but the service team pulled through and overall we are pleased.

Nice job Acura and I hope to see continued improvements in the Acura car designs and reliability.

Josh Wei represents Acura Carland well and would refer friends and family based on our experience.

I like the thorough inspections that the perform, and the opportunity to decide what we address at each visit. I d recommend them to anybody with an Acura.

If you are looking for a car, the best place to shop is Acura Carland on Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA. Bryan Nelson and Jeff Hacker were outstanding. They will find a car that you want, match your personality with a car if you prefer and above all they will work with your budget. Their GM Mauricio is another outstanding person. We have purchased four cars since September 2014 and on January 2016 we purchased two cars in a week. I recommend all my friends to this dealership because they take care of their clients and earn their business for life.

I like the service people here. Jamie, Jose, and Akuna were all very nice when I took over maintaining my own car and brought it in for some fixes/inspections. Next year marks its big 2-oh! I really appreciate that they understood I have a limit on my funds which are really only for the problems that would interfere with my ability to drive this vehicle.

He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Britt has been a top notch professional and has always provided helpful information on the cars, the marketplace and the auto Industry that has been very valuable and much appreciated. I am a Florida native and I just recently purchased my new TLX over there. I came to visit some of my family in Duluth for the holidays and I had some difficultys working some of the features in my new TLX. I just so happened to see Acura Carland in the area. I pulled in the lot and stepped out of my vehicle (in the rain) to see if 1 of the Salesman could help me out and I was immediately approached by Bruno. I told him why I came to the dealership and that I was not looking to purchase and he never took a smile off his face . He said that he was more than happy to help and he even took about 15 minutes of his time to go over all of the features with me . As far as customer service goes, Bruno was outstanding ! What surprised me the most about this young gentlemen was that after he answered all of my questions he ran inside and came back out with a business card and assured me that even though I lived in Orlando, I could always give him a call if I had any other questions or concerns about my car. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Carland. Charles H. took excellent care of me, letting me take my time looking over the vehicle, test driving it more than once, getting the feel of it, closely looking it over and checking things out. He programmed my phone and showed me how to program the garage remote that made it soooooo easy when I got home. He made sure I had copies of all necessary documents, let me keep my old car there and pick up later. The car was detailed and ready to go in a short time. The certified package that came with the car is just what I needed to feel comfortable. I am so glad I came and purchased my car from this dealership. The manager was very friendly, we negotiated the price fairly without unnecessary haggling. It was a very good experience. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

My wife and I just bought a 2015 Acura MDX from Carland. This place has competitive prices and a huge selection, and most importantly, our salesperson Kye Sun Jun provided top-notch service. She was absolutely amazing and helped us through every step of the process. She made sure we got the vehicle we wanted in the package and color we were hoping for at a fantastic price. It was one of the few times we felt completely comfortable at a large car dealership. She even stayed way past the closing time to ensure our just-arrived-from-the-factory MDX was fully prepped and ready to go. I visited Acura Carland on December 23, 2018 and was approached by LaRon McBee. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but I wasn t sure which vehicle I wanted. My last 4 vehicles were all Hondas, and I already owed an SUV (Honda Element). Therefore, I was interested in a sedan and I liked the look of the Acura. So my next vehicle was going to be either another Honda or an Acura. LaRon was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He showed me the ILX and the TLX and explained the features of each. There was absolutely NO pressure from him to get me to buy. I returned to the dealership on December 26 to take another look at the TLX. LaRon patiently went over all of the features again, and even showed me the RLX as I expressed that I wanted a larger vehicle. Immediately I LOVED the RLX! I returned the following day and purchased the vehicle on my lunch break from work. I offered the dealership a fair price, we agreed on it and completed the transaction in an hour! I had my financing approved by 4 other lenders, but Carland was even able to get me a better interest rate. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and hands down, this was the most pleasant experience I ve had. LaRon is an asset to this dealership and without him I wouldn t have narrowed down my search and purchased this vehicle so quickly. I will definitely tell all of my friends and family members to come down to see LaRon!

This was my second purchase from Acura Carland, and again I was extremely impressed. Bryan Nelson was responsive and helpful when we began emailing, and his attention to meeting my needs continued when I walked in the door. It was important that he listened carefully to what I wanted and didn't try to redirect me to a car that was out of my price range or might earn him a better commission. The whole process was easy, efficient and painless. Nick in Finance was also very easy to work with and had my best interests at heart. I was looking at other cars (BMW, Mercedes) but just couldn't leave the trust I had in this group of guys and the Acura brand.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Everyone here was very pleasant and attentive. My salesman Bruno was really beyond amazing, I was really impressed with him. He was beyond helpful and went out of his way to assist me during my experience. I wasn't even in the market when i walked in. I am getting deployed over seas soon, so i came to visit family in Gwinnett. I was in the area, the new Acura TLX as advertised caught my attention and so walked in to check it out. Immediately i was helped by Bruno and he educated me about all Acura products and took time to answer my questions and help me understand the Acura experience. Very polite, very knowledgeable. He never let go of his smile and he was very happy to help! Bruno is very confident about what he does and i see why! If i know anyone in the market i would definitely recommend Bruno! Today, I walked in to buy car, and 5 min in dealer, and looked around. No one came out to ask what do I want. I had to ask a salesmen myself. After testing a car, I negotiated for a price. They did not like it and seemed to have an attitude toward me. I could increase the price, my initial offer could be low due to a bunch of repairs I knew that I have to fix after buying a car. I was about to increase price but the manager said he did not want to do business with me. So I walked out. I am glad that I were nice and said "sir" every time I talk to him. You guys need to be careful about their initial pricing. They really inflated the price high up skyrocket. Funny thing is if you offer a low end price, they got mad and act like you are in the wrong side. Please do not let them pressure you.

I went to Acura to buy a 2016 Toyota Highlander. I was met by sales person, Primeria who had already setup my car to inspect and drive. Being a Honda business I was pleased she was very knowledgeable of my Toyota. No pressure just demonstrated the value of the car which I knew was priced exceptionally good for the market. From the time i arrived they were very nice ,when i arrived i was very skeptical because i have been lured to Atlanta before to buy a car and the price and the car was not right THIS TIME EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT . I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to the dealership and this was this best service i have ever had buying a car . My salesman and MR. OMG! The spirt lead me to Acurland! I ve been sick for sometime now! I m now rebuilding myself! Lost a lot even a few cars along the way! I applied online and as soon as I submitted my application my cell phone began to ring. Keep in this was after hours! The next day I was approved by more than one bank! Because of my own error, I was denied when it was time to sign BUT my finiance manager Rick told me not to give up because he wasn t NOT YET! The next working day I was approved for an Acura Certified BEAUTIFUL GOD given 2015 Acura! I fell in love on sight! When I opened the door I nearly cried in disbelief. I will not shop anywhere else UNLESS Acuraland is no more!

Warning Warning Warning.

Today September 19th 2017 I took my Acura MDX to Acura Carland as usual to get my oil change and transmission fluid drained but when I got home I've noticed that I have a sever oil leak, knowing my car's history that it never had any existing oil leaks what so ever. If I had any prior oil leaks it would have been noted on my service receipt as i have been getting my oil chance there since I got this car. So I went it back for the service team to look at my vehicle but now they claim it's an oil pump seal leak which i didn't have before specially when I took the car to them today it wasn't leaking they refused to correct this issue at hand and gave me numerous of excuses why its leaking. I would advice you not to go to this location to get your car serviced unless you like being scammed.

I visited Acura Cartland for an airbag recall on my Acura TL. The repair department was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease when I entered their facility! They immediately got my information, gave me a bottle of water and took me to a waiting area. While waiting, I received two texts with updates on the repair as well A personal update. Once the repair was completed I was approached with the details surrounding the repair and a walk to the door for my car! Yes, my experience was top notch!!

I bought a used 2013 Honda Civic at a good price. ...

I bought a used 2013 Honda Civic at a good price. I was shocked by the DOC fee of $899.00!! If I bought an expensive new Acura it would be easier to accept but the Civic was under $10,500 so that's a large % of the total cost of the deal. Also the car did not have floor mats so as part of the deal those would be included from Honda. 5 days later I'm not getting much info on those....I suspect that fell through the cracks. If needed I'll amend my review based on the follow through on that. Otherwise the process was smooth and we think we got a nice car
