I usually don't write review but this experience needs a review for others to be careful. Today i had my Acura service at Acura Carland and they lost my driver key. They let me know that they lost the key very casually and luckily I had Acura link to unlock the car where my spare fob was. It was mentioned to me that they ordered a new fob to replace and sounded more like a favor. When I asked about my home key attached to the key chain we literally had to argue. Being a luxury showroom, expecting the service to be top notch, service manager was unapologetic and basically talking me down and challenging me me that it was non-issue and I should be worried about key being lost. I have never experienced such service or behavior with any car service company, where I got my car/s serviced. I have been to BMW, Nissan, Audi and even Walmart. The service was much better.
The service team has got a revamp and now the new team is not as professional as the previous one. I am considering moving my service agreement to another Acura or Honda dealer close by.
