My very first experience with Acura Carland was when I called them to check on a used Nissan Maxima. I was greeted on the phone by Bruno Arreola, one of the sales consultants. This is where my 5-star experience began. Bruno was extremely courteous and willing to help. We (my stepdad and I) showed up to check out the car and met with Bruno. He showed us the car and I ended up not liking it as much as I thought I would (I think it was maybe the color of the car). So that was almost the end of that, but then I suggested to my stepdad that we should have Bruno search the lot for a vehicle within our parameters. So we went back to Bruno's desk, he got us some delicious coffee, and we sat down and began the search. After no time at all Bruno found a beautiful 2008 Acura TL on their website. He brought it out from the lot and we gave it a test drive - I fell in love. After that, we arranged to pick up the car early the next morning and take it to our own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (something Acura Carland was more than happy to let us do). The car came back flawless so we went back to the dealership and signed the papers. Of course I'm not being as detailed as I could be, but it should be known that Bruno and the rest of the staff were completely transparent, not pushy at all, extremely helpful, and exceptionally pleasant. Everyone there was so nice and happy to help. Bruno and friends made a notoriously extremely stressful process feel like a breeze. Bruno even got us a red bow for the car (we got it on Christmas Eve), what a guy!! If you're looking for a car, ask for Bruno - you won't be disappointed.
