I don't usually write reviews due to the fact of being extremely busy. However after dealing with Acu-temp I felt they needed some recognition especially there office staff and there tech Landon who was extremely diligent in making sure my AC was in working order. Called them up for a quote and the young man Landon showed up, I told him what was going on and he gave me a very reasonable quote and carried out the fix promptly, quickly and professionally. I will call them again if I need ac work in the future.

I had two other companies out to look at my a/c unit. One tech found an issue, fixed it, and went no further. The next company told me I just have an old unit. Then I found Acu-Temp. Landon was very professional. He took time to listen as I explained what I was experiencing. When the answer wasn't obvious, he explored further until he found the problem. Acu-Tech just picked up a new loyal customer!

Got my air conditioner at acu- Temp and it is in the best air conditioner the people there couldn't be nicer they also nice and I know they're honest I know this for a fact not just a guess you can't go wrong with this air conditioner company

I called after hours and after a power outage and my fan in my air handler was not working. I got the install tech JOSH, who, unlike other companies, listened to my concern, suggested possible self solutions and even looked up my warranty, which he 100% did not have to do. After our 10 minute call, his suggestion worked and got it running again. I can not begin to tell you how much that 10 minute call meant to me. Before I called, I was stressed, frustrated and within 10 min, he talked to me like a person and was even laughing with me. I will 100% call this company again for ANY repairs or concerns, because if that's how I was treated at 8PM on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend, I can't imagine how nice and friendly they would be on a "normal" work day! Decided to use Acu-Temp in Lakeland, FL for a complete system replacement having been referred by Serv Pro. Do not live in the area but own a townhouse and needed a reputable company. Landon made sure that I had several honest pricing options from repair to replacement with zero pressure! Marty and Josh did the install and did an amazing job! Fast, efficient, professional, clean and even corrected issues from prior installer! Highly recommend this team!

Called Acu-Temp last week to get an estimate and they had the best overall estimate. So today Felipe and his partner came out for the install of our new 2.5 ton Payne system and they worked their butts off to get us cool again, and they had to put in overtime because of thunderstorms, to me that says a lot when others probably would have scheduled another day to finish the work. They answered all my questions and were able to work around our 100 plus pound dog. Overall Landon, Felipe, Julie, and Crystal went above and beyond and are true professionals. My a/c system was installed March 2019 under a previous owner from whom I bought the home August 2020. When I had the yard mowed an overwhelming aroma of cut grass filled my home. I knew something was wrong with the duct work. After investigating I saw the supply and return ducks were torn where they connect to the package a/c. While some questions arose over who/how this happened Jim Gengler, owner of Acu-Temp stepped up and sent his crew today to repair the ducks. They were completely professional, on time and completed the repair in a timely manor. Thank you Acu-Temp and Jim Gengler. I would refer them to others.

Do not use Acutemp for for air conditioner! 3 years old unit, they have been out every couple of weeks for several months. Put a pupm in the air handler to pump water out, woke up to water dripping from the air return vent. Whrn we took it doen there is ice on the filter

Very competent person, Justin, who came to give me an estimate to replace my central air. I felt he was honest and he gave me all the information I needed.

Our air conditioning unit stopped cooling in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. I called our regular a/c company to come put immediately and they were booked till the following Monday! That doesn't work in Florida in July!!!! We needed someone immediately. I called around to several places and found Scott's one hour air, they wanted a $120.00 fee upfront just to come out same day on top of any repairs needed and would not be at my home until 11pm at night! Seriously? Ridiculous! I saw accutemps website online and they were local to Lakeland and had excellent reviews. I called and spoke to the most wonderful, understanding, and kind person by the name of Julie. Not only was she extremely helpful but informed me they could have a technician to my home within the next 2 hours! WOW!!! And, at a very reasonable service call price.(much lower than Scott's one hour air)! Like many elder Floridians I needed a no contact service call due to the whole pandemic going on. She was so diligent and understanding and made sure that would happen! The service tech Felipe Orozco Jr. was fantastic!!!! He had the problem solved and fixed within a matter of 20 minutes and we had cold air in our home again. The capacitor needed replaced and it was done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Felipe and Julie! I will not hesitate to reccomend your company to anyone in need of heating and cooling services! Truly a great company.

Called in the morning they were there in the afternoon at exactly the time of the appointment. Installed a new thermostat and had my unit going in no time. The serviceman neat and polite and explained the new thermostat to me. Very good experience and I will call them again.
