I Hotel and Conference Center Review

Staff was professional and service was prompt. Clean.

Modern comfortable hotel, minimalistic decor in rooms ( I liked the TRUE book shelves just made of... books) and almost Zen like in some areas. Conference area great. Good beds, shower the "gentle rain" kind (ie no power spray!) attached restaurant with wonderful (summer shaded) outdoor seating. Green roof of planted sedum. BEST is LOCATION for ant U of Illinois events- ESPECIALLY sports as most am easy walk away.

The venue is beautiful and modern. I was impressed by the catered food and all of the awesome stuff we had there. I didn't actually see a room though so I don't know what those are like. It is in a very convienant place for Athletics and the research Park.

Without a doubt one of the nicest places that I have stayed. Top notch friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are so clean and modern - the entire hotel is beautiful. A truly pleasant stay. I will be back.

The conference rooms used by our group were clean and maintained. The mid-day change in setup was executed swiftly.

Always clean and well taken care of. Mostly visit Houlihans that is part of the hotel. Great place for a lunch meeting.

The IHotel is a very nice and clean establishment. I can see why the university puts their favorite guests here.

Food in the conference center was very good! Clean with friendly staff!

I was expecting a nice hotel, but I got a great one! My room was clean, comfortable, and smelled great, my shower was spacious and had good water pressure (despite being on the 5th floor), I got clean towels, sheets, etc. at least once a day, and they never even knocked when I put the "do not disturb" sign outside. Arguably the best part was the shuttle service which, since I was going up to the UIUC campus, basically acted as a free cab which I could call whenever or schedule whenever to pick me up. The drivers I had were courteous and polite and always on time, if not early.
The only complaint I have was my wifi was spotty at times which might have just been because the hotel was really crowded and I was up on the 5th floor.

We stayed in their suite which is two rooms, one with a king bed and another with a pull out couch. I was able to use the one room as my office while keeping the other room as the bedroom. My wife insisted on purchasing their throw blanket which I too agree was amazingly soft. We will definitely be staying here again when we're back in town.

The staff was incredibly kind, courteous and thoughtful. I had a train to catch and 6 am and they arranged the free hotel shuttle to drive me to the station, despite it being earlier than the shuttle usually operates. The shuttle was even stocked with the day's newspapers and bottled water for me. My room was large and comfortable with every amenity I could ask for. Would highly recommend staying here.

I came here for a group interview, and I've been here before for a larger gathering. It's very clean and nice and easy to find where I needed to go. Helpful staff and it's always nice to have a coffee shop wherever you are :)

Hey, if its good enough for the sanfrancisco symphony orchestra to stay here, than its good enough for me. But really, a nice smaller hotel with a houlihans restaurant and starbucks attached. Nice clean rooms and exceptionally awesome staff who will go out of their way to accommodate. Nate B is awesome and Aleks..well see for yourself lol. But seriously...all around a great place and highly recommend.

Went to dinner for my birthday, I didn't stay there.

Started out ok , but management has a lot to learn!...after informing staff that drunk teenage kids were trying to access our room through the connecting door, and the front door of our room they looked at me stone faced and buried themselves into their computer screens... the walls being paper thin also treated us to typical vulgar teenage dialogue into the late Saturday night hours! Great mothers day present for my 83 year old mother...scaring the heck out of her! Management 101.... when a customer brings this to your attention and you do nothing about it?.....well then...it's my duty to let others contemplating staying here to do their due diligence.....

Location is south of campus, right next to Assembly Hall. Rooms are modern.

This was my first time visiting Champaign, IL. I had an event here. I was very impressed with the layout of the event center and the rooms. I was not impressed by the powerful farm smell outside. A bit nauseating. The signs around the space are also a little confusing in finding where you need to park, but once inside it is easy to navigate. Would be great if they had an expanded business center and/or commissary.

Stayed in one room for a banquet. The food was ok, the mash potatoes were pretty good. Overall hallways were nice and spacious. Bathroom was ok, lighting was bad

The I hotel is a wonderful event venue in Champaign. In addition to the many conference rooms, there are many amentities including a restaurant and Starbucks. Also it's located in an area where you can walk or take a short ride to downtown.

Overall great experience. Room and lobby were very clean, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Does not meet the quality of the prices no micro wave in rooms, restaurant is over priced for the quality of the food menu very limited

Conference room was very nice. Staff helped set up laptops for presentations and seemed quite knowledgeable. Provided food was okay, but not the best hotel food I've had.

The location is easy to get to. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. The event staff were both friendly and polite. Food was fantastic! I would certainly come to an event here again.

The hotel is very nice and had a lot of amenities. The staff is really helpful and they had a shuttle for people who were attending conferences on the campus. The breakfast is nice but not a lot of stuff to choose from. However the breakfast is all healthy food options! Which was a plus for me. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The elevators were also very fast and I never had to wait long to get on one. However, there was one instance in which I felt uncomfortable with the front desk staff. I was walking in and I they had strange looks on their faces and as I enter they gave me suspicious looks. As I turned the corner to go to the elevator one of the men from the desk came around the corner and stopped and looked at me strangely. I then turned back around. I'm not sure why this happened but it made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure why it happened. Other than that, the hotel was great.

I attended a U of I event for the college of medicine. It was a very nice venue. I cant remember the name of the room we were in. Very good food. Great sound system too.

The conference room was pretty and the staff was great. The food was good, just apps...but come on, you can do better on the cupcakes!

Clean and upscale, but as the name implies is geared heavily to cater to those with Apple (and only Apple) products. Saw fit to provide no less than 3 iPhone docks in the room but no spare outlets for Windows/Android devices.

Decor is postmodern and in excellent shape, it's obvious they take pride in their appearance.

Always clean, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about rooms, times, etc even when the venue has different events happening at the same time. Food is great for catering.

This place was amazing. In town for pokemon go events and will never stay anywhere else when I come to town in the future. Amazing staff, awesome amenities, and I loved the bar. Very awesome having pokemon spawn for me while getting seriously drunk.
